Loation great, room very good size and comfortable, but best of all were the staff, made us feel very welcome. Decided to eat in bar/ resturant as booking elsewhere went wrong and got a fantastic meal and the bar staff were great. Thanks.
Noting to report...
The Radisson Blu has well appointed rooms, a great breakfast buffet option and Scoff & Banter is one of the best 'hotel restaurants' I've ever dined in - quality of the meals is exceptional. The location of this hotel is fabulous if you want to be central and is so close to the Underground, bus stops etc - you can't go wrong location wise.
breakfast was poor
The breakfast variety is few
Loved the location, - Oxford Circus & Bond Street tube stations very close. Great staff & superb breakfast.
Next time we will ask for a larger room.
Location for shopping
Didn't have a double bed available even though this is what we booked
The upgrade to a suite!
Didn't have one.
No food options in restaurant + no staff to help with bags when checked in and check out
It took forever for the room to warm up.
Central location, still very quiet Friendly staff Nice room Free Wi-Fi
Queue for the breakfast Tiny reception area
The room and facilities were lovely, the breakfast was ok, we were given a voucher to spend in the bar. The staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the bathroom with all the showerheads, the room was lovely.
No green tea in the bedroom, this is the only tea I drink. Also there were no biscuits and the kettle was difficult to fill.
Quite simply. This is how a hotel should be. Friendly, welcoming, clean, modern, well-located, relaxing and run by passionate people.
Honestly? Nothing. I really couldn't fault it. I don't know anyone there and I've never stayed there before but I plan to change that!
Close to shopping and Restaurants Buffet Breakfast was great value for money
We Paid for Deluxe king room but were given a standard room that was very small and cramped every day we went back to our room the key card did not work so had to go back downstairs to get card reactivated, this was very inconvenient when we were on the 3rd floor and had lots of shopping bags. room cleaners continually left dirty cups and glasses,
It's convenient to go shopping the centre of london.
I don't think anything.
Efficient but friendly & helpful staff on reception. Offered choice of room which was ready early. Bigger than expected, clean & well equipped with large, comfortable bed. Very easy to find table for breakfast, which was good, again staff were helpful & efficient. Ideally placed for Palladium. Quick & easy checkout. Would highly recommend this hotel & will definitely use again.
Rather lumpy pillows!
Lovely staff (all the Radissons that I've stayed in have great staff). The hotel couldn't be better placed for visiting London and the rate is reasonable.
Very helpful staff and great location.
The rooms are a lot smaller than they look like at the web pictures.
Really cosy room
Asked for twin room was travelling with 23year old son ,they gave us double had to ask them to change us .
The front desk were greT in particular a chap with the first name Akin. He was superior.
In the midst of Oxford Street shopping.
Few dining options within vicinity.
Everything about the hotel was perfect that's why we stay there
Only one thing is that the pillows could have been a bit plumper
The location was excellent, not only for Oxford Street, but for tube and bus routes.
There was only one power point in the twin room.
- Location, right opposite Bond Street tube, and all the shops - got upgraded to a bigger room on the top floor very spacious also let us check in before the check in time for both of our rooms - free wifi throughout the hotel - nice friendly staff
nothing will definitely be back
The staff. First and foremost. Lovely, listening, paying attention, helpful. I think these ppl are the main asset of the hotel. And location. Oxford street is literally the heart of London, I just walked around all my stay. For these two things, I would come back to the hotel.
If you travel alone, you might get the worst room of the hotel. Every hotel has one. I think, that is what happened to me. It was very odd shape and tiny, the furniture old, the carpet soooooo old, it could not be properly cleaned, the heating loud and completely inefective -in december in London it IS important- and the walls are stained with stuff I dont want to know... To be fair, the staff listened and gave me a waaaaaaaaaaaay better room from the second night. I think they knew my complaints were more than fair....
Excellent staff, brilliant room, got a free upgrade to a suite so started off well.
The price of drinks/food was a bit steep, but they always are in London
