EVERYTHING !!!!! Especially Manager, Staff, Restaurant & Business Class Room Value

TV & TV Reception was poor for Business Class Room

Filini restaurant pre theatre dining, excellent value for money and wonderful staff. Great breakfast too. All staff very helpful.

Smell of stale cigarette smoke on 2 of the floors we tried rooms. 3rd room offered was finally acceptable.

When tou're staying at youw rm and the water is streaming along the wals you're not amused. And when you'reboard reserved qa rom of 42 qr meters and get a quite smaller one, you feel yourself ripped off.

We liked the panoramic views of birmingham in the hotel room, the size of the corner rooms. The restaurants food was so delicious and well presented. The staff were welcoming and courteous.

The pillows were most uncomfortable resulting in very little sleep!!! Quality of the finishing in the bathroom could have been better to have kept in keeping with the brand of radisson blu. The smell as entering the room was not welcoming!!! The chair in the room has stains on it!!!

We were meant to be staying one of the suites but got updated to the presidential suite and it was amazing! Great views

Noisy between 2.30am and 5.30am from street below - not hotel's fault just a disadvantage of central location.

A modern & stylish hotel in the heart of the city! Fabulous room & all round excellent service!

The View was great and the staff were really friendly. Despite not booking breakfast we were given free breakfast anyway. (dodged a bullet by choosing not to pay the £10 fee advertised on the website!) Room was nice and modern, The free wifi was reasonably fast and easy to log onto and meant that we could stream films and TV onto laptop and Ipad which was really nice. Within easy walking distance of the major tourist destinations. You can always find your way back to your hotel as it's pretty much a local landmark!

The Gym and Sauna are a little on the small side and kind of an afterthought but to be honest... it's a small percentage of people that actually use the gym in a hotel. TV did not have any pay per veiw films or chanels as advertised in the booklet in the room, but free fast wifi ment that we could run netflix which made up for the lack of TV choices. Website sugested that we had to pay £10 per guest for breakfast, which almost made us choose another hotel. In the end we chose this one thinking we would eat breakfast at a cafe instead. It turned out breakfast was complimentary with our room. I would have been really angry about this if I had paid the additional £40 (2 people for 2 nights) luckily I didn't...

Clean place and lovely room Location

-Staff was excellent a part from the young man at the check in. Not friendly, not helpful and not even a smile. It was a pitty because all the other member of staff we talk to were absolutely fantastic -too small tv for the room -poor lighting in bathroom -restaurant closed on Sunday night -according to the building, we expected a top floor bar/restaurant...(our mistake I guess)

Very tired old mattress, ditto pillows. Mould in bathroom. Wobbly handrail in bath. Bathroom fan ran all night and could not be turned off. No stock in mini bar. Would have liked some water!
