The hotel was central for all the city's attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was fairly spacious. There was no atmosphere in the hotel. I like to be anonymous but I did not feel part of the place at all. The Itchie Coo area had terrible seating and the underside of the tables were so rough that I snagged new trousers. |

Just greatly situated half-way up the royal mile, ideal for major tourist sights and also for nightlife Room had not been cleaned before our arrival (dirty bedlinen and abthroom); this was quickly sorted out by the hotel staff but gave a disappointing first impression |

I enjoyed the breakfast and the location was great! Right on the Royal mile, taxis in front and in the middle of everything. |

The rooms were really nice and clean and the location was super. The receptionist on arrival was just so helpful and spent lots of time with us going through the city map etc. The rooms were very warm at night and the noise outside was a little much sometimes! |

Great location. Comfortable hotel. I would have liked to have been able to open the window for fresh air. Also, a double room deserves two armchairs. There was definately room for two. |

bed was comfortable, good location, nice building from outside bathroom was awful, not being crude but 3 flushes of toilet were not enough, very run down with respect to the so called gym?? cold unwelcoming gym/pool area very cold and run down gym area, very dissapointed with pool,we were looking forward to relaxing in pool/sauna but pool was like a bathtub and sauna wasn`t mixed so we couldn`t spend time together,it was our 1st anniversary present to each other and the one thing we like doing is relaxing in that area,we didn`t use any of these facilities, the description of the hotel needs updating with regards to the pool/gym area,i frequently book with booking.com and usually the hotel descriptive is accurate, this however wasn`t. |

Perfect location and good sized room. Staff efficient and when we found makeup on a pillowcase as we checked in it was changed within 15mins. A small complaint - but the staff in the bar didn't seem able to correctly make the cocktails on the menu! |

The location was excellent!! Right on the Royal Mile. . .to your left is the castle, to your right the palace and a lot in between! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable! Although we didn't get a chance to use it, they have a pool and workout facility that was nice too. . . .and a carpark on site (which I guess no other hotel in the city does). All of the staff (cleaning to reception) was very helpful and attentive! All in all. . .I highly recommend this hotel!! There were 3 elevators. ..only 2 working. . and they were slow!!!!! There always seemed to be a line of people whenever we wanted an elevator. The rooms were a little warmer than I would have liked. They told us they had complaints of it being too cold so they boosted the heat. . .just couldn't find that perfect temperature, Iguess! Luckily there was a window that we could open for a little fresh, cooler air! |

Welcoming, helpful staff.Very comfortable and quiet room with good facilities.Excellent central location for visiting shops and attractions in Edinburgh. Ability to store luggage as travelle dby rail. Overall very good stay. Excellent choice at breakfast but hot dishes were barely warm. Substantial wait to check out on Sunday am as busy but did have an express checkout facility which we would use in future. |

The hotel has a great location for the centre of Edinburgh. Personally, I didn't think that the Radisson was fantastic. There are various other hotels within the centre of Edinburgh that are much better and of a similar price. The hotel seemed a little rundown and the room was certainly not as luxurious as I was hoping for. This is an okay hotel if there is nowhere else available, but I would prefer not to stay here again. |

It was near enough to the City centre to gain easy access. It was central to major sight seeing attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel was very good. The rear of the hotel was near to noisy pubs/clubs that were open well into the night which was disruptive. |

The location of the hotel is perfect, this hotel has the wow factor and the staff are welcoming. The fact that we specifically asked for a double room and instead received one with two single beds pushed together. Breakfast and dinner are extremely expensive and simply not worth. |
