Well worth paying the little bit extra to stay here as we were within walking distance of everywhere we wanted to go so saved money on tubes/taxis. The hotel is really beautiful and very clean. The rooms are a bit small but when you're in London you're not going to be in the room much! Bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.
The hotel was perfect for our New Years eve trip away! Very central location, within walking distance of most of London's main attractions! Would highly recommend to everyone!
We only stayed one night but it was fantastic, really felt like we had a treat. Near to restaurants and shows, wouldn't go anywhere else.
Highly accesible and good facilities
The bathroom is a wee bit bigger at the expense of a bigger bedroom
Attentive service and good location
Music was far too loud in the bar on Saturday night! A hotel, not a nightclub!
The location and the facilities
The massive stain on our carpet when arriving. The fact that they made me pay for a cake before checking out of the hotel and also that our key cards didn't work twice
Polite & professional staff. Great breakfast - plenty of choices.
The location and lobby bar are excellent
Our room was way too hot, the air conditioning was not working. We asked for this to be fixed but to no avail. There was a flashing faulty light in our room all night too. Completely unable to sleep in a hot, stuffy room with a flashing faulty light. I will not return as this is not a cheap hotel where you would expect this kind of quality
price size of rooms very loud music in bar / lounge
All in all, a great experience.
The hotel was stunning and the reception staff were lovely.
The room service. They didn't answer their phone or collect our tray.
attentive staff , lovely to have breakfast while watching the world go by, excellent food served in the restaurant, well sized room with tea/coffee facilities refilled during evening
being asked to put £50 on a card to allow for extras. refused as paid cash while booking in.
2 minute walk from Oxford St. Bloomsbury is a very pretty area. Huge reg stag in reception. Bloomsbury Cafe opposite the hotel does amazing coffee and breakfast.
Nothing. Great hotel in a fantastic location!
Upmarket hotel in great location with a lovely breakfast
wifi was mixed
Helpful, friendly staff Comfortable room Great location
This was our 3rd stay and once again the team were so helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The room was comfortable and spacious and we just love the vibe of being between Covent Garden, the theatres and museum. We are back again next week. Definitely on our list of favourites!
location room facilities
breakfast - very croeded and overpriced
Perfect hotel, lovely little personal touches for my wife's birthday. We will definitely go back and stay again at the same hotel. Staff are so helpful and accommodating.
Location good hotel & staff
Difficult to park your car, and at £38 per 24hrs very expensive.
Everything from check in to check out was perfect. Will be back next Christmas.
Staff were very friendly and helpful and gave us a free upgrade. Added some nice touches to our room. Thanks for a lovely stay will see you again.
Good location, excellent breakfast.
Dated rooms, we have them something to put in the fridge and when we got it back it was warmer than room temp. Refused to store some baby food in their freezer but now that I am thinking about it good job they didn't.The climate control unit in the room had a mind of its own, the fridge "minibar" and the main lights in the room didn't work.
Great atmosphere, friendly helpful personel
Bandwith of the wifi is poor
Nice room, comfy bed, great location, reasonable price for central London around Holidays. Front desk and room staff excellent.
The fricking music at the bar. They blast techno or disco music at a high volume. Hard to talk, service was awful. At 9 pm on a quiet Sunday evening, do we really need loud disco music? Really? Have stayed at Rad Blu in Berlin, had nice ambient music, could talk, bring a computer down, relax. Not here.
