Food prices, we had to go look for alternative meals elsewhere due to the prices of the meals at the Raddison! If it wasn't for the location, we would not stop there again.

This is the most convenient hotel for passengers in the airport. Can quickly access the terminals without bother from the hotel. Very quiet and comfortable. The staff were most obliging, especially the concierge staff.

Great location for Manchester airport

Our room was ok but there was mould in the bathroom and it all looked tatty and tired, not what I expected from Radisson and for the money I paid. In addition the corridor to our room was not clean, the carpet looked thread bare and the decoration was old and in poor condition. We normally stay at the Crowne Plaza and the rooms and public areas have always been spotless and fresh. This was my first stay at a Radisson hotel and I don't think I would stay at your hotel again and my visit has put me off the Raddison group, sorry to be negative.

I was a late arrival and the staff at reception were very helpful and efficient . Same during my early checkout. Location was excellent and easy to get to and from terminal.

The cost for my very short stay was obviously quite high. Some areas of the hotel were a little 'tired'

I think location was excellent with direct connection to the terminal. Overall hotel looks very presentable.

We didn't like the room much. Especially the kettle with tea and coffee hidden in a cupboard. Also cupboard being in the middle of the room with tv on the top. Layout was a bit strange and it made difficult to watch telly properly. Furniture were a bit worn out and bathroom looked a bit out of date. My partner and I travel a lot and so far the best hotels we have ever stayed in is always Premier inn. The big comfortable bed, simple layout, clean rooms. Raddison was much more expensive and nowhere near as good as Premier Inn. Maybe you can take some tips from them? Also food in restaurant was really expensive. £14 for a burger with 5 chips is a lot of money.

The location for the airport

The quality of the food was very poor for the price, the elevator was not working so we had to carry the luggage down 4 flights of stairs.The breakfast had undercooked bacon and scrambled egg on the edges were green going black.... pretty below average

Close proximity to terminal building (term 1). Great that covered walking option available.

The signage directing from terminal 2 to hotel started out good but lacking at some points. Had to ask for directions to find my way to the raised covered walk-way.
