My fiancé and I wanted a hotel which was both luxurious and nearby the Odyssey arena. I found that with the Radisson, this was certainly the case. The staff were more than helpful and extremely friendly. The room itself was beautiful, very clean and tidy. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone and would absolutely consider staying there again on my next trip to Belfast.

The radisson blu hotel was lovely, reception staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were fab and very clean. The food was also very nice. One thing I didnt like was one particular bar man,,very very rude, as I was there at a wedding, most of the group said he was very rude, I have never seen someone that rude before. I did complain this to the reception staff and they were very sorry and said they would speak to him.

Modern, exceptionally clean hotel. Food, both room service and restaurant were excellent although restaurant was a little pricey, Large car park on site is a real bonus. Standard rooms only have showers.

We found the hotel fairly convenient and easy walking distance to the City. The Gasworks location quite peacefull and relaxing. No problem with car parking and hotel staff very obliging with the barrier tickets when a family member arrived to visit. The breakfast was quite plentiful and varied, enough for everyone's choice though did not see any mention of a Gluten free diet, but then did not ask if Gluten free bread etc was available. Only thing I would have liked would have been WiFi access for my iPod as had no laptop to connect to internet in room. Think a weekend break could have been cheaper.

Overall the helpfulness of the staff. Also enjoyed the food in the hotel, we ate in the bar on Friday evening which was lovely. The cooked breakfast on the Saturday morning could have been hotter, it was fine on Sunday. Good selection of breakfast options, we enjoyed it. When I booked the room I specifically requested foam pillows etc as I am an astmathic. When we went to go to bed we discovered that both the pillows and the duvet where down. This would have caused a severe allergic reaction had I slept in the bed. We telephoned down to reception and staff very kindly replaced the duvet and pillows for us.

We were visiting family in Belfast and wanted a hotel in a quieter position but near to the city centre. We also wanted a good class hotel at a reasonable price. We were well looked after and the room was very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and look forward to staying at this hotel again.

Very clean helpful staff nice meals and location very good The price of the car parking was not mentioned while booking, and very disappointed the bar was closed at half ten one night and not open the second day we stayed there, I think we should have been pre warned about this.

We were very pleased to have secure car parking while staying in Belfast. The fact that we could leave our car in the car park safely while we had a last walk into the city centre was definitely a bonus. Would recommend this for convenience and comfort. I wuppose the big miss was excluding breakfast in the price, we thought the price of breakfast in the hotel was rather expensive considering we were able to buy a full irish breakfast for £4.95 down the street. Perhaps this is something to be considered!!

Nice location. Highly professional and helpful staff. Public areas are well designed with very good use of space and light. The table d'hote menu did not change and was limited. A la carte lacked inventiveness.
