It was quite central to the events I went too. My only gripe was my coffee and milk was not replaced. |

Good room, good service. Strenght wi/fi signal. The room was a bit cold, the bathroom especially. Noise through the window (2nd floor toward Bloomsbury Street). Non-British breakfast too much expensive. |

It was comfortable clean and the staff were very friendly. It was a bit expensive to order drinks, and i didn' t like the servicecharge added on to the price of drinks i bought at the bar as i was collecting them myself. |

Nice place. Great location. Nice breakfast. Don't expect to hang up your clothes though. It is quite troublesome that the open wardrobe (without doors) is placed in the bathroom, so it is necessary to remove all shirts etc before taking a bath endless you want to put on damp clothes...??!!! We were told that all rooms were like that. Also there was very little space in the breakfast room. |

Convenient position, comfortable room Our room may well have been an ex smoking room as there was a whiff of old cigarette smoke. Not enough to complain about. |

Location is ideal for Theatres. I found it impossible to sleep due to the noise of ten air conditioning units outside my window. |

Check in was fast and easy. I arrived early and was given a room. The staff were very friendly and helpful - were definitely willing to go the extra mile for you. The maid service starts very early - before 8:00 A.M. There was some kind of construction going on near our room - banging and drilling started around 9:00 A.M. |

We are very glad the British Museum is just a stone's throw away. Our visit to London was just to visit the Museum. |

Good room, small but sufficiently furnished Heating not operating so uncomfortable. Staff was forthcoming to change that. Staff and booking system need retraining to prevent confusion about conditions of deal. |

Nous avons beaucoup apprécier l'harmonie, la décoration et l'atmosphère de ce très élégant hôtel. Sa situation est aussi un très bon point. |
