The Location is excellent as it is very close to the shopping street - Oxford Street and lots of other tourist attractions. I did think the rooms were very small. I booked a double room but there was only me in it - I couldn't help but think if there was two people it would have been extremely crowded. |

We found the hotel very convenient to the shops in Oxford Street. The room was spacious and comfortable. The bathroom was nice with 2 showers, one with a telephone shower. The air conditioning was very efficient. The Staff were friendly and very helpful. The Receptionist booked us a good Private Taxi to Heathrow for 50 pounds, much cheaper than the Cab. There was only one small lift, which was extremely slow. We had to share the lift with Hotel Staff. The windows in our room faced Office windows and we were very concious of people looking in. A light curtain would have helped |

Excellent location Design of the rooms is very un-functional.Here is a short list of problems: lightning (for reading in bead/ makeup at table), wardrobe doors (a disaster to use), safe location (need to be an all fours to access it, no light), curtains (with office buildings across they need to be down and then there is no natural light), elevator (only one, slow, overworked cause shared by guests and staff), bath... |

Very quiet and central hotel. It will be better to be considered as a 3 star plus Hotel !...not really a 4 star hotel The lift/elevator there were only one, and was very slow and noisy !!...when I called the elevator I had to wait to long or take the stairs !! If you stay, ask for a room in first (1st) floor |

It was so close to Oxford Street and it was a really nice hotel - friendly staff, clean, nice rooms. Close to Marks & Spencer, where you can buy breakfast. Really an overall good experience. The price of the breakfast. |

It is a very comfortable modern hotel in a very central location close to the Tube. The rooms at the front of the hotel face the back of a retail building where a very loud fan runs all through the night. The room had sash windows that are not sealed and let in the cold and noise. There is just one lift which was always very busy and it was difficult to find and navigate the stairs which are very narrow. |

Apart from the noise this hotel is in a reasonable location. The single room I booked was not available - for reasons unexplained. Unless I wanted to pay an extra a$50.00 Per night (not) I was put into a double smoking room. The hotel is on a very noisy back street. There were regular loud deliveries to Marks and Spencers early in the morning |

Room Servicing staff were friendly 1. Unfriendly/difficult staff at checkin - 2 The elevator is in an appauling condition - 3 The taxi ordered by the Hotel on departure was gouging - I will complain to Radisson UK directly, and the London taxi servie organisation - the Public Carriage Office (PCO) |
