Fantastic shower and bathroom. Beds and bedlinen were fabulous
Thought we were going to have a room with a view over city but didn't realise when you tick quiet room you look over courtyard that is quite plain. But still loved our stay :)
Location, staff, rooms, breakfast
Nothing I did not like :-)
Lovely hotel, very comfortable bed with excellent linen, good breakfast and very good service, in fact all the staff gave excellent service. Perfectly situated.
The bar is very crowded as it's popular with Londoners. Probably not enough elevators when the hotel is at full or nearly full capacity.
Size of both the bedroom and bathroom, excellent for a city centre hotel
Great location, however the rooms was just ok, finish of the room and furnishings where a little lacking to be honest. I have stayed in better 3 star rooms before. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't eat there so can't comment on the food. I would say that the room was of the same standard as the Millennium Hotel in Sloane Street. Nothing to write home about. But not bad either.
Service is very poor cleaning of the room
Loved, it! Was checked in by a very friendly lady who upgraded me. Walking in instantly appealed, fantastic foyer and vibe. Location is second to none!
The air condition in the room the air go straight to the bed, difficult to sleep with the air condition on. Complain to the concierge but they don't do nothing about it
I wrote a massive letter of complaint
location is very nice
guest relation sophie,
A very well located hotel with great facilities and very welcoming, friendly and professional staff.
The room was well equiped and comfortable with plenty of space however felt a little outdated and tired in places and I was a little disappointed and expected the room to be fresher and more up to date in terms of presentation. I must also point out the lighting was poor in the room and felt like I was getting ready in the dark during the evening!
All the amenities and services of a Palace ! Great Hotel !
Location, comfort, more more and more this place is excellent! :)
Hearing of all the noise out side the room . Even walking
The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. Front desk... Vatsel, Marie and Chris very helpful with check-in and pre-booking dinner reservations. Very affluent area. Excellent restaurants, shopping ...Piccadilly and Oxford St walking distance. Great breakfast--hot and cold and made to order dishes too. Restaurant accommodated all food allergies. Very clean and spacious king suite room. Great bar in main lobby. A lot of security around. No problem picking up cabs in front of hotel. Can't forget the lovely afternoon candy trolly in lobby....my teenage daughters loved it!!
Customer service excellent
Room size good but view poor. Bathroom looked a little worn
I had the best surprise when I was upgraded to a one bedroom suit with a huge living room, dining room & kitchen. All of this because I have stayed a few times in the same hotel in the same year. Thank Mayfair for a memorable experience.
The staff was very very friendly and extremely helpful, I would like to specially mention Ms. Sophie Williams (gusset relations manager) as well as Irina from the reception. Their personal approach and welcoming attitude made me feel as a long time guest of the hotel.
Good location! Very nice restaurant Cigar room, was a very nice surprise
The room was very average Very noisy bar area in the evening
location is good
very old hotel, needs refurbishment and redecoration
Great location and the restaurant and bar are very nice as well.
