Location of the hotel is definitely a huge plus, and staff was friendly. Walking distance to Marble Arch station. I had a double room, and it was a good size. I checked in on 7 Oct. After the first night, I woke up to a very bad case of bed bugs, and scarred from scratching in my sleep. Made a complaint to the front desk the following morning, and the problem was rectified. No problems after that, although 2 weeks later I still retain the scars.

just enough for a bed for a night or two the bathroom size is very very very small you cant take a shower without hitting something the price is too expensive at least add breakfast to it

Friendly staff; clean rooms Very noisy ... Room backed up to loading dock .... Heard truck and loud loading noises all three nights. Rooms were small. Lobby was minimal.

Location to Oxford Street and Park Lane. My wife complained about the lack of a good mirror to do her make-up. Bathroom floor was very cold. Ceiling down lighters to severe (no reading light).

Location and helpful staff were perfect for us on our weekend break. Disturbed in the early morning by loading going on at the store on the opposite side of the road. We were in a 'front of hotel room' and so maybe double glazing could be installed to help

отличное месторасположение около примарка, 20 метров от оксфорд стрит и 100 метров от гайд-парк. отличный персонал, который переселил нас в более комфортные номера. Very good locaion, Excellent stuff. за такие деньги можно было бы положить в номер тапочки :) For these money in a room could be a slippers :)

The location was excellent and the room was very good. The bathroom was very small, hardly room to get in between the door and the sink. They changed the bed linen and the towels even though we only stayed 2 nights. There was only 1 lift and we ahd to wait ages each time.

Very good location and well appointed rooms. Wi-fi access was easy. Staff very friendly. I liked the small touches - apples on reception, nice soap in the rooms. No dressing table in the room meant it was not convenient for working.

I booked this hotel as it was close to Oxford street and I was planning a weekend shopping trip with my niece. The location was ideal . We received fantastic service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We were greeted by Gamal who proved to be very efficient. The room was lovely, comfy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in the cosy restaurant, we were offered a great choice. I loved the décor of this hotel, not a chintzy pattern in sight. All the staff were welcoming and the service was first class. I will definitely book again.

The hotel is clean, the staff's friendly. The room was very small, and sort of strange: you enter into, and have to descend downstairs. There was no warning sign on the door, and when I entered the dark room for the first time with two bags, I was quite surprised.

After securing an upgrade which was handled very efficiently the hotel was to our satisfaction. The hotel staff - in every department - were very friendly but never lost their professionalism and served to make our stay very enjoyable Booked into Room 315 which was found to be very small - no draw space, no room to stand the suitcase. Sort and gained an upgrade which was very satisfactory
