It is located in a very good area, near Oxford Street and Hyde Park. My room was 114, very small.It is ok for one nigth. |

While the room was clean and we were only staying two nights, we put up with the size of the room, in was extreamly difficult to move around especial the bathroom as it was so small. We have stayed in many a hotel but this is the smallist room ever. |

Excellent location, clean rooms, nice design On our first night we were put on a sinlge room, that 2 people could barely walk around let alone fit in the smal bed (in their system it is classified as double - which is not). After our complaints we were move to a much nicer and larger room (standard double). Of course we were charged a double room on our first night and they did not have the courtesy to substract a certain amount |

I had read in the previous reviews that the elevator of the hotel was very bad and because of that I booked a room from the first floor. Actually the elevator was new and fast and I didn't see any problems with it. Breakfast was very nice, and the rooms were very clean and stylish. The Marble Arch metro station and Oxford street are 1 minute away. I will definitely prefer this hotel for my next trips as well. When we arrive at 3pm, the check-in system was blocked and we couldn't check-in for 30 minutes. But as the hotel is almost on the Oxford Street, we left our luggages and went shopping for few hours. |

for good luck they sent us at ''mayfair hotel'' @ mayfair place. That hotel was excellent. maybe they can improve more their breakfast but it was in such a good level. |

There was too much of a queue for breakfast - we waited 20 mins for a table and that was at 10:15. By the time we got in some of the breakfast food had been finished. |

Good location, Clean and Confortable rooms the breakfast! Bad Service, not adequate food. They even send a message to all the rooms that we should not come to breakfast between 9-10:30 because it is crowded!! We ended up eating out of the hotel, although our breakfast was included in the price |

Excellent location beside Oxford St and very friendly staff. Good food. Room was tiny, and it was supposed to be a King size. It was far too small and would put me off staying again. Also the lift was out of order several times and it had a ridiculous mechanism where it only worked if you entered your room key. I found this hotel to be quite expensive. |

Superb location at Marble Arch and Oxford Street. Clean, well maintained hotel and attentive front desk staff. A bit overpriced. Room lacked a desk or chair. Bed a bit cushy. Hallways need better lighting. 17 quid for breakfast is a bit much, good as it might be. |

I did not like to be made to feel i would run off without paying. Was never asked if was paying by card or cash. They locked us out of the room until we paid a despoist which was the full amount not a desposit. i have never had to pay before leavinga hotel before. |
