Hotellin sijainti historiallisella Royal Milella on aivan loistava! Lentokenttäbussilla pääsee parin korttelin päähän ja kaikki muukin on kävelymatkan päässä. Henkilökunta oli avuliasta ja pieniin ongelmiin löytyi ratkaisu nopeasti ja mutkattomasti. Kadulta kuuluu jonkin verran melua öisin, mutta sivukadun puolella 6. kerroksessa se ei pahasti häirinnyt. |

Yhstävällisestä palvelusta, julkisten tilojen siisteydestä ja erittäin monipuolisesta aamupalasta. Hotellin viemärin vesi, oli "keltaista." Se antaa vaikutelman, kuin joku olisi käynyt wc:ssa, mmutta jättänyt pyyhkimättä ja vetämättä. TV:n kaikki elokuvat eivät näkyneet ja minibaarin hinnat olivat kohtuuttomat. |

Kokonaisuudessaan hotelli oli erittäin siisti ja mukava. Sijainti oli oikein hyvä ja palvelu mallikasta. Takseja oli saatavilla heti hotellin oven edestä. Uima-allas osasto oli suljettu remontin vuoksi. |

The location was excellent and the leisure facilities a bonus providing the pool had no more than 2 other people in it. The gym was also a bonus. The bed valances(around the bed fram) were stained and there were strange plastic backed mats on the bed - which were totally unsuitable to have on fresh linen for sleeping! it gave a feel of somthing that was unclean/santitary |

From moment we went to reception , staff very friendly and efficient, empathised with me about change of time due to airline changes, very accommodating with info about edinburg and getting taxi to airport the bar / restaurant service was slow |

The hotel was central for all the city's attractions. The beds were comfortable, and the room was fairly spacious. There was no atmosphere in the hotel. I like to be anonymous but I did not feel part of the place at all. The Itchie Coo area had terrible seating and the underside of the tables were so rough that I snagged new trousers. |

Just greatly situated half-way up the royal mile, ideal for major tourist sights and also for nightlife Room had not been cleaned before our arrival (dirty bedlinen and abthroom); this was quickly sorted out by the hotel staff but gave a disappointing first impression |

The rooms were really nice and clean and the location was super. The receptionist on arrival was just so helpful and spent lots of time with us going through the city map etc. The rooms were very warm at night and the noise outside was a little much sometimes! |

Great location. Comfortable hotel. I would have liked to have been able to open the window for fresh air. Also, a double room deserves two armchairs. There was definately room for two. |

bed was comfortable,good location,nice building from outside bathroom was awful, not being crude but 3 flushes of toilet were not enough,very run down with respect to the so called gym?? cold unwelcoming gym/pool area very cold and run down gym area,very dissapointed with pool,we were looking forward to relaxing in pool/sauna but pool was like a bathtub and sauna wasn`t mixed so we couldn`t spend time together,it was our 1st anniversary present to each other and the one thing we like doing is relaxing in that area,we didn`t use any of these facilities,the description of the hotel needs updating with regards to the pool/gym area,i frequently book with booking.com and usually the hotel descriptive is accurate,this however wasn`t. |
