Radisson Blu Hotel Belfast    

the experience on the whole was fabulous, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, although the food and bar could have been cheaper (i.e we went elsewhere for an ulster fry due to the price)it was beautiful food and excellent service, this was exemplified when i left car light on and needed a jump start and the hotel had jumper leads for use compared to other hotels which wouldnt think to have such a device. Great Experience!

The price of the breakfast and the fact that there is no sauna and spa facilities but it is a great hotel and ill be back at some stage.

Furniture in room looked scruffy and well used. Dressing gowns whererrough and no longer a white colour, bar area is to quiet to be sociable.

Friendly staff, modern design and facilities

staff was really helpful and friendly, hotel is comfortable, modern, clean. There's a free car park and wi-fi. Definitely the best offer. Highly recommended.

Lack of leisure facilities on site

Very close to city centre, anything you require no further than a 5-10 minute walk.

Bar was friendly and welcoming. Cocktails were fantastic and reasonably priced.

On arrival check in was difficult. Hotel staff were very pushy over purchasing breakfast or upgrading rooms (all at an extra cost). Bedroom was dull and dated. Bed linen barely fitted the bed, only 1 extra pillow in the room. Not what I expected when I booked.

Location, staff and value for money - this trip anyway. Breakfast and bar snack menu are very good and suit the business traveller well. Didn't use main restaurant for dinner so cannot comment.

Sunday is very quite

Staff were accomodating in our desire to move rooms..several times.

The room we were checked into appeared small with what appeared to be a double bed whereas any other time we've stayed the beds have always been queen size and the room quite spacious. We asked to be moved and the staff were happy to do so. We were moved into an appropriate room however there was considerable noise from what appeared to be someone running/playing/jumping either in the rooms above us, below us or adjacent to us. To be honest we couldn't determine where the noise was coming from so we asked to be moved again. This was facilitated by the staff again to their credit.

Whole aspect of the hotel, clean straightforward layout. Good room size. Fridge was nice touch and ice available on each floor. On breakfast best to stick to the very nice breads/cakes/cereals standard option.

The "Super Breakfast" was really not super at all. A lot of warmed up stuff served buffet style, very sad looking and tasting. Varied from very poor to average - depending on the chef I guess. Does not fit with the hotels image at all. Also slightly annoying to have the foyer filled with conference guests one day making it hard work to exit the hotel with luggage.

The breakfast was good, room is quiet and clean, staff is helpful. The restaurant isn't too expensive.

The keys are the magnetic cards, and they demagnetized 3 times during our 3 days stay. It was quite annoying to go each time to the reception to change them. The internet didn't work for about a day (probably it's because of bad weather).
