Location; Professionalism and courtesy of staff; quiet room Fitness club--machines not well maintained + minimal selection; construction work being done on Sunday; slowness of elevators; stale water smell coming from bathroom sink; difficulties in accessing regular TV channels; dirty carpets in room |

except for the noise the room was ok The rooms are very very noisy and even if the hotel is in a quit central area, the Tottenham Court Road/Warren Street/Euston corner where the hotel is situated is just uglyyyy! |

The room was very nice and the room was even equipped with a trousers presser and the toiletries include cotton balls and nice body lotion and nail files! The location was excellent too - right next to the Warren St underground station, and there are several fast food shops/ restaurants nearby so you can always go out and buy food when you're hungry. The place was like a maze - we needed to drag our luggage along a very long (with many turns and steps) corridor to get to our room from the elevator. Our room was on the first floor, and facing a bar so if we don't close our window it's very noisy at night. |

The only particularly good thing about this hotel is the convenient location right next to the Warren Street underground station. The rooms are noisy (even with double glazing) because the hotel is on Tottenham Court Road which is one of the major streets in central London. Breakfast on Sunday morning was not good - I went there well before the closing time and there were no more croissants or any bread selection left, no more scrambled eggs. |

The location, the hotel has a very pleasant desing and furnishing. The room was by no means clean at the level that should be expected. The carpets were dirty and even the bed linen were stained. |
