Such a great location for the west end and Euston Reception team were great, professional and friendly Breakfast was excellent
The location Staff friendliness
Not getting served at the bar Mix up with room
The hotel is spotlessly clean and modern. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially in the bar. The location was great but obviously this depends on the reason for your visit and where you are going!
Waiting to be seated for breakfast for around 10 minutes and then gave up and went to a cafe, shame after a pleasant stay.
Overall a great experience
When asked if I had a room preference I ask for a quiet location unfortunately I was put in a room with the outside condensers for the air conditioning by my window so it was very noisy.
The size of the suite was perfect with enough living space to have a few guest over. The pizza ordered in by the room service team late at night was out of this world!
- The location was fantastic, walking distance to Oxford Street, Piccadilly, Leicester Square and Covent Garden - Reception and eating area are attractive and of a good standard of decoration. - Staff were extremely helpful and courteous - Rooms were clean and the shower was great
The food at breakfast was lovely but the service was a bit of a shambles!
The reception guy sent us in the wrong direction when we asked him where the nearest laundrymat was and when we asked him to book the Radisson hotel in France for us he handed out his business card !!
The room we had was excellent - very comfortable. Staff were very helpful
I thought the breakfast was expensive in the hotel so instead of eating breakfast in the hotel we ate at a local cafe just next door for half the price and the quality was excellent.! We were disappointed with the choice in the restaurant - either steak or Lobster - we did not feel like eating either steak or lobster so we did not use the restaurant . in the bar gratuities are automatically added to your bill - and we only noticed this on our second evening - we always believe in tipping but like to be given the option !.
Travelling with children therefore requested room with 3 beds. 3rd bed was a Z bed cramped into the room blocking access to desk, wardrobe and safe cupboard. Was expecting better from a 4 star hotel charging me over £500 for 2 nights without breakfast.
The location was great. We were very central and close to a lot of happening areas such as Soho, the Westend, Covent Garden etc. Tottenham Court tube station was 3 minutes away and the British Museum was just down the road
The room was not like depicted in the picture. If you want something spacious you will have to go for the more expensive options or choose another hotel. The breakfast was not very good and expensive so we usually ate somewhere else in the area.
Excellent, professional staff. Great location for the West End, many theatres all in walking distance and great shopping and restaraunts/bars nearby in the Seven Dials.
Bed was not a full queen size compared to other hotels with similar offering/standard.
Location Hotel design Room confort and equipment Good Breakfast
Its missing a SPA, a gym or a pool to be perfect !
Very unfriendly personnel saying that the preferences of the customer will be not considered ! (Stefanie @reception) By the booking of the double/twin room they provided twin room saying there are not double rooms available. But this is not acceptable. After several attempts to ask for another rom, suddenly a double room got free...very confusing and unfriendly
The location! The service, friendly staff. Definitely go again.
Only 2 elevators, they are slow and small...
very noisy rd not much sleep
Friendly staff, clean room and bathrooms, good sleep quality and quiet! Everything one needs from a hotel stay!
Rooms could be a little more spacious but manageable.
Great environment with lovely spacious rooms even for a standard double room. I would stay again.
No flat pillows which did my sleep no good. No plug for the bathroom sink which was a minor issue but mildly irritating.
Room was pokey and poorly designed Staff at breakfast should be at a fast food chain not a hotel
location / room pleasant / had a bath rather than just a shower
the Radisson Blu Edwardian was fantastic, brilliant location, 5mins from Covent Garden. Friendly staff who couldnt do enough to help and beautiful rooms. It was a pleasure to stay there and have recommended it to all of my friends
The Service received from members of staff when trying to sort our room out and finding us a new room. Outstanding.
Everything you would expect from a 4* hotel. Really clean, comfortable. Housekeeper was really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good quality. Rooms were big enough. Close to tube station, and easy walk to Covent Gardens
The wifi didn't work at all so I stayed on 3G. The service at breakfast was a little slow. My wife had finished her breakfast before we got butter or coffee on the table
Liked location and excellent staff
Doors that close loudly.
Good location, comfy bed, nice and clean.
Was this a 4*+ hmm not so sure. The standard room was a little bit disappointing. We normally stay at The Strand Palace, which was as good but cheaper. £14 for a whiskey & coke was excessive, the most expensive drink we've had in London.
