Excellent staff, beautiful room, lovely large bathroom Was expecting a larger room for a King Deluxe and the price that was paid. Slightly dissapointed but that was the only complaint.

The hotel was in a great position for theatre land and oxford street ect....Dined in the restutant which was superb and the staff couldnt do enough to help.Hotel room was a little small,however cosy and clean with a lovely bathroom.I Will return to this hotel agiain Just the superior room was small,but it wouldnt stop me returning.

The staff was very nice and helpful and the location was great! There should be some coffe and te fasilities in the room. There was body wash in what was supposed to be shampo and when we showered longer then 5min the water went all over the bathroomfloor.

The beds were comfortable and the location was great for going out in town. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly. There was still pubic hairs on the bathtub. As you can imagine this was very upsetting. I had to call up and get my room cleaned again. Then had to call up and get my room changed. The staff acted quickly, but I wouldn't have gotten any kind of appogoly if I didn't get my room changed. Also there is a £50 pound cover fee for each night that you stay. This made me nervous to use any of there completementy products.

Location, polite personnel, cleanliness, sober elegant. Marble. Design. Nice bathroom with plenty of products. Price of breakfast on offer. Noise (no carpet by the elevators), we had asked for high floor. No subtitles for tv. No numeric tv...; No view.

The location, and the decoration , they are beautiful. Don't know why the saturday morning resturant was really busy, we ordered room service breakfast but it didnot arrive untill an hour later,we kept calling for 3 times, told the receptionor cuz we were laeving soon would it be quicker . that's a minus, but after all the room was really good, we got there late and fortunately being upgraded to a better room, thanks!

We were given a room upgrade on check-in which was a nice surprise. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the food and service were very good. The location was also excellent. The tv picture wasn't very good - probably analogue tv.

We were given a complimentary upgrade on our arrival at the hotel, I would definately recommend this hotel. The staff are freindly and professional. The hotels location is brilliant for sightseeing/theatre and my stay there was very pleasant.

Staff very friendly and welcoming. The room we stayed in was excellent - spacious, well laid out with ample wardrobe space. Bathroom also of very high standard and cleanliness second to none. Facilities in the hotel were also excellent and would highly recommend the restaurant where we were treated to wonderful gourmet cuisine. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and would definitely stay here again.

Bath furniture and clean service Bad welcome. The room was small and they said was "king". They put us on the first floor where the window is on the street, literally, so no privacy. When we asked to move on an higher floor they asked for 98 euro more per night and we already paid 180 euro per night. On the reservation receipt was "iPod connector", but it wasn't there, they said "Depends on the room", but we paid for it and they tried again to get 98€ per night. We had to buy an electricity adaptor.

We arrived at the hotel at 11.00am just wanting to store our bags until check in at 3.00pm however when we got there we were told our room was ready and that we had been upgraded to a king room which was lovely:) the room was comfortable, and clean and the bathroom was huge, we would definatly stay again! The room needed a mirror/ dressing table in the room as the only mirror was in the bathroom so I couldnt see whilst hairdrying my hair as theres no plug socket in bathroom.

Comfortable elegant (but small rooms) wonderful staff, wonderful staff!!!! Great location rooms over looking street nice - concern that those over the back vent not pleasant - ours was wonderful as we changed - loved sitting in the window watching the street scene. Thank you! A memorable time Small rooms - first room we were taken to was very nice, smallish but look out over a dark inner court yard/vent area. Not good - little light. We were moved to a wonderful if not smaller room over looking the side street across from "Creation". We spent 5 wonderful nights - small room compared to usa, but the service and spirit of the place wonderful.

The location is perfect for visiting the city. The hotel staff were very polite and friendly. The door card key failed to work several times but the staff rectified the problem quickly.
