Although the bathroom had a good bath the taps were placed in a position impossible to reach when lying in the bath. To adjust the water temperature it was necessary to stand upright in the bath. Very bad design.

Extremely helpful, efficient, friendly staff who also looked very smart. Very convenient location for Waverley station and sight seeing and shops.

Our room was a disappointment. it looked in need of decorating. No curtains, just wooden blinds. A stain on the armchair seat, a few marks on the wallpaper. Breakfast was good but cooked to order would have been even better.

Poor room design. Absolutely NO drawer space and minute bedside tables ( the phone alone occupied one of them almost completely). Breakfast was OK without being special.

The location on High Street was within walking distance of Edinburgh Castle, tour buses and plenty of local restaurants.

Have stayed in a number of hotels in the Radisson group including Bangkok and Sydney(Darling Harbour one. Always been very happy and this visit has served to reinforce our high opinion of Radisson Hotels.

The staff were excellent especially Tony (concierge) and the rooom was very clean.

It would be a good idea to allow guests to reserve a parking space if required when booking a room as the car park is very small and could be impossible.

Everything about this staff was excellent. They were most helpful booking whatever we requested.

Our room was very noisy. The pubs must get out about 1 am, thus every night from 1-2 am there was a lot of screaming and yelling...closing the windows helped, but not entirely.

There is a problem with the design of the rooms, we stayed in room 535. There was not a single drawer to store our weeks supply of clothing - just a double wardrobe. The impression of this design was overnight business visitor rather than tourist.

I came to Edinburgh with a group of my English friends to show them the beautiful Scottish hospitality and they were not disappointed, we had a fantastic weekend and I am planning on revisiting in August for the fringe.

Facilities in the room were excellent; we got an unexpected up-grade which made our stay so memorable. Staff very helpful - we had a bit of a difficulty understanding one of them but brilliant.
