Le personnel est très disponible et très serviable. Il fait le nécessaire pour satisfaire le client et est très aimable. La salle de bain est également très agréable et le lit très confortable. Tout le confort nécessaire est présent dans une chambre deluxe. La vue de notre chambre pour une Deluxe laisse à désirer (vis à vis éloigné, mais pas assez pour que les gens ne puissent pas voir dans la chambre). L'odeur dans le Hall d'entrée est d'un parfum un peu fort. |

L'hôtel est tout prêt du centre ville... Quelques minutes de marche on est à Picadilly Circus, il y a des bus tout à côté, il y a le métro, les pubs, et pleins de commerces en face... Et un casino à 500 mètres. Dommage, avec des lampes de chevet, qui donnent une lumière plus douce, ce serait encore mieux. |

la situation centrale à quelques minutes à pied de Trafalgar Square, Picadilly Circus mais un peu à l'écart de, l'agitation son anonymat ; des problèmes avec la clé magnétique de la chambre qu'il fallait réactiver tous les jours |

The location of the hotel was ideal for our trip to London. The interior design was lovely and a nice calming smell through out the hotel |

Staff were very helpful expect for one on reception. Room was very comfortable. Switching the light off in the room was irritating - couldn't work it out. Then we had a problem with our key on the 2nd night, it wouldn't work, had to go back to the desk, receptionist suggested it was because we had kept it near credit cards, so we were made to feel it was our fault. |

good location , the staff were very nice when i complained. I complained to the hotel, both mornings they said our breakfast was not included when it was, our room was tiny suposed to be a delux. it wasn't cleaned in the two days. they tryed to over charge us when leaving. |

Breakfast service very slow. Had to ask numerous times for tea/coffee adn when toast arrived, then had to ask for butter. Little things but anooying toi have to keep asking and waiting. |

Excellent location close to main tourist areas. Upgrade to a larger room. Helpfulness of front line staff On-line check in did not seem to save any time on arrival |

The location is great very near covent garden and soho and just off oxford street. Breakfast very good quality. Staff very friendly. Very Clean. Our room had mattresses on the beds that were very old and uncomfortable (5021). However our friends room was fine with very good mattresses. We asked for them to be changed and were offered a very small room instead so made do with an extra duvet under us. |

Excellent location central to the Westend and shopping and not to mention the British Museum. Lovely room with fabulous breakfast. The staff were helpful without being instrusive we had a great stay |

check in was v good with the staff of the Hotel Yes , we told the conceirge about our going back to Airport ,but he didn't inform the Taxi co. about which lets be late for 1 hour to reach the airport. |

The location of hotel was excelant I booked the hotel as part of a birthday trip for my daughter.I informed the hotel of this fact and asked for a nice room for her .The first room she was given was a dingy shaby twin and it took a pleading trip to reception to have it changed which they claimed could not be done untill the folowing morning. the room she got the next day was better but I feel this was bad of the hotel to do this . |

Great location. Room size was ok bearing in mind central london location and the amount of time spent in it. Breakfast was excellant and set you up for a hard days shopping Mix up with booking between booking.com and hotel meant we didn't stay in the the room type we thought we had booked. Hotel staff immediately tried to sell me an upgrade. |
