Well this is more for Booking.com, They did not show our reservation. So it was a real hassle coming in. The rooms were very small! I expect that in London but not for 287 pounds a night I dont. I have stayed at places in london for 100 pounds that had bigger rooms and better service. The breakfast is absolutely redicilous priced. You can just down to the road and 2 can eat a full english breakfast for half as much as it cost one person to eat at the hotel. I am not a real penny pincer, but anyone can see that there is no benefit in that. I would not call this a 4 star hotel! It was more like a one or two star! With a 5 star name!

The location was very convenient and the staff very friendly. Liked the main level bar although we only had time to use it once. Room is very small but we did expect that. We wanted twin beds and they could not confirm the twin beds until we checked in.

The design and decor on the overall hotel is pretty contemporary and update. The twin room we had is quite good considering a small hotel like this situated in the middle of Oxford Street. Cleanliness within the hotel is good. We did not have any breakfast or lunch in the hotel, so we cannot comment on this. No one helped bring the luggages to our room after we checked in, and so I had to do it myself.

I have stayed at the Radisson Berkshire a number of occasions and have very happy. The first night was terrible I was in room 109 I could hear construction work all night. I moved to 308 and I was reminded why I book & stay at this particular hotel. I had a conference in the morning which didn't help as I hadn't slept well. I will stay again but need to ask for a quite room. Regards Mr R S Bhamra

We were extremely pleased with the price of our stay, we had considered staying with you before because of the location but have found it out of our price range- being pensioners!! The bed was a bit narrower than we are used to but it didn't really affect our stay.

Location is excellent for Oxford Street (next to Debenhams, and a few hundred metres from Selfridges). Overall, the hotel was exactly as we expected. Clean, comfortable, well appointed, friendly helpful staff and good value for money. We would use this hotel again. The bed had the usual washed polyester pillows which are then about as soft as a concrete block! As it's impossible to take a pillow with me everywhere I go it would be helpful to be given a choice of pillows. Our allocated room (512) was unfortunately blessed with a window which had been painted shut, but with a small gap at the top. This meant that a cold draught was present all the time, tempered only by the heavy curtains when they were shut. Unless it summer or your body temperature gauge is permanently on overheat you will feel the cold at night.

After flying so long from Australia I really did not expect such a great place to have relaxed. The location to the tube and right at the door for shopping what more could you ask for. The only thing which was annoying was the work going on next door which I don't think should be used at this time and the bathroom fan would not turn off.
