Location of the hotel is definitely a huge plus, and staff was friendly. Walking distance to Marble Arch station. I had a double room, and it was a good size. I checked in on 7 Oct. After the first night, I woke up to a very bad case of bed bugs, and scarred from scratching in my sleep. Made a complaint to the front desk the following morning, and the problem was rectified. No problems after that, although 2 weeks later I still retain the scars.

Very friendly reception staff. Especially a server called Gulden in the Bar/Restaurant. Please commend her. Nice location on Oxford Street - amend your hotel description to say right on Oxford street and not 10 min walk from Oxford Street. Nice decor. i had the suite 209 - very nice decor.

The Staff is extremely helpful and understanding... Despite the bungled up booking the staff and management at Radisson Edwardian Sussex Hotel made swift arrangements to accommodate my family. I had booked 2 rooms but only one showed on record while booking agency's confirmation was for 2 rooms booking.

Location Air in room was always stale and windows couldnt be kept open. No airconditioning or it didnt work. Also most rooms had fire exit doors to staircase opposite easch room. As a result there is a constant banging of closing doors all night long and you can hear loud footsteps on corridor as walls are thin. For the money paid for breakfast, the quality could be improved.

Proximity to shopping areas was the only great thing. The room was tiny and I had to lay backwards to watch the tv. The matress was also bad but for the location I couldn't afford anything else.

Very good location and well appointed rooms. Wi-fi access was easy. Staff very friendly. I liked the small touches - apples on reception, nice soap in the rooms. No dressing table in the room meant it was not convenient for working.

Felt warm and cozy, close to the tube and oxford st., staff were very hospital. It really looks nice, from the outside, and the inside. TV channels were baaaaad! it was either you pay to watch more channels, or end up shutting the whole TV off!! The Gym could have been a bit bigger as well, a few extra weights wouldn't have been too bad also.

The quality of service is simply excellent. My family & i have stayed there over 10 times over the years. During this time, the service levels continue to impress. Location is superb, decor is great. Rooms are a little small, though that reflects the location.

Friendly and professional staff; excellent breakfast choices. Single room - dark. Courtyard-facing window meant little natural light. Dark furniture added to perception. Tv not tuned in to channels, handset menu did not work. Odd, sleep disturbing noise from air conditioning unit.

The location was excellent - The rooms are very small - the breakfast and the service at the breakfast is AWFULL the WORST EVER - IT TOOK THEM 48 MINUTES TO GET ME TOASTED BREAD AND A COFFEE AND I HAD TO PAY FOR THAT 12 POUNDS - WHICH AFTER I REFUSED TO PAY MYSELF THEY DECIDED TO TAKE IT OUT OF MY ACCOUNT - AN APOLOGY WAS NEVER RECEIVED FOR THIS SUCH A DISGRACE I WOULD DEFINATELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS TO ANYONE AND ALSO THE PRICE YOU PAY FOR THIS HOTEL IS EXTREMELY OVERRATED

Friendly staff, great location, overall a good deal. The smallest double room I have ever stayed in. QUite surprised to find a hotel with smoking rooms now in Europe. I do not mind this, but if you do not feel fine about tobacco smell, choose room carefully.
