Proximity to shops, outstanding service, ease of coming and going
The location is fantastic.Selfridges,John Lewis,Debenhams,H&M,GAP,HMV Store,HSBC,Bond Street Tube Stn.,St.Christophers Place,Molton st. ...whatmore can you ask for .Rooms are well appointed and the staff friendly as can be.Great breakfast too.Great price and value.
The Coffee shop service was very slow and food came C O L D after much waiting. Choice is also very limited--so its best to eat out as plenty of excellent places. The bed I found a bit too soft.
Location and wifi
Poor staff. I found empty items in the minibar, after complaining they removed and never replace claiming running out of. On check out I found it in the bill. I flaq up the issue and the apology and remove. After 12h from the checking out the add it again and charged my cc. It was completely unacceptable service and very unusual staff. This is just the bigest issue with the staff but not the only
We went to the hotel and when we do check in they told us ur room has been canceled from ur website and we paid 1300 pound
Great location: Walk to most major sights and shopping areas or catch a bus or the tube from right outside. Very comfortable rooms.
Slightly noisy from outside... But that applies to most of central London not just this place.
The pizzas claimed to be freshly baked, this means a cardboard pre bought base and rubbery ingredients. The chips had an after taste due to the old oil they were clearly fried in! To top it off it arrived late and was all cold!
Staff were freindly
Got told upon arrival after a 24hr trip that the room we had booked was not available Remedy - they charged us for a upgrade at full tote odds No discount no breakfast no nothing Earplugs under the bed - foyer full of cigarette smoke - phone that crackled more than the comm's from the moon landing and didn't work I wont mention the laundry incident And they call this HOSPITALITY
Right opposite bond street station, so really easy to get around London. Staff always friendly
Could hear the people next door, even when they turned on a light switch or on the phone, was on 1st floor. But when I've stayed in the past on higher floors I didn't have this problem
Fantastic location if your are going shopping. Very friendly staff.
the location is perfect
Very small rooms
the team is very helpfull and kind
no place to organize before flight like the rest of hotels in london have our order was not respected
The room was nice and it has all basic facilities. Service was good and location is great for shoppers. Staff are very friendly and helpful.
The room is slightly small but I guess this is the norm in London . It gets a bit noisy late at night due to the location.we requested a twin bed room but this was not available. The king size bed is more of a queen bed or a bit smaller. We noticed once that the towels which we threw in the bath tub were not changed but we raised this with the management and they sent us fresh clean towels.
location is good near every thing
staff is not good , thay give me another room after one night they give me my booking room .
Wifi and breakfast
Air conditioner was noisy. Room and bathroom were not properly cleaned. There were not enough power points in the room.
breakfast was not included
Location is very convinient. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
sometimes Oxford street is too crowded.
The location is excellent for us as we come to shop !
We had an awful lot of trouble with the security card to enter our room 110 - we went down 4 times before we got in that was when a manager let us in with his master card - this happened again later that day and the next ! Just a bit frustrating otherwise our stay was lovely.
The staff were friendly and efficient. The bar was cosy and relaxed Food in bar looked excellent and was recommended to us. Breakfast was great. Decor was tasteful.
Asked for a twin bed and they only had a double available. had to wait a little for room to be ready at about 3.15pm - but had a free tea.
Comfortable beds. Location.
Impractical sink. Technically inappropriately placed water supply. Insufficient information about the benefits (voucher) when check-in.
Nice location, conveniënt for my meeting in the neighborhood of the hotel. Very good restaurant in the hotel.
For the price, the room was small, and nothing special. Staff was adequate, but not very helpful. At arrival they offered me a larger room, for additional fee, but for smokers, so not really acceptable.
Location, service and ease of booking
The brand Raddison Blu suggests a certain standard. Location of hotel suited my needs.
I booked a twin room but when I checked in I was told I would have to upgrade to get a twin room! I had to pay an extra £30. I only selected this hotel on holiday bookings because it supposedly offered me a twin room option.
