Veldig bra beliggenhet på hovedgaten, med kort vei til shopping og kulturseverdigheter. Hotellet har fin standard med hyggelig personal. |

Interiøret var greit. Bra frokost, ikke norsk standard, men greitt nok. Beliggenheten var det beste med hotellet. Renholdet! Stolen på rommet hadde hvertfall en cm støv under armlenene. Vi manglet både såpe og håndklær to av tre dager. Vi måtte be to ganger om å få kaffi til frokost, da den kom blei den satt på nabobordet. Vi ba om litt info I innsjekkskranken det fikk vi ikke, finn det ut selv fikk vi til svar. |

Fantastisk sentralt og flott hotell. Hyggelig og serviceminded betjening. Ett hotell jeg absolutt kan besøke igjen. Gangavstand til det aller meste i Edinburgh |

The location was good, right in the centre of things.(did make it noisy at night though).Room was clean and reasonably comfortable.Bar staff friendly and helpful. The paucity of provisions(coffee etc)in the room.Reception staff off-hand.We have booked through you several times including other Radisson Hotels and have always been more than satisfied. This one was therefore doubly disappointing. |

I loved the comfort of the room and the bed very clean and enjoyed the added bonus of the sound prof windows and was able to enjoy the view without the added noise. the room service was very expensive and not very good the steak I ordered was tough and not really edible |

It has an excellent location as it is in walking distance to everything. Rooms are lovely just mind the steps into the rooms and the bathrooms! |

Excellent location on the Royal Mile. The hotel was clean and inviting and the staff were most helpful. A very good hotel at an acceptable price. My group were disappointed that the formal restaurant was not open in the evening. Only bar meals were available so we had to go out to find a decent restaurant. |

It was convenient and the location was good. Bed was very comfortable and breakfast, the one morning we got it out of the 2 we paid for, was good. We paid for 2 nights bed and breakfast but we had to leave before breakfast on 28/06 and did not receive any breakfast. We went to look for a "Grab and Run" breakfast but all that was there was green apples. I don't think we got value for our money and I wouldn't recommend this hotel because of this. |

A comfortable design hotel. A Very convenient location for city tour being right on Royal Mile. At the check-in, the reception clerk asked credit card for preauthorization of entire payment. The annoyance is that they asked for more than 50 pounds extra a day. I got the message of payment request on the mobile phone. After questioning to the clerk we learned that it is only preauthorization and the total payment in the end should be the same. It wasn't a very pleasant experience and we think the clerk should have explained this to us when he asked for preauthorization. And I find no reason to ask for more than the due amount even in the preauthorization. |
