Young German couple: We were upgraded as hotel was overbooked and free breakfast was included (17 Pounds per person is otherwise a bit pricey). We had room 318 which faces Oxford Street. Noise level is ok. Aircon could not be switched off entirely and made most of the noise. No extra charges for early check-in. Good hotel, good location. No bad smells, not dirty, no disappointment. |

What a beautiful hotel hidden behind the bustle of Oxford Street! The rooms were beautiful, staff were lovely and breakfast was gorgeous in the morning. A lovely location for our weekend away. We would definitely consider staying here again! |

I like the location of the hotel as it is right on oxford street and was in walking distance to almost everything I wanted to go see when I was in london. I did not like the lift as it took for ever to stop at the level you were on or it just did not stop at your level. During the whole weekend I was there I used the lift twice to get the case up and down from the my room which was on the 6th floor. |

It is the perfect location for shopping and the staff were really friendly The key didn't work at times and I had to go down to activate it, but I still enjoyed my stay. |

The hotel is nice and very well located. Nothing "complimentary" though, which for a so-called luxury hotel was surprising. I stayed at a lower class hotel during the week that followed and got biscuits and other little attentions that make the difference. The staff did not review my booking email where I was asking for one room with twin beds so when we arrived there were only double beds available. It was not a major problem but I was expecting more for the price. I'm not sure whether this is the hotel's fault of that of booking.com, though. |

Friendly staff. during my one night stay, the power in my room went off twice and I was awoken at 3:30am by the fire alarm in the next rrom - which had gone off because someone was taking a shower. |

I was on a short city vacation with my mum. We liked the hotel a lot. Location is excellent for shopping at Oxford Street, close to all big department stores. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was quiet, which was surpising for being so close to Oxford Street (we had room on first floor, on side alley and had the air conditioner on all the time). Room could be bigger and without wall-to-wall carpet, no major complaints. |
