Radisson Edwardian Sussex Hotel

Lo mejor que tiene es su localizacion y la calidad de las instalaciones. El personal tiene una excelente dedicacion al cliente, son muy amables, y hasta una de las encargadas era española, al menos durante nuestra estancia.

La calefaccion no funciono en el tiempo que estuvimos hospedados, a pesar de haber requerido en dos ocasiones que nos la arreglaran. Por todo lo demas, excelente.

habitacion bastante pequeña aunque suficiente. el personal del hotel no tiene ni unas minimas nociones de español, lo cual no es imprescindible pero no estaria mal por dar un mejor servicio al cliente. Logicamente si vas a Londres tienes que intentar esforzarte por ser tú quien te haces entender pero siempre se espera que en un establecimiento de estas caracteristicas haya alguien que sepa un poquito de español para casos puntuales... Por lo demas bastante amables y educados.

Hotel muy minimalista y de gran confort. Muy céntrico

El check-in ya que al entregar la tarjeta de crédito, me cobraron 50 libras diarias de fianza por el gasto de mueble bar, porque se habían encontrado con gente que no pagaba las bebidas que consumían.

the breakfast was extremly poor,pathetic i would say for a 4star hotel,the elevator was really bad

I did not like to be made to feel i would run off without paying. Was never asked if was paying by card or cash. They locked us out of the room until we paid a despoist which was the full amount not a desposit. i have never had to pay before leavinga hotel before.

the room location was not good and small as a double room and expensive .

Too small rooms! I stayed in a double and there was not enough space to open my luggage!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The location, the room is clean and good

Of course, the room is small, but it is the same for most of the hotel in UK

Proximity to Oxford Street. Good option when you don't plan on spending any time in your room

There was a strange smell in the room and a horrible creaking sound all night. I think it was loose floorboards. It is shabby around the edges, although the staff were very kind. We were only there for one night, which was enough. Would not recommend for a prolonged stay.

The location of this hotel is perfect. It is just off Oxford Street and around the corner from Marble Arch tube station. The hotel staff were welcoming and friendly and the room although small was spotless.I would definitely stay here again.

The location was close to Oxford Street and the staff were helpful about using public transport

I wanted to put chocolate in the fridge to keep cool, but was afraid to disturb anything incase we were charged due to notice on the fridge door.

The food and service was excellent, staff were very friendly and helpful.

The tv was a bit crackly
