Location of the hotel is definitely a huge plus, and staff was friendly. Walking distance to Marble Arch station. I had a double room, and it was a good size.

I checked in on 7 Oct. After the first night, I woke up to a very bad case of bed bugs, and scarred from scratching in my sleep. Made a complaint to the front desk the following morning, and the problem was rectified. No problems after that, although 2 weeks later I still retain the scars.

The rooms towards the street can be a bit noisy as there are delivery trucks arriving at 5am.

Location to Oxford Street and Park Lane.

My wife complained about the lack of a good mirror to do her make-up. Bathroom floor was very cold. Ceiling down lighters to severe (no reading light).

Location and helpful staff were perfect for us on our weekend break.

Disturbed in the early morning by loading going on at the store on the opposite side of the road. We were in a 'front of hotel room' and so maybe double glazing could be installed to help

Staff were friendly but everything was minuscule and the privacy between rooms was very poor. Creaking floors and exceptionally bad bed!

Location is very good, very close to oxford street

Single room is very small, bath room space only can be a slim person turn around.

It is modern,well located,service people excelent.Only the room is very small.

I booked this hotel as it was close to Oxford street and I was planning a weekend shopping trip with my niece. The location was ideal . We received fantastic service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We were greeted by Gamal who proved to be very efficient. The room was lovely, comfy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in the cosy restaurant, we were offered a great choice. I loved the décor of this hotel, not a chintzy pattern in sight. All the staff were welcoming and the service was first class. I will definitely book again.

The room was very small, and sort of strange: you enter into, and have to descend downstairs. There was no warning sign on the door, and when I entered the dark room for the first time with two bags, I was quite surprised.
