Proximity to Oxford Street. Good option when you don't plan on spending any time in your room There was a strange smell in the room and a horrible creaking sound all night. I think it was loose floorboards. It is shabby around the edges, although the staff were very kind. We were only there for one night, which was enough. Would not recommend for a prolonged stay. |

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is just off Oxford Street and around the corner from Marble Arch tube station. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and the room although small was spotless.I would definitely stay here again. |

The hotel has excellent location for shoppers and has central locaton. However the standard room is so small and the cooridors are also small. In addition the hotel has only one elevator which makes elevator wating time very long. In addition the free breakfast has very limited varities of food. Standard room size. |

It was very centrally located, just a few yards away from Oxford Street. The rooms were small but with new and modern design. The breakfast was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. The elevator was too slow. |

The hotel was very central for all the usual attracions, but being off the main streets not at all noisy during the evenings when you wanted to relax. The staff were very helpful and the hotel itself though not as large as some very smart. |
