The rooms was clean and tidy, compact but had everything you need for a short stay, nice bathroom, good facilities in the room (iron, ironing board, hairdryer etc). Location was good (a shame Warren street station was closed). Reception staff helpful. Overall happy with my stay. I missed breakfast (my own fault), and was originally told check out was mid day but then sent a message to say it was actually 11am. |

In this hotel there is nothing that I like. Never go to this hotel. The rooms are small as a prisoncell. You will suffocate: you can not open the window because of all the aircomachines on the roof that produce a constant thunder and you can not use the airco in the room because it sounds like a Harley Davidson pulling up. Sleeping here was hell. |

Single room was tiny and claustrophobic, so small even the bathroom door opened so far that and you could slide in only! After a complaint about the room relocated to a better single room, but still poor for Radisson |

Location. If you get a decent rate, worth to stay at. Cleanliness is far from what I expected. Bathroom especially. Mattress seemed really old. |

It was very professionel staff. We had only one disapointing complaint over one staff for which we already has received an excuse. So we are very satisfied. Maybe they could use more room for breakfasttables in the restaurant - it was very busy. |

Good location very near to tube station. Friendly and efficient staff. Had a nice comfortable bar area. Double room a bit on the small size but not unusual in London! The room was nice but if you opened the window you could hear the noisy air-conditioning units so had to sleep with the window closed. |

The location was excellent (close to three main Underground stops), and even though it was a small room they had double glazed the windows to avoid the street noise. The gym was also well equipped. The room was really rather small, and a single room meant a single bed - however everything was very well organized. |

Great location, just few steps from the tube and short walk to main attractions. Very well trained staff. Concierge services are very good. the room was just above the pub, so it was quite noisy on the Friday evening/ night - the windows should be more noise resistant. |

staff are friendly and helpful Room was a lot smaller than expected; also the blinds don't shut out the light completely as there is a gap. no spare towels in the room but did have spare pillow. Room would be better if the chair could be pushed under the desk as this took up too much room in a room that is already quite small. |

Location; Professionalism and courtesy of staff; quiet room Fitness club--machines not well maintained + minimal selection; construction work being done on Sunday; slowness of elevators; stale water smell coming from bathroom sink; difficulties in accessing regular TV channels; dirty carpets in room |

except for the noise the room was ok The rooms are very very noisy and even if the hotel is in a quit central area, the Tottenham Court Road/Warren Street/Euston corner where the hotel is situated is just uglyyyy! |

The room was very nice and the room was even equipped with a trousers presser and the toiletries include cotton balls and nice body lotion and nail files! The location was excellent too - right next to the Warren St underground station, and there are several fast food shops/ restaurants nearby so you can always go out and buy food when you're hungry. The place was like a maze - we needed to drag our luggage along a very long (with many turns and steps) corridor to get to our room from the elevator. Our room was on the first floor, and facing a bar so if we don't close our window it's very noisy at night. |

The only particularly good thing about this hotel is the convenient location right next to the Warren Street underground station. The rooms are noisy (even with double glazing) because the hotel is on Tottenham Court Road which is one of the major streets in central London. Breakfast on Sunday morning was not good - I went there well before the closing time and there were no more croissants or any bread selection left, no more scrambled eggs. |
