Central location and the view from our room on the 5th floor was pleasing. Plenty of taxis outside the hotel in the evening should you require one. The room was very nice but personally we found it a little too warm-min temp. was 19 degrees and because of the design we were not given the option to open a window. |

very good location,centrai to theatres,china town shopping centre parking although close exspensive.no mention that hotel would authorise credit card by £50 xtra on room price, this is our policy i was told.after talking to manager i asked them to take the cost of the room in full, which was done.this delayed my checking in nd i was told that i must not add any xtras to my room |

The current two night weekend offer made a stay at a luxury hotel a possible treat for me and my partner. The room was clean and comfortable, the views very great from the 16th floor and everything we needed was within a very short walk (nice pub, good restaurants etc) Check out the mural in the park opposite - very impressive! |

Staff were great, room was fantastic. Food at hotel and restaurant was superb. Only issue was that we were given a 2 for 1 voucher for the restaurant when we checked-in, which turned out to be out-of-date when we gave it to the restaurant. The Restaurant said they'd honor it but then when the bill came they charged us full price. Unfortunately we were in too much of a rush to raise the mistake. |

The hotel was very clean,and central to the city. Only problem we had was the cleaning staff kept coming to our room .On sunday they knocked 4 times in 1 hour.This annoyed us as we were trying to relax and enjoy the last few hours of our stay.Plus our face cloths were removed on the sat from our bathroom. |
