All the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. the room was lovely but slightly smaller than expected. It would have been nice to have a wider choice on the room service menu. Otherwise, I really enjoyed my stay. |

Very centrally located, but a shame there was no parking on the premises. In addition, we arrived by car in heavy traffic at night, and missed the entrance completely. Our stay was satisfactory, but the hotel tried to charge us again for breakfast. I had to be quite insistent, and luckily, had the documentation to support the fact that breakfast was included in the overall agreed price of £99. |

The location and the views from the 17th floor room. The staff on reception were poor and made lots of mistakes. They were also rude and never apologised. They had us booked in for 1 night when it was clearly 2, no sorry no nothing, yes rude.............. |

Room facilities were good, room was clean, pleasant and airy. Breakfast was excellent, well worth the price Room set up for single occupancy - despite stating at time of booking that it would be two person occupancy - minor gripe. |

We left our luggage at the hotel on the day we checked out, including our shopping, unfortunately one of our party had her shopping bag go missing, 2 days worth of Christmas shopping worth over £200. This did not make a lovely weekend end very well. |

Central location. Modern design rooms. When I checked in, I was told it was company policy that they had to put a hold on my card for £50 per night for any extra's that may be ordered. Was not aware of this at the time of booking. Luckily a friend swipped their card for me. The first room I checked into smelt of weed and I asked to be moved straight away. The second room still smelt but not as strong. Not very pleasant for a romantic weekend break. Was told by a lady on reception that alot of people had complained over the smell, and that it was down to the carpet cleaning fluids. Not what you would expect from a 4 star hotel. One last thing, had to wait 30mins for a bottle opener to be delivered to the room. |

The location of the hotel was ideal for entertaining my clients in the centre of Birmingham The receptionist, although very polite, asked far too many questions when checking in - there were 3 rooms to be checked in by my team and the whole process took nearly 20 minutes - far too long. The room also smelled very bad. |

Located centrally, well furnished, good breakfast, very comfortable rooms quiet for location. views of city through massive windows! staff barely polite, nothing more( breakfast staff were an exception) parking is at an NCP around the corner, if you have luggage it is a bit tricky finding the right access to the 'drop off' facility. we ended up carrying luggage to the car park(not too far away though if you are wheeling it!) The hotel does not have a chip and pin system so my card was rejected fior security reasons; a bit annoying. |

I was treated very professionally by all members of staff. Also as we arrived someone was complaining of a party on the floor that we had been assigned so the receptionist immediately moved our allocation. I thought she gave attention to detail. |

I really like the design of the rooms, I thought the attention to detail throughout was good. As I am product designer, the small things like the nicely designed scales in the bathroom were a nice touch and i felt that these small details were nice like someone has actually thought about it instead of a machine churning out the design.. If i was being really picky i guess i would of liked a jackuzi in the spa, as when i use a sauna Im always used to climbing into a a jacuzi as well although i can appreciate that space is limited, maybe you could of shuffled some of the gym equipment over and knock the wall through where the lockers wher and put some frosted glass up like the stuff in the bathrooms of the suite, i think you could get away with this without encroaching on the gym area too much |
