L'accueil a été vraiment incroyable. L'ensemble du personnel de cet hotel s'est montré attentioné et serviable. Très appréciable ns avons eu nos chambres de dispos dès 9 h le matin au lieu de 14 h et tout cela avec le sourire... |

Déco,personnel,le bar. Le petit déjeuner. Le service en chambre. La propreté. Peu de personnel parle français.On a eu une chambre un peu prison avec des fenêtres qui tombent sur des toit pleins de vis a vis.Des petits lits. |

Les chambres sont décorées avec beaucoup de goût avec des matérieux de qualité. Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux servi dans une très jolie salle à manger. le dédale de couloirs et l'absence d'indications pour rejoindre les ascenceurs |

L'hotel est bien situé dans un beau quartier, bien pour le shopping, facile d'accès. La salle de bain est moderne et pratique. La décoration est austère. La chambre executive n'est pas adaptée pour une famille. Le service n'est pas très aimable. |

Personnel très agréable, de l'accueil au concierge, chambre tres bien décorée, chambre grande pour Londres. Salle de bain exceptionnel LE petit déjeuner : 30 mn d'attente, service pitoyable et rajouter sur ma note alors que compris dans la chambre ( car enregistre bien apres la fin de mon petit dej ). J'ai demandé un adaptateur pour dépanner qu'ils m'ont fait payer ( 5 livres ) pas dignes d'un hotel de luxe |

Hôtel chic, moderne et bien situé. Belle chambre, calme, commodités (douche, bain, etc.) très agréables. Personnel discret. Le petit déjeuner devrait être inclus dans le prix de la chambre. |

The room was spacious and the bathroom very well appointed. It was imaculately presented and as per the spec. How do you rate complaints/dislikes - they are somewhat similar. I did not like the impersonal feel as you entered the hotel and the fact that the breakfast arrangements meant that diners could not be accommodated without either a wait or being seated in an adjacent restaurant where the full menu was not available. |

the only good thinsg were the door men and the bed - everything else was completely lousy including the concierge service and room service Terrible concierge service. luggage not brought to room for over 8 hours from check in. After 10pm my husband had to go and get luggage from Conciege. Room service ws appalling - had to wait over 1 hour for food on two occassions and was cold when it arrived. Requested Earl Grey tea - not provided. Charged for breakfast at check out when breakfast was already included in the booking. Complained to duty manager on first night who promised flowers and champagne as an apology. This was not provided until requested by my husband - eventually provided 1 hour before checkout after 3 night stay! Spoke to another duty manager just before checkout who reduced bill accordingly |

Nothing, check in took too long, only 1 person on the desk. Given a room on floor 8 and lift took too long.Our room had a view of building works across the street. The room was the smalest I have stayed in for some time, suitable for 1 person only. They could not move us "hotel full". Charge of £245 per night is not right for what we got. Will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel needs a refurbishment, not the cleanest, breakfast not great, some staff need training. We saw a person put the knives and forks etc on a chair while she wiped the table then set the table with same!!!! How clean was the seat on the chair?? |

Good location. Close to Picadelly street, and convenient for sight-seeing and shopping. There is a super-market in front of the hotel, which was also convenient for us to buy foods, snacks and drinks for children. |

Location of hotel Too noisey! The hotel room doors are very heavy, and they wereslamming all night - acoustics in hallways needs major improvement. Additionally the TV turned on twice during the night as there was a generic message from the hotel - waking up the entire family. |

The location It was a dissapointment. The room was dirty (waste marks in the toilet, hairs in bath and general hygiene). This meant that the cleaner had to come and do the cleaning. Also, instead of having samples of shampoos and shower get it was in a form of a dispenser of which the shower gel had been diluted. |
