I was on a short city vacation with my mum. We liked the hotel a lot. Location is excellent for shopping at Oxford Street, close to all big department stores. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Room was quiet, which was surpising for being so close to Oxford Street (we had room on first floor, on side alley and had the air conditioner on all the time). Room could be bigger and without wall-to-wall carpet, no major complaints. |

To be honest, I was really disappointed about my stay in this hotel. I have rated quite a few hotels on this site, and this is the only one so far that gets such a negative response. I have never been upset by a hotel so much in my 10+ years of extensive business travel. Shame on you as listing the hotel as "recommended" and "excellent value for money" when it is none of this. This hotel is a tourist trap, designed to get max money from you while not paying attention to value. There was a reasonable rate advertised for a single room, which I took, and then upon arrival was straight ahead advised by the receptionist to upgrade to a double room for extra 30GBP. |

The location, the polite, friendly and caring staff. The noisy, banging wardrobes which could be heard from next rooms. |

On arrival we were upgraded to a Deluxe room without even asking. The service at reception was warm, friendly and extremely helpful. The room was perfect - with a view out onto Oxford Street, unbeatable! The breakfast in the morning sealed the deal with this hotel - huge range, all freshly made and the service was good too. I will definitely stay here again for my next London City break. |

The staff were simply charming and always pleasant. Any request or questions were treated with cheerful kindness and the hotel was particularly well staffed. We were in a smoking room lst., floor for my husband. The bathroom was lovely but the bed was rather small, more queen size than double otherwise the room aforded every comfort. We loved the decor of the stairwells and dining rooms. |

The worst thing was that when we arrived at the hotel we found out that our reservation has been cancelled by "booking.com." just a few hours ago. One thing that might be annoying at this particular hotel is that it is a bit noisy, cause it is located in Oxford Street. |

Location was excellent, otherwise it is a mediocre hotel with absolutely awful and small rooms. Not worth 4 stars One of my worst experiences in a hotel ever. This was supposed to be a renowned 4 star Radisson brand hotel, instead the hotel elevator was almost for 2 people with no room to move, our double room seemed like a "restroom" sized room with the double king bed barely fitting 2 people. Breakfast is 32 pounds for 2 and it is one of the worst ever.. |

The location of the hotel is super great... unbeatable.. great for shopping commuting and wandering around the centre of London. Also staff were great, helpfull with a touch of privacy which was great. The problem with My room, as I asked for a non smoking room, was the internet connection. The room seems situated at the corner of the hotel, which gave me a great view of Oxford Street and its chaos, but it meant that WIFI was at it's lowest, and barely connectable.. not a big issue though. |
