Position I had an appointment at the University College Hospital at 8am, therefore it was not convenient to travel from home that day. As I was required to stay in the hospital overnight I booked a double room for two nights, for myself and my wife on the first night and for my wife only on the second. The hotel was only 300yds from the hospital, the only reason for booking it. On check-in I was told the hotel was overbooked, despite the fact that I had already paid for the room, I was offered The Mayfair hotel and I explained the reason for staying at the Grafton was it's closeness to uch. After much arguing they offered a twin room, but I said that I had booked a double. The third member of staff found a double room for us but there was only 1ft clearance between the end of the bed and the wall, it meant that to access the desk you had to climb over the bed.

The location was great and the staff were polite. The room was tiny and grossly overpriced. The lifts were not working. When I left they tried to overcharge me by more than £60 on the agreed price with Bookings.com and this only changed with the manager's intervention. The facilities in the room were very poor with a tiny shower and limited channels on the tv. For £142 a night it was a rip-off. The cooked breakfast was £19 (although they did discount this for me) but the food was cold. The swipe card for my room repeatedly did not work

I like the speediness of check in. I like the staff. I like the bar & the cosmopolitan's are pretty good too The room itself was absolutely boiling & it took me ages to get the air con to kick in! Made it very uncomfortable

I stayed in the Radisson Edwardian Grafton Hotel for one night on a business trip to London. It was a most pleasant experience, and I would confidently recommend it to anyone. The staff are most efficient and courteous, the location is great for central London, and as I requested a "quiet" room I was not disappointed. Will definetly be back. Nothing that I encountered. As I was only there for one night I did not avail of the facilities to any great extent.

It has a great location, not far from Euston station so we didn't have to carry the luggage. The hotel is decorated beautifully. The staff were friendly and polite and bar and restaurant was lovely, very up to date and fashionable. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I go down to london for a weekend break at least once a year and have stopped in this hotel before and we will stop in it again. The only thing that dissapointed me was that the room we had didnt have a bath.

Easy check in, comfortable bed, all expected facilities. Our room was ready for check in at 11.50.a.m. which was a bonus.Just 20 yards from Warren Street station , which was useful as it was raining, and near to Euston station.Good concierge service. Breakfast would have been a bonus, but the flexibility to purchase it separately helps to keep down the price.

Excellent location Breakfast was appalling! Food ran out, total chaos, extremely expensive and the service was poor. Had finished my breakfast before I was offered tea!! Too much noise in the bar on Saturday evening - additional function going on and staff preoccupied with the party guests.

On arrival we were upgraded from a double to a king and the difference was an incredible improvement on our previous stay in a double. The spaciousness and facilities were now those that you would expect in a 4/5 star hotel.

The first night they put me in a terrible room - it was on the 1st floor next to the entrance from the elevator and the flag pole infront of the Hotel was crashing against my window - simply awful. They moved us to a new room the next day - but took too long to let us move in. Once the situation was fixed - the room was much better in every respect.

Prompt friendly and efficient staff on reception, covered all necessary points on check in and quick efficient check out. I think the lobby refurbishment looked fantastic (visisted before and is much improved) Our visit on the whole was very good, however, have to say the bar area leaves alot to be desired. When we did try and use the bar facilities a large group were gathered around the bar thus blocking the entrance - very bad bottle neck due to new layout. We did manage to squeeze through to find the whole bar empty (probably due to the fact that nobody could get through the entrance). Only one member of staff was serving thus no chance of a drink for quite a while thus we left and used the bar a few doors down our whole stay. Such a shame really which was definately down to new layout causing a bottle neck and lack of staff, the bar tender was trying his best.

We travelled in a group of 13 for a weekend break. The Hotel was situated perfectly for both shopping and night life. Hotel is beside Warren St. Tube station and is one stop to Oxford St. For Shopping. Hotel Staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the hotel was comfortable with a nice bar and reception area. Some of the rooms were small but all rooms were clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel and would not hesitate to stay again.

The hotel is very close to the main sightseeing, Oxford Circus and metro stations. There are plenty of shops and places to eat around it, getting tothe hotel is easy and convenient. I was surprised to see a really small room for the price paid - mine was OK but my colleague's was tiny little one. Breakfast was not included in the price so I cannot say anything about it .
