Radisson Blu Edwardian, Bloomsbury Street  

Friendly, helpful staff

The staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the hotel was beautiful. The location was perfect for us! My trip was for business and pleasure and I look forward to returning to the Radisson Blu Edwardian Bloomsbury!

On arrival we were greeted by very helpful staff who upgraded our room for free. The hotel was in a great location.

Whilst the staff were friendly they were clearly incompetent despite booking a wake up call the member of staff forgot to write down the time which meant we were late for a pre booked event and had to forgo breakfast despite paying extra for it! When we brought this up with check in staff they did not offer a helpful solution, hence we ended up hungry at our event with no reinbursement for their clear failure to provide a service they offer. I was however told I would have an email in the next day from the manager to resolve the matter however a week later I have heard nothing! Whilst I would recommend this hotel I cannot comment on the breakfast or suggest booking a wake up call for business stays. Overall very disappointing.

We were very impressed with the staff they were always very helpful and we were upgraded to a bigger room which was lovely. The bed was really comfortable and there was plenty to choose from at breakfast, the location was purfect and we would not hesitate to stop her again.

Locality to the West End

The price of the room we stayed in was four times the price on the Saturday than the Friday,ie £40 & £162this would stop me from using your hotels again.

Service was outstanding, especially the head concierge, Gary Metcalfe.

My room was extremely hot and I couldn't affect it even by lowering the temperature. Room was advertised as executive king but it was very small - luckily I was a solo traveller. Also the bedpost ends were sharp and could easily hurt someone and the doorstop in the bathroom as well.

Great location and friendly staff.

They take an extra £100 out of your account as 'insurance' and don't even tell you. I checked out on Sunday morning and the money is still not back in my account. It is now Tuesday evening! Outrageous.

First class hotel in an ideal location close to Euston, Kings Cross and St Pancrass railway stations. 10 min walk to Oxford St and its shopping, and to Shaftesbury Ave and theatres. Also perfect for Covent Garden with its restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping. Fantastic breakfast and all facilities excellent.

Hotels breakfast expensive

The staff was great and very helpful. I found the restaurant very good and enjoyed the bar at the end of the day with snacks, wonderful music and a glass of good wine. Location to all points of interest via walking, bus or tube was easy. Very nice stay.

Our room was quite small for two people. I expected it to be small but it was smaller than my expectations. The bathroom however was just fine and spacious. Our bathroom flooded from the room above us and the staff responded immediately with help and moved us to a new room straight away.
