May Fair Hotel  

The location of the hotel is so convenient it makes one accept the 1000 mistakes in the hotel , to name some 1- Very noisy , no proper sound proofing between the rooms , also corridores are so noisy , we couldnt sleep . 2- House keeping very poor. 3- tv very poor . As I was leaving they pretended that the system is down , so they were unable to give me the final invoice or receipt.

Brilliant staff that made you feel at home.

The Mayfair was recommended and we weren’t disappointed.

I made a reservation for two rooms from May 5 to May 11 /2012 under one reference 670131639 when my family reached london the hotel called me and they said booking.com made six booking for you I told them I made only one reservation and there is only one reference then they said we will call you back and they did not and they charged my credit card gbp5491.2 Which 1372.8*4 this is not acceptable at all and even when they will refund it I am looking for a compensation can you please look to this and explain

On arrival we were impressed with the lobby and our room was very comfortable, not exceptional but very nice. It was also quiet and the staff were attentive.

We had to move rooms because of a leaky ceiling over the bed, and this was not resolved to our satisfaction. The bar was nothing special, although the drinks were very nice.

Very modern hotel excellent location and value for money

The room was lovely and clean it was nice and warm tea coffee facilities were good would have liked a fridge for cold water Bath and shower were very roomy

Only one thing I didnt get my one wish was to have the taxi door opened for me as have seen on tv but it didnt happen

I didn't like the room cleaning - it's very poor

Perfect location and really nice, helpful staff. Great bar in the hotel. Also used the spa which was small but very nice. I was also allowed to check in early and check out late for no extra charge which was great.

Room was a little bit small i suppose. The bathroom was spacious and lovely though. Breakfast was quite expensive as well.

Room not as good as the room I stayed last time but still very comfortable

Its located in central London 2 mins from green Park Tube .Its close to restaurants ,parks and shops .

Breakfast was a shambles. Room was not to expectation.
