Radisson Edwardian Bloomsbury Street Hotel9-13 Bloomsbury Street, Bloomsbury, WC1B 3QD London (Show map) Very good, Score from 463 reviews“It was a terrific choice of hotels. The room was large, elegant, quiet, and comfortable. All the expected amentities were in place, and then some. Excellent staff, beautiful room, lovely large bathroom Was expecting a larger room for a King Deluxe and the price that was paid. Slightly dissapointed but that was the only complaint.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great for going out in town. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. There was still pubic hairs on the bathtub. As you can imagine this was very upsetting. I had to call up and get my room cleaned again. Then had to call up and get my room changed. The staff acted quickly, but I wouldn't have gotten any kind of appogoly if I didn't get my room changed. Also there is a £50 pound cover fee for each night that you stay. This made me nervous to use any of there completementy products.

I was expecting a lot more from Radisson. Room was clean , but I booked a superior room which said 'Large room with large bed' - we received neither of these. The room was very small and the bed was a normal double - if not smaller. Also there wasn't a iPod dock in the room as we were told there would be, and when we asked for one we were told maintenance could bring one up to the room - this never happened. Location is good for the theatre and Covent garden , but really this is all it has to offer. I did not feel I received what I was looking forward to, nor for what I paid for. Superior room? ..... nothing superior about that !!!!

The staff at the hotel were exceptionally helpful and pleasant. The check- in was very easy and every effort was made to try and get us into our room earlier than the stated check-in time, although we didn't expect to be able to do this. The hotel is very stylish and elegant. The room was small, but delightful, with a good view over the local area and the British Museum. The location of the hotel is very good for visitor attractions and the west-end. We definitely hope to have a return visit. Thank you. We didn't take breakfast in the hotel, as we thought it was rather over- priced. The hotel has a lot of local competition for breakfasts, so I think it is inevitable that visitors will go elsewhere. Perhaps a review of pricing policy would change this? Just a small reduction in the cost could make it competitive and would certainly encourage us to stay in the hotel for breakfast. Thank you.

Only booked in for one night, but everything was fine and we were so close to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Didn't eat on the premises but sure it would have been good if we had.

proximity to shops and theatres was excellent and the staff were lovely and helpful The room was extremely small for the money I paid but was told that it is because it is in London but I have stayed in much better and only 1 cup was returned following the room being cleaned. I felt claustrophobic in it but as we were out most of the time this didn't bother us too much.

Location - closeness to Covent Garden - Royal Opera House Our room was not cleaned on the final day of our stay. Even in spite og our personal request to the concierge mid afternoon. Returning from the theatre at 2300 hrs it had not been cleaned. Most disappointing!

The staff were very hospitable and went out of their way to help. Our break was to celebrate my 65th birthday, but unfortunately at breakfast a coffee pot toppled onto my lap from the waitresses tray....apart from damp trousers, luckly no personal damage. An offer of cleaning was forthcoming, but instead they waived the charge of the breakfast as a gesture. Disappointed that this happened to an otherwise splendid hotel and service.

The room was small and poky. The ceilings felt low and room was dark.Insufficient space for storage and furniture was not as expected in a four star hotel eg plastic chair, ironing table and iron leaning on wardrobe, bedside shelf at height to hit head .Really it was very disappointing and not what I had expected at all.
