Well this is more for Booking.com, They did not show our reservation. So it was a real hassle coming in. The rooms were very small! I expect that in London but not for 287 pounds a night I dont. I have stayed at places in london for 100 pounds that had bigger rooms and better service. The breakfast is absolutely redicilous priced. You can just down to the road and 2 can eat a full english breakfast for half as much as it cost one person to eat at the hotel. I am not a real penny pincer, but anyone can see that there is no benefit in that. I would not call this a 4 star hotel! It was more like a one or two star! With a 5 star name!

I have stayed at the Radisson Berkshire a number of occasions and have very happy. The first night was terrible I was in room 109 I could hear construction work all night. I moved to 308 and I was reminded why I book & stay at this particular hotel. I had a conference in the morning which didn't help as I hadn't slept well. I will stay again but need to ask for a quite room. Regards Mr R S Bhamra

We were extremely pleased with the price of our stay, we had considered staying with you before because of the location but have found it out of our price range- being pensioners!! The bed was a bit narrower than we are used to but it didn't really affect our stay.

Tha location was exellent- in the middle of Oxford st. Next to Bond Station. The staff was very kind, helpful and friendly, and the room was large and quite. It had a large closet and free Wi-Fi . We also received free magazins. Breakfast was good but we would have prefered to have more vegetables included. The only disadvantages that we found were that the bathroom was too small and not so comfortable and that there was only two electric sockets placed in unconfortable places . We enjoyed it very much and we will sure be coming back.

Location is excellent for Oxford Street (next to Debenhams, and a few hundred metres from Selfridges). Overall, the hotel was exactly as we expected. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, friendly helpful staff and good value for money. We would use this hotel again. The bed had the usual washed polyester pillows which are then about as soft as a concrete block! As it's impossible to take a pillow with me everywhere I go it would be helpful to be given a choice of pillows. Our allocated room (512) was unfortunately blessed with a window which had been painted shut, but with a small gap at the top. This meant that a cold draught was present all the time, tempered only by the heavy curtains when they were shut. Unless it summer or your body temperature gauge is permanently on overheat you will feel the cold at night.

After flying so long from Australia I really did not expect such a great place to have relaxed. The location to the tube and right at the door for shopping what more could you ask for. The only thing which was annoying was the work going on next door which I don't think should be used at this time and the bathroom fan would not turn off.

The location and the once cosy Edwardian style rooms and furnishings The uncosy rooms, furniture. Very awkwardly placed plugs ( on the floor under a table ) No readig lamps and too much ceiling light which compel you to light the whole room any time you need the light .Other than this , it is recommendable

Location. Most of the staff are helpful. There is no small break or double rooms between the corridor and the room - and the bed is situated in such a way that your head is only 1 meter away from the noisy corridor...It is never quiet in the room - people in the corridor all night long, and cleaning (vacuum cleaner) starts at about 8 am -so I could not sleep at all. Too expensive for this level of comfort.

A good value-to-cost relation, alongside its central location. The single room where I stayed was too small, and the sink in the faucet had a leak.
