A sense of something special as you walked into the reception area. The appreal for us was one of a modern, customer friendly and luxury hotelat an affordable price. Thought the drinks avaible in the room were over priced and discouraged us from taking adavntage of the service |

Very comfortable room, nice hard bed, handy for our Pet Shop Boys concert at the O2 (via taxi), fantastic meal in the restaurant. A couple of picky points: 1. The conditioner was fixed to the wall in the shower which wasn't handy if washing hair in the bath. 2. There seemed to be a small choice of TV channels for a four star hotel . |

Proximity to the O2 Dome and position on Canary Wharf. The outlook and garden terrace infront of the hotel was very good. |

Delicious food, lovely presentation of breakfast in room. Would prefer carpet or at least a rug in the bedroom. Not clear about spa facilities, how to access etc. |

Calm relaxing place to stay. Advertised as being in a good location for the 02-not mentioned that a tube journey is required! |

Nice room, excellent bathroom. Food was ok, room from improvement. Big busy road to the left, continues buzzing noise. price i paid a river view would have been nice. |

Everything was wonderful, the minor attention to details which meant a lot and contributed to giving us the best weekend with the least disruption. Ensuring my daughter and I got to and from the O2 arena to watch Britney Spears by boat was an added bonus. The staff at the Radisson ensured we were called as soon as the first boat arrived and welcomed us on return. Very impressed! |

Hotel is located really close to o2 arena , there was a free boat from the hotel to the venue Unclear pricing and promotion for additional services which made me pay double ( for example for watching movies in the room ) |

The room was very clean and well designed, very comfortable. I felt that for the cost of the room which was £345 for 3 nights asking an additional £17 for breakfast was a a bit much. For that sort of money I would of expected at least a continental Breakfast if not full English. |

The room was fine and the staff were friendly and professional. I was dissappointed with the view of the car park when I had specifically requested a better view and there weren't many guests at the hotel. A mini cab was booked for me to travel to the o2. The mini cab was over twice as expensive as the black cab I returned in which was disappointing as I arranged it with reception in good faith that I would not be overcharged. If the hotel has made arrangements with a private hire firm prices should be competative not exploitative. |

Nice quiet well appointed hotel, a little far from the downtown tourist areas. The movie didn't work in the room. The weekend concierge staff had no clue how to access train system and consequently we ended up walking very far out of our way several times. |

Great place to stay! We stayed on the fourth floor with view over the Thames! The rooms were very beautiful (nice design) and clean. The bathroom was large; we could take a bath while watching outside. The service was good. From the hotel it is a 5 minutes walk to the train. Within 10-15 minutes we were at Tower Hill where we could changed on the London tube. |

good for being near 02 arena and shops bar prices are over the top bought a drink and forgot to sign for it and was bombarded with phone calls until 12.45 by the bar staff to go and pay for it,even though the reception said i could pay in the morning when i was checking out,It ruined what was a nice weekend. |
