Prettig binnenkomen, er hing een gezellige sfeer. Tevens was er een gezellig restaurant en bar. De wifi in de kamer deed het ook uitstekend. Prettige locatie, kortom een top overnachting gehad. |

Ligging en hotelkamer, super! In tegenstelling tot haar collega's van de bar en bij de receptie was de dame in de ontbijtzaal zeer klantvriendelijk, zij verstaat haar vak. Helaas is mij haar naam ontschoten maar zij 'liep' op zondagochtend de tafels voor de keuken. Ontvangst bij receptie, iets arrogante houding en niet te verstaan engels. Omdat de ontbijtzaal 'overvol' zat mochten wij en zovele anderen plaats nemen in de bar. Het personeel van de bar was erg druk met rondlopen en gegevens van het ontbijt invoeren in de computer en had daardoor weinig 'oog' voor de gasten, daardoor duurde het ontbijt veel langer dan ons lief was. |

Vriendelijk en hulpvaardig personeel. Probleem goed opgelost. De boeking van booking.com bleek niet te zijn doorgekomen waardoor onze kamer dubbel geboekt was en we een suite aangeboden kregen. In een hotel van die klasse was de properheid van de kamers niet helemaal tip top in orde. Brandplekken van sigaretten op de zetels, niet onder de kasten schoongemaakt, barst in spiegel |

lokatie was zeer goed en personeel was zeer atent hoffelijk jammer, bij ontbijt buffet zat er schimmel op tomaat we hebben er iets van gezegd en het was nette geweest als ze er op terug gekomen waren nu werd schaal weggehaald en gecontrolleerde weer terug gezet |

The room was spacious and the bathroom very well appointed. It was imaculately presented and as per the spec. How do you rate complaints/dislikes - they are somewhat similar. I did not like the impersonal feel as you entered the hotel and the fact that the breakfast arrangements meant that diners could not be accommodated without either a wait or being seated in an adjacent restaurant where the full menu was not available. |

the only good thinsg were the door men and the bed - everything else was completely lousy including the concierge service and room service Terrible concierge service. luggage not brought to room for over 8 hours from check in. After 10pm my husband had to go and get luggage from Conciege. Room service ws appalling - had to wait over 1 hour for food on two occassions and was cold when it arrived. Requested Earl Grey tea - not provided. Charged for breakfast at check out when breakfast was already included in the booking. Complained to duty manager on first night who promised flowers and champagne as an apology. This was not provided until requested by my husband - eventually provided 1 hour before checkout after 3 night stay! Spoke to another duty manager just before checkout who reduced bill accordingly |

Nothing, check in took too long, only 1 person on the desk. Given a room on floor 8 and lift took too long.Our room had a view of building works across the street. The room was the smalest I have stayed in for some time, suitable for 1 person only. They could not move us "hotel full". Charge of £245 per night is not right for what we got. Will never stay at this hotel again. This hotel needs a refurbishment, not the cleanest, breakfast not great, some staff need training. We saw a person put the knives and forks etc on a chair while she wiped the table then set the table with same!!!! How clean was the seat on the chair?? |

Good location. Close to Picadelly street, and convenient for sight-seeing and shopping. There is a super-market in front of the hotel, which was also convenient for us to buy foods, snacks and drinks for children. |

Location is perfect for a shopping week-end. Rooms are convenient for families Lifts are very slow and not enough lifts in the hotel (3 lifts for so many rooms) |

Location of hotel Too noisey! The hotel room doors are very heavy, and they wereslamming all night - acoustics in hallways needs major improvement. Additionally the TV turned on twice during the night as there was a generic message from the hotel - waking up the entire family. |

The location It was a dissapointment. The room was dirty (waste marks in the toilet, hairs in bath and general hygiene). This meant that the cleaner had to come and do the cleaning. Also, instead of having samples of shampoos and shower get it was in a form of a dispenser of which the shower gel had been diluted. |
