Rent och snyggt, fräscht och med fin inredning. Bra säng och tyst på natten. Utmärkt frukostbuffé och trevlig, tillmötesgående personal. Nej |

Very nice room and great service; we got pizzas delivered to the room from the restaurant at no extra cost. Great staff, especially one man who booked a table for us at the Indian restaurant Spice (his recommendation). Very pleasant stay all together! |

The room was great and the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was also great. They cleared the breakfast away very quicky at 10am - it would have been better if they just stopped dishing the food out then. |

The Raddisson is lovely very clean and great for a shopping trip in belfast. The breakfast is fab in this hotel. The only downfall i have with the hotel is the location, as for the view out the bedroom window is very disappointing |

I loved the bedroom, the bed itself was very comfortable and the fact that we could control the heat in the room ourselves was a huge bonus. The Italian restaurant was fabulous and the staff were very friendly. Overall we were very pleased with our stay in the hotel but the girl who checked us out at Reception was not very friendly. It was just a pity that the last person we dealt with in the Hotel was her. Thank you. |

We stayed at the Radisson for 1 night but didnt eat there. It is a modern hotel with nicely decorated rooms and friendly staff. The hotels location is excellent for concerts in the Odyssey and within walking distance to the city centre for shopping. Parking is £5 but we were allowed to leave our car there after check out wile we went shopping for no extra charge We were on the top floor and the wind caused something on the roof to rattle all night which was quite annoying - we didnt alert staff until check out however but the man at reception was very apologetic. |

Room was modern. Good food. Our room was not cleaned and when we complained we were met with many excuses. As a young couple we had to push for compensation. At first we were dismissed. |

Excellent room, good size, good desk space/internet access. Nice toiletries, towels, shower. I like to have a minibar so this was a plus point. Fast room service. Comfortable bed. Good TV I was not asked if I wanted a newspaper or a wake-up call. If you were in the lobby waiting for a taxi you had to stand up - there was no seating that was in view of the hotel entrance/approach road. The hotel is obviously popular for meetings but my first memory of the hotel was walking into reception and being surrounded by long tables full of coffee cups etc. it is a pity that coffee breaks have to be held in such a public area although i assume this is lack of space. |

Excellent staff in the bar and at reception. Location was very central. We booked into a double room under the assumption of getting a non smoking room. When we got to our room there was a very strong smell of cigarettes/smoke. We rang reception in the hope of changing rooms. We were told that as we booked on the net they could not guarantee a non smoking room. Receptionist did organise for some de-smelling (?) machine the following day which made some improvement however a smoking room is a smoking room at is nearly impossible to get the smell out. It did tarnish our stay having to sleep in a smoke smelled room. |

Breakfast was nice, location was good. Staff were poor and slow. No luggage trolley available to us and no one to assist with bags. Tried to overcharge us on leaving. Staff were unfriendly. Rooms were too close to each other so you could hear everything in the next room. |

the room was a nice size and the location was great for trips to the city centre. The room service for cleaning was very poor, might only be left one clean towel, empty toliet rolls not replaced and milk and tea bags not replaced. |

The accommodation was outstanding. A big disappointment that the evening meal did not match up. I found the evening dinner unsatisfactory, the meal tasteless. while waiting for my meal, I happened to overhear a German customer adjacent to my table complaining of the food too. If I ever have to book into the Radison BLU Hotel again, I shall be eating elsewhere. I shall be writing to the pulishers of the Baileys - The Difinitive Gude book. |

Pretty good 4* hotel in nice (though commercial) area of the city. Free Internet access. Car park. Reception was being run by a 'trainee' who really lacked the skills for this standard of hotel. Guests are also charged for parking in hotel's carpark! (though only £5 per day). |
