The comfortable beds!

Confusion over which room we had booked between Booking.com and the hotel.

Greg put us in a lovely room. Breakfast was leisure and we were not pushed out on the dot of closing. The location was good. The hotel was four star as stated.

The main facilities ie pool and gym were closed during the main part of the holiday therefore no facilities over Christmas. The concierge did not come back to us over any arrangements he may or may not have booked. Apparently we missed a dinner one. The hotel did not offer much in way of entertainment.

The sea view was fantastic and well worth the upgrade cost. The room was spacious and well furnished. The curtains were effective and darkened the room perfectly. The beds were superb but the pillows even better!

The service from the staff was superb, and I was particularly impressed at their manner in dealing with a specific dietary need. The Breakfast Team Leader was very helpful and pleasant, as the first member of staff to greet each day. The other staff were also extremely polite and helpful, particularly at the Reception Desk. The setting for the hotel is stunning and the decoration is to the usual Radisson standard. Thank you for a great stay!

Terrace overlooking harbour and breakfast were very good.

Lack of evening entertainment.

Fair sized room and bathroom, clean and spacious, free internet/wifi.

We booked this hotel as the location was perfect for visiting family living in St Helier and the price was very reasonable. Prior to our arrival we contacted the hotel re a possible early check in/late check out due to our flight times and having a young child and elderly relatives in our party. The hotel and staff were very accomodating and friendly. During our brief stay the staff were continually helpful, the rooms were spotless and the prices of the food was reasonable as we had an impromptu 'Christmas Party' there. The swimming pool was great for us although the water was a bit cold. All in all though it was a great break and we would definitely book to stay again.

The overall standard was what one comes to expect in hotels of this calibre at a good competitive price.

Only one thing comes mind as a slight negative: The food in the restaurant while of very good standard and choice, suffered from not being hot enough. The dinner plates were basically, cold. The way in which the prepared menu was kept warm needs looking into. A better way of keeping the food warm is a must. I hope this comment is taken in the light of constructive criticism and that by taking action this will raise your standard to the next level.

Very clean, close to shops, good parking, 100 yards from ferry, good food,large rooms. Overall very very good. Will stay again.

The staff were particularly friendly and helpful

Fine situation. Pleasant and helpful staff. Well situated restaurant. Good breakfast and perfectly acceptable starters and mains.

Very poorly desgned rooms. 3 of 4 windows leaked water during 2 rainy nights, one of them so badly the carpet was soaked. The engineer who fixed the woprst of the windows did not seem surprised. The windows are far to high up for the wonderful view to be enjoyed except by walking up to the window. Extraordinry that there are no balconies to enjoy it from either. The hotel is rather remote from the topwn because of the road system.

Good location. Helpful staff. Good breakfast.

Did not like the hot water jugs at breakfast. Impossible to make a decent cup of tea. Serving tea in tea pots would have made all the difference.
