Very comfy bed. Nice spa facilities I stress these are not complaints as all were dealt with superbly by your excellent staff. The hairdryer went up in smoke and flames ...luckily no injury sustained ..was replaced within minutes. The 'in-room' safe was faulty ..but again dealt with within minutes. TV remote control was faulty ..but again replaced within minutes. Just unfortunate these things happened ..but were corrected immediately.

Its location and the fact that you can rely on a Radisson being comfortable and modern. The only downside of this hotel is that the pool was far too small, so we never bothered to use it.

Excellent location,good size room,excellent breakfast,lovely sea view Unfortunately there was a flood in the leisure complex and we were unable to use the facilities for the 3 nights we stayed.One of the main reasons we booked was to use the pool etc.We were given a courtesy meal which was a pleasant jesture,however we had to ask for compensation.It still did not make up for the fact that the facilities were out of action and whilst this was not directly the hotel's fault it did spoil our stay.Apart from that i thought the hotel was very good.

Excellant location,we stayed in a business class room large & very well appointed,bed was extremely comfy, friendly well mannered staff,buffet breakfast was great, restaurant food was superb & lively bar area in the evening. would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff were amazing - the management team should be congratulated - rarely have I encountered such friendly, professional, helpful and well trained staff - nothing was too much trouble for any of them. we also liked the atmosphere in the hotel - lots of 'buzz' and guets seemed to be happy

It was a fabulous hotel and I can recommend that anyone staying at this hotel will be 100% satisfied. Room was immaculate and spacious with a lovely sea view and the staff were polite and helpful. .T was an excellent stay and within walking distance of St Helier and nice walking toward St Brelades Bay. If we go to Jersey again we will definitely stay there again. Having hired a car we mostly ate out, however we did have a meal on the last evening and it was good, however if I have one criticism I think that fries or potatoes and veg should have come with the steak rather than just a bowl of salad. We couldn't get the safe to work in the room and although we advised reception it was not rectified. Don't let this put anyone off staying there as it was just minor things and I would stay there again.

Staff very polite and helpful Parking, very few parking spaces and many areas blocked off for private events, our car was blocked in on the day we had to get our flight home, it took staff an hour to identify the owner

Situated in a prime position, close to the beach and only a short walk into the town. Nice bright clean hotel, pleasant staff. Stayed in a lovely room over looking the Marina. Would definetly stay there again.
