The food was delicious and staff very professional and friendly. The room was lovely and the bed very comfortable. Liked the river too!

The hotel is absolutley immactulate and beautifully designed. Also the
people where so lovely and very helpful.

The only thing was the sheets they were beautiful but I need 100% cotton
sheets, so that was a little uncomfortable for me at night sleeping.

All the hotel staff were welcoming, friendly and efficient.

Not being able to order a morning paper of my choice ! Also the hotel was hosting a birthday party and despite our room being on the third floor the heavy base beat from the music was clearly audible until the party ended at 2 am

Fantastic room. Gorgeous hotel. Bed VERY comfortable.

Stupidly expensive breakfast. We ate elsewhere, for a 1/3 of the price charged at the hotel.

Very nice high tech television and sound system. Easy to use and very
nice sound proof rooms. Didn't hear any other people in the hotel.

The house keeping did not respect the not disturb sign. They went in the
room anyway to make the bed. Since I left some things of value in the
room and didn't want the houskeeping to go in to the room with the risk
it would be gone when I came back. So they didn't respect the not
disturb sign. When they finished they turned heating on at 26 degrees
sauna. And they forgot the wake-up call at 5:15

the location was very classy with a view to the O2 stadium. Modern styling of rooms made it feel like home. Staff are very helpful.

So far away from tourist attractions. Good for business travellers. Not really the best for Honeymooners or people looking for easy access to famous attractions of the city. Although, it's a mile away from Canary Wharf underground station, one of the biggest in London.

Got upgraded to suite on arrival. Quality of hotel was already
excellent, but upgrade made it out of this world! We also ate in the
hotel restaurant for our evening meal, have to say it was one of the
best meals I've had in a while - excellent value, excellent quality.
Staff were extremely courteous and helpful.

Location is a few minutes walk from the dlr station at Blackwell,
otherwise can't think of a single fault.
