Excellent location for the Cathedral and Castle and easy to get into town. A bus tour was staying at the hotel when we were there. This affected the service in the dining room; when I reported this my account was adjusted. This was a satisfactory response so it is not a negative outcome.

The double room was very comfortable, well furnished. All hotel staff were extremely welcoming. Felini restaurant, though serving good quality food, was very over-priced. Also, we were told that gratuities went to the hotel and not to its staff. If this is the case, it is entirely unacceptable: you must either change this policy or make it absolutely clear to your guests so that they can tip members of staff direct.

Very warm welcome,would recommend anybody to try this hotel,the swimming pool and the sauna was so relaxing. Paying £7.00 for parking is bit to much,when paying for room.xx

Staff very friendly.polite and helpful Rooms very nice The in house bar prices far too expensive compared with local pubs more than twice the cost! Room service dinner was slow and the food cold by the time we got it and no apology or refund given! No bathrobes in bedrooms

the service at the raddison was brilliant , i stayed there for the night with my boyfriend for his birthday and he got a filini tray delivered to the room which was a lovely gesture - thank you

the hotel was a great price for 2 nights it was in a great location very nice pool and saunas nice room very comffy the price of the breakfast was far to expensive the menus and drinks were overpriced so we never ate in the hotel
