The location was brilliant, just across the footbridge from so many amenities. The health club was wonderful with a lovely new pool and changing facilities. The breakfast was amazing, so much choice! All outstanding
Good location and pleasant staff.
Food stains on the carpets, splash stains on the walls, leaking shower screen running onto floor and a dirty grimy stain after it dried...of who knows what?
Great stay, good facilities and staff were really friendly
Breakfast was a little disappointing, having to wait and also quality of the food.
Bed decor and comfort
Had to wait for breakfast. They need another toaster!!!
We stayed at the business room. The room beautiful was very clean and modern with all the amenities one needs. it even had a nespresso coffee machine, 'this works' toiletries and robes/slippers. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately my husband injured himself and we had to cut our visit short. The staff was so helpful and sympathetic. We could not ask for a better service. Will definitely visit again.
We liked everything.
Usual high standard
Uncontrolled noisy and disruptive guests in bar making a bad experience for others. The staff should have done something: we paid to be there too. Request for soya milk for breakfast, though confirmed, did not actualise on the day, a pity.
As soon as we arrived at the hotel i felt relaxed, the staff where very helpful and polite, the rooms were clean, spacious and well equipped.
I think the prices of drinks were rather expensive, even though you know you are going to be paying a little more £9.50 for a large glass of wine is a little extreme.
Polite helpful staff Stylish rooms
Location accommodation wifi staff
Chef scooped cold scrambled egg of the side and put it back in the turine. Not very hygienic
staff greeting and helpfulness throughout the stay
The staff are very pleasant and helpful; rooms are quite spacious and have all usual facilities ;use of spa; ease of getting into the city centre ,either walking or taxi
not a bad experience exactly, but still puzzled as to why guests have to pay £7.00 a night for the hotel car park-surely paying guests should be able to use the car park for free? bar v expensive too !
The bed wasn't as comfortable as it could be.
Great hotel, smart, clean and comfortable. Staff very nice. Spa was also very nice.
Pillows were uncomfortable and sofa bed was too soft - you could feel the springs
Staff very friendly and helpful. Also the restaurant Filini is well worth a visit. Again here the staff were excellent.
The hotel was within walking distance from bars and resterauents.
The modern feel of the hotel, the closeness of the centre of the city, literally a 5 minute walk over the pedestrian bridge over the river into the market square. The friendly and efficient staff
The fan in the bathroom coming on unexpectedly by the maintenance crew which we were told was usual very early in the mornings, 6.am. and the dirty room service trays left in the corridor all day and sometimes overnight, also having to ask for our room to be cleaned at 4.pm in the afternoon
very clean , good location , staff very helpful , good nights sleep , spa very relaxing
The staff were all very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. From the minute we arrived to leaning felt we were well look after. Especially Toni in the restaurant where we ate on Friday night. She is a credit to your hotel.
Convenient location and parking, Stunning view from the bedroom window. Friendly welcoming staff on reception.
Bedroom was very stuffy, but if the aircon was turned on it blew a terrible smell of cigarette smoke into the room so we had to leave it off and have the windows open to get rid of the smell. Beakfast was poor, lukewarm tea, some of the cooked breakfast ingredients (potatoes and mushrooms) tasted awful.
the gym was crowded and not clean
The hotel overall was excellent
Car parking faculty was poor
Wifi didn't recognise my booking. No Buscuits in room. Breakfast service was appalling. No menu given. I had to approach staff several times and the food was not as good as I've experienced at other radisson. I would not stay again. Premier inn would be a much better option I wish I'd booked there instead.
Great location, lovely staff, very clean amazing food would recomend
Whole hotel is lovely
