Hotel céntrico, muy cerca de la parada de metro de Tottenham Court. Su ubicacion es perfecta para pasear por Oxford St, Soho, Piccadilly Circus... Limpio, tranquilo, moderno... Ek wifi hay que pagarlo y es carillo, 12 libras por dia. El precio del hotel es caro tb, pero tb lujoso. |

A medio minuto del Museo Británico y cerca (3 minutos) del metro Tottemham Court, de la Central Line. Cogimos el hotel por su ubicación en un sitio tranquilo, pero el hotel celebra bodas, y cuando se está alojado en el primer piso justo encima de la fiesta la cama bota. Llamamos a las 00:30 para quejarnos después de una jornada agotadora y nos dijeron que era media hora "solo";40 minutos más tarde llamamos de nuevo y nos dijeron que eran "solo" 45 minutos más. |

Hotel nicely decorated and close to Oxford Street We upgraded our room to a deluxe room with breakfast, but I feel the extra was just not worth the money spent and a standard room only would have been adequate. |

The location of the hotel was ideal for our trip to London. The interior design was lovely and a nice calming smell through out the hotel |

Staff were very helpful expect for one on reception. Room was very comfortable. Switching the light off in the room was irritating - couldn't work it out. Then we had a problem with our key on the 2nd night, it wouldn't work, had to go back to the desk, receptionist suggested it was because we had kept it near credit cards, so we were made to feel it was our fault. |

good location , the staff were very nice when i complained. I complained to the hotel, both mornings they said our breakfast was not included when it was, our room was tiny suposed to be a delux. it wasn't cleaned in the two days. they tryed to over charge us when leaving. |

Breakfast service very slow. Had to ask numerous times for tea/coffee adn when toast arrived, then had to ask for butter. Little things but anooying toi have to keep asking and waiting. |

The location is great very near covent garden and soho and just off oxford street. Breakfast very good quality. Staff very friendly. Very Clean. Our room had mattresses on the beds that were very old and uncomfortable (5021). However our friends room was fine with very good mattresses. We asked for them to be changed and were offered a very small room instead so made do with an extra duvet under us. |

Excellent location central to the Westend and shopping and not to mention the British Museum. Lovely room with fabulous breakfast. The staff were helpful without being instrusive we had a great stay |

The location of hotel was excelant I booked the hotel as part of a birthday trip for my daughter.I informed the hotel of this fact and asked for a nice room for her .The first room she was given was a dingy shaby twin and it took a pleading trip to reception to have it changed which they claimed could not be done untill the folowing morning. the room she got the next day was better but I feel this was bad of the hotel to do this . |

Great location. Room size was ok bearing in mind central london location and the amount of time spent in it. Breakfast was excellant and set you up for a hard days shopping Mix up with booking between booking.com and hotel meant we didn't stay in the the room type we thought we had booked. Hotel staff immediately tried to sell me an upgrade. |

We were extremely disappointed to find on our romantic weekend away a twin bedded room ;-( really took the beauty of the room away by our disappointment of the beds as a new Mr and Mrs I never imagined that you would place us in a twin bedded room as the hotel was full i was not happy that they couldnt move us unless we paid extra 150.00 which was a lot of money so perhaps we might go direct to the hotel in future or unless you can guarantee double rooms I thought the hotel was a fantastic hotel but the above item really took the shine off but i would return again perhaps not use your service to book though |
