The location is perfect and very quiet in during the night, which I appreciate. We were expecting a Radisson standard and I think this hotel is not near it. I would say this is a standard 3 star hotel with some-what nice rooms. Staff is not really friendly (except for the restaurant) and there’s not many common areas, just the reception and bar-restaurant. I was travelling with a baby and asked for a cot. When we got to the room around 1pm the cot was there but it was broken, so I called reception and asked to be changed. When we got back at 8pm the broken cot was still there so I had to ask for the manager to get it changed. Next time I’ll look for another hotel option. |

On checking in we asked for a quiet room and we got one which was great. Also they permitted us to have a one hour late check out time which we really appreciated ! Cold reception area which was bleak on such a wet day. We could smell the toilets in the breakfast area which was a little off putting first thing in the morning. |

Very helpful, pleasant staff. Good location. Very pleasant stay overall Unfortunately found crisp packets under chair and bed which obviously had not been cleaned out before our arrival. Otherwise spotless. |

The restaurant food was excellent. Although there are water features outside the hotel, it was disapponiting to see that they were not working. Also the pillows on the bed were poor. |

The staff at reception were absolutely lovely and even upgraded us to an executive room which was a really nice touch. The room was lovely and very comfortable. It was also very close to the rugby ground which was a very short taxi ride away which was ideal. The staff in the bar were lovely also and we had a nice chat with them and also the food in the bar was exceptional. I have definately been converted to staying at Radisson Hotels from now on and in fact have booked another one in Ireland. The only thing I can think of is that it would be nice if there was a swimming pool/leisure facility on site. |

Staff were very friendly, beds couldn't be more comfortable Ordered room service, my food came and they forgot my girlfriends.I rang room service to let them know and they said they where sorry and that it would be up in ten minutes. Ten minutes came but they forgot to toast the ham and cheese toasty. We had asked this when we first ordered. Also they forgot our garlic mayo. Was not happy with this service. |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the room was fantastic. Really big and spacious. Loved the ice machine on each floor of the hotel. Everything was very easy and no hassle. The room service was prompt and the food was extremely tasty and hot! |

Staff were very courteous throughout our stay and also accommodated the kids with an extra bed in the Business Class suite. Good choice of movies, room temperature was perfect and beds comfortable. No Swimming Pool, no entertainment, minibar prices ridiculously high. |

The hotel is comfortable and well positioned. The reception staff could not be more helpful. I will use the Radisson the next time I return to Belfast. Dinner in the restaurant was a big disappointment. |

Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the Hotel Receptionist. As a Goldpoints Plus member our room was upgraded to Business Class. Location is quiet. We were provided at 1st with an non-smoking room but upon entering the room consisted of a very stong and stale smell of cigerettes, gladly we were allocated another room which was comfortable and quiet. |

Very courteous and helful staff, tasty food, spotlessly clean modern hotel. Well worth a visit. Slightly corporate environs within business park, but not a real issue. |

The staff were superb. Nothing was too much trouble. Probably the best hotel service I have expereinced in a long, long time. Not the best location as it's on the fringes of the city centre. |

Upon arrival at the at the Radison SAS we received a warm and inviting welcome. As a Gold member our room was upgraded to Business Class where the room was warm, spacious and very clean. The next morning after breakfast we returned to find our toliteries had been neatly orgainsed. It was dissappointing we had to leave after spending 2 days there. We will return again, many thanks to all the staff we met. Mini Bar prices are extremelly over expensive. |
