Colocam um perfume desagradável e muito forte no lobby, no bar e no restaurante durante todo o tempo!

Hotel sofisticado e luxuoso, ótima localização, acomodações requintadas, serviço de quarto exemplar, café da manhã delicioso, funcionários corteses e atenciosos.

Não existe uma observação negativa. O May Fair Hotel é requintado, luxuoso e extremamente agradável.

Our room was very noisy and kept us awake.

The Welcome was increadible. The man at the reception was extremely friendly. So was all the staff. We had Lunch at the bar. Good Food & Service !!! Room was very nice . We enjoyed our stay ! Perfect Location . Very central !!!

It is always nice to come back to the hotel every year (My fourth visits) Hotel is Luxuriant, Staff is for your help at all the times, house Keeping , cleaning, room services , food in quantity and quality. Also, the services within the room, the tea, coffee and water. It was a comfortable stay Also, having TV with some major Arabic TV Channels is an add value for me.

The only concern will be always not expecting the room to ready on your arrival, no matter what there will be a delay. However, I would like to advise the hotel to consider adding a water house beside the stool to help in personnel cleaning with water after using it as it is the only way to clean for Arab and Muslims in general. I think the hotel need to look after the bathrooms in general as it starts to have some leakages

Also, I have forget some items from the previous stay and they have kept it safe for me till I came and collected.

Outstanding location! Absolutely gorgeous scent in lobby! Wonderful front desk staff! Most courteous and helpful bell staff.

Prefer solid rather than liquid soap in the bathroom.

View from room was air conditioning units and brick wall, not a courtyard view as offered.

for the money you spend on a room i wouldnt say this hotel is worth the hype. It is very nice but its not what i expected. i expected more for the price we were paying.

Everything. My daughter's wedding was held in the theatre within the Hotel. The Hotel organised the event to perfection. I would recommend any-one to stay here and I hope to visit there again soon

Everything was great. A perfect weekend at a fantastic hotel in a great location.

A bit of noise as our room was in front of an elevator (avoid the room 30 on any floor if you can, they are in front of the elevators).

The Mayfair is a beautiful classy hotel. The quality of the interior is superb in both design and condition and really gives you a luxurious feeling. The staff are amazing, very friendly and efficient and go out of their way to help you. A glass of water was offered on checking in and checking out and our request for a late checkout on London Marathon weekend was no problem. Breakfast was superb! The hotel is close to Hyde Park and Covent Garden, in fact you couldn't fault the location.

Drinks were very expensive in the bar but that is to be expected in a Central London Hotel of this quality

I told the staff member at check in that it was my wifes birthday. Around 30 minutes later, we got a knock at our door and someone handed us a birthday card and a small box of chocolates! Quite simple, but such a lovely gesture. The bar area had a great atmosphere, with a varied cocktail range - service was exceptional. Check out was smooth and hassle free, again, the customer service was fantastic.

During our short stay, i genuinely could not fault the staff at the Mayfair Hotel or any aspect of my stay.

The concierge staff was excellent, helped reserve all of our theatre tickets. We loved our stay there! Food was excellent as well, staff super friendly. We will return again!

Rooms were nice size and the bathroom was great walk in shower, bath and the normal with grey and black marble. Staff were helpful. Breakfast was good and plentiful

Hairdryer, push button that you could not hold down easily took a long time to do hair. Cold plates at breakfast

- Staff service. - Room cleanness. - Close to Green park lane underground station and it also very close to a grocery store.

- Elevators need some work to be done on them as they tend to fail sometimes. - Some rooms are smaller than others in the same category.
