I really like the design of the rooms, I thought the attention to detail throughout was good. As I am product designer, the small things like the nicely designed scales in the bathroom were a nice touch and i felt that these small details were nice like someone has actually thought about it instead of a machine churning out the design.. If i was being really picky i guess i would of liked a jackuzi in the spa, as when i use a sauna Im always used to climbing into a a jacuzi as well although i can appreciate that space is limited, maybe you could of shuffled some of the gym equipment over and knock the wall through where the lockers wher and put some frosted glass up like the stuff in the bathrooms of the suite, i think you could get away with this without encroaching on the gym area too much |

Comfortable facilities. Very approachable and friendly staff, always helpful. Took notice to our comments and requests pre-booking in placing us which was much appreciated. |

StAFF not very helpful fire alarm went off continuously in room - we were moved at 2am dsepite having told reception in the early evening. New room had a brick wall directly in front of window when curtains opened!!!!! |

from the moment we stepped through the revolving doors everything at the raddisson was beautiful! we were even lucky enough to be able to check in 3 hours early!! we stayed on the 13th floor and with the floor to ceiling windows and the view is great. location is good for shopping, about a 5 min walk into town and same to train station. restaurant on first floor has lovely food and very classy, romantic feeling. lots of couples and one even got engaged!!! so sweet!!! we had a non-smoking room but the bathrrom really smelt of cigarettes...we worked out it must of been the extraction system. there was also a strong drain smell whilst the taps were running....made me feel quesy whilst brushing my teeth...good luck if you had a hangover!!!! |

Very comfortable and clean room. It was well located for the nia and other venues for entertainment and culture. It was handy having the oportunity to buy bar food.The receptionist was very helpful in sorting a problem with our booking and they were very obliging when we asked for information . They initially gave us a double bed even though I had requested a twin and when we checked this was told that we had. When we went to our room it was a double. We complained and we were then given a twin room but had to wait for it to be made up.We were able to use the original room until it was ready but it was disappointing to have this hassle. The receptionist said that going through the net did not gurrantee requests. I wonder why? In the end all was well and we were given complimentary fruit. The receptionist was extreemly helpful. |

the building was cool, took ages to check in, was given the incorrect information by staff, didnt understand was the staff were saying very clearly due to language and accents! there appeared a lot of unhappy customers and as for value for money this place comes last i would rather a ramada anytime.standard. |

Excellent value for money from the weekend promotion, very nice room - stylish, classy and very comfortable. 0 out 10 for the view which was nothing other than a brick wall - ironic as we were in one of the tallest buildings in birmingham! The shower didnt work in our bathroom either, bit annoying but opted for a bath instead. |

The service was excellent and the hotel quality to a very high standard. The location altough near to shops and transport center ie. new street train station was not in a great location late at night. |

It was a really clean posh room, it was tidied daily and all staff there were very welcoming and friendly. I thought it had a pool but there was not one at this hotel. |
