The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was easy to use, with heated floor, the windows could open, the room was large and well designed. Parking was secure and free and quick drive to the center of Belfast. The restaurant stayed open until 10:00 pm and the food was very good, especially the soup. Ice stations just off the elevator, very nice bath products, free broadband connection, a truly great experience. I just wish that the fitness center was closer to the hotel or at the hotel. Being a single traveler at that point in my journey and not knowing if I could get parking near the fitness center, I did not go, even though it looked lovely on line. I also should have mentioned my mobility problem since they placed me so far away from the elevator. |

the attutide of the staff was second to none. The lady at the check in was extermely friendly and really made a lot of effort i only wish i took her name. She was working when we arrived. The room was also unbeliveable and breakfast was fantastic aswell. We will definately be back and hopefully a bit longer than one night. Thank you |

Bright and clean and not too far from city centre. Both bar and restaurant offered decent food. At the price, parking should be included as it was in an open car park and no garaging was available. |

First of all good value for money, I feel safe and welcome. The food is very nice, fresh, healthy and good value for money. The waitress reponses could be better. The hotel is flexible to my need. Free Internet access and the ease to connect is excellent as I left my mobile broadband at home and I was required to work for 2 days in Belfast! With Radisson I was able to continue working. I have preconcept that the hotel is far from city centre and not save to walk which I feel totally misrepresent. I was on my own and feel safe to walk around the area. |

Very professional curteous and knowledgeable staff, each individual encountered was very helpful, an upgrade on arrival was a nice surprise, very enjoyable experience. Dining options are quite limited, food from the Italian restaurant was not great. |

Excellent standards in this hotel. Friendly, helpful and professional staff. Filini restaurant has good menu and excellent range of room service food options. Understated style as you would expect in a Scandanavian establishment. Would recommend to anyone visiting Belfast and looking for a touch of glamour and indulgence. |

Standard of the room was very good Although the walk is short to Belfast city centre, in the evening it may be safer to take a taxi |

The receptionist is extremely friendly and helpful. And what impressed me the most is she can remember my last name eventhough I only told her once. Hotel is located in a bit quite area but it's within walking distance to centre. |
