staff were great, as was breakfast.

the décor was a bit dated and dark..CRT tv's are soo old.. like so many London hotels room size is small and costs are so high.

Friendly staff; clean rooms

Very noisy ... Room backed up to loading dock .... Heard truck and loud loading noises all three nights. Rooms were small. Lobby was minimal.

Small rooms and the bed was very soft which is not my preference.

отличное месторасположение около примарка, 20 метров от оксфорд стрит и 100 метров от гайд-парк. отличный персонал, который переселил нас в более комфортные номера. Very good locaion, Excellent stuff.

за такие деньги можно было бы положить в номер тапочки :) For these money in a room could be a slippers :)

The location was excellent and the room was very good.

The bathroom was very small, hardly room to get in between the door and the sink. They changed the bed linen and the towels even though we only stayed 2 nights. There was only 1 lift and we ahd to wait ages each time.

just enough for a bed for a night or two

the bathroom size is very very very small you cant take a shower without hitting something the price is too expensive at least add breakfast to it

Staff were friendly but everything was minuscule and the privacy between rooms was very poor. Creaking floors and exceptionally bad bed!

Location is very good, very close to oxford street

Single room is very small, bath room space only can be a slim person turn around.

It is modern,well located,service people excelent.Only the room is very small.

I booked this hotel as it was close to Oxford street and I was planning a weekend shopping trip with my niece. The location was ideal . We received fantastic service from the moment we stepped out of the taxi. We were greeted by Gamal who proved to be very efficient. The room was lovely, comfy and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was served in the cosy restaurant, we were offered a great choice. I loved the décor of this hotel, not a chintzy pattern in sight. All the staff were welcoming and the service was first class. I will definitely book again.

The room was very small, and sort of strange: you enter into, and have to descend downstairs. There was no warning sign on the door, and when I entered the dark room for the first time with two bags, I was quite surprised.
