The hotel is very relaxing and quite even though the hotel was quite full, found to be cleaned to a high standard, very helpful reception personel. The hotel is situated a little way out of St Helier. The hotel restaurant evening menu did not have enough options or choice and was limited to our tastes, even though we would have liked to have eaten in the hotel. |

Clean, plenty of facilities including board games and free internet access and an excellent breakfast Everything is an extra which was a frustration when you are a party of 6 away for a special occassion. The hotel management though were good when approached and helped where required. |

This is probably one of the best Radisson's I have stayed in worldwide. Area surrounding it leaves a lot to be desired though. OK once the water front flats are built it will improve slightly. Would I recommend this to others probably yes as the hotel was fine but at high season rate no for two reasons 1) HiEX / Courtyard in the USA rooms are of a similar standard and a lot cheaper and 2) Jersey as a destination leaves a great deal to be desired - it pretends to be a chic high end destination but in reality it is an expensive Blackpool only with lots of poor restaurants and no strip jopints!! |

The staff were very helpful and polite and the food was exceptional and very well presented. The rooms were comfortable and the view was second to none. The one thing that stood out for us personally were the cocktails. |

The breakfasts were excellent and the beds were extremely comfortable and they provided a quiet room as requested Though generally clean, the toilet had been used and therefore not properly cleaned before our arrival. I wish some of the staff had spoken English as their first language |

A modern hotel with nice bright decor. Prices in restaurant and bar were a bit pricey. The changing room and showers in the gym/pool area could do with a good clean. |

The friendly helpful Staff in every part of the Hotel. The food in the Brasserie was excellent but the menu is limited. We ate in on two nights and exhausted our choice of dishes that appealed to us. |
