Radisson Edwardian Sussex Hotel

Wir sind zum wiederholten Mal in diesem Hotel abgestiegen. Haben diesmal größere Zimmer gebucht, da die Betten sonst s e h r klein sind, hat nun gepaßt. Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und bemüht, sehr persönlicher Umgang. Die Nähe zur U-Bahn Marble Arch ist einfach super (2 Minuten Gehzeit) trotzdem schön ruhiges Hotel, da in einer Seitenstraße (Einbahn) gelegen.

Der Aufzug! Es gibt für das ganze Hotel nur einen einzigen Aufzug. Das heißt man fährt mit der Putztruppe mit. Der Aufzug ist ohnehin klein, und leider sehr langsam. Man muß also mit Wartezeiten rechnen. Stiegen gibt es schon, aber ist alles recht klein und verwinkelt. Also mit Gepäck unmöglich. Und leider hatte ich Schmerzen im Knie, war also auf den Aufzug angewiesen.

I did not like to be made to feel i would run off without paying. Was never asked if was paying by card or cash. They locked us out of the room until we paid a despoist which was the full amount not a desposit. i have never had to pay before leavinga hotel before.

the room location was not good and small as a double room and expensive .

Too small rooms! I stayed in a double and there was not enough space to open my luggage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location, the room is clean and good

Of course, the room is small, but it is the same for most of the hotel in UK

Proximity to Oxford Street. Good option when you don't plan on spending any time in your room

There was a strange smell in the room and a horrible creaking sound all night. I think it was loose floorboards. It is shabby around the edges, although the staff were very kind. We were only there for one night, which was enough. Would not recommend for a prolonged stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is just off Oxford Street and around the corner from Marble Arch tube station. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and the room although small was spotless.I would definitely stay here again.

The location was close to Oxford Street and the staff were helpful about using public transport

I wanted to put chocolate in the fridge to keep cool, but was afraid to disturb anything incase we were charged due to notice on the fridge door.

The food and service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.

made very welcome upon check in,everything very clean and comfortable. Good breakfast as well. Perfect location for our concert in Hyde Park.
