Just meters from Euston Station, the ibis London Euston St Pancras is a 10-minute walk from St Pancras International Train Station. The modern hotel has refurbished rooms and a 24-hour front desk.

Within less than half a mile of the Adelphi and the Vaudeville theaters, the Strand Palace Hotel is in London’s West End and is surrounded by the Strand’s bars and restaurants.
Score from 4006 reviews Very good
The staff is very friendly and helpful and hotel breakfast is worth having. The hotel location is ideal to visit places whilst in London.
Even though the executive room is nice with everything that you need but it is not spacious either compared to the standard room, especially when you're paying extra. I found that the original room that was booked during this stay was not available.
Poor customer service
Clean Great breakfast Comfortable bed Handy for tube - Warren Street
Cock up at check in but sorted, eventually
Location is good just 10 mins from Euston station. Lots of restaurants and pubs near by.
Room was very small as was the bathroom. This I could live with however the noise was unacceptable. On the 5th floor there is an ice machine in the lobby it sounded as though it was in my room!! Even though the door was closed firmly it sounded as though it was wide open! The sound insulation really needs looking at... The windows in the room were exactly the same.. Even when closed the sound from outside didn't change very badly fitted and insulated... This was an 'executive room' too didn't feel very executive!
Could be noisy at back due to all weather football pitch directly behind hotel.
I liked the hotel and the staff was friendly, although one lady at the front desk was not very professional. She gave me the wrong room number with the wrong key. Didn't explain the facilities of the hotel. Otherwise I was satisfied.
The room and the whole floor smelled of chlor. It's not good for health.
Can't think of anything
Nice, tastefully furnished room, comfy bed, nice bathroom. Enjoyed being so central. Staff helpful. Great desk, and reasonable amount of space in the room.
Bed was rather badly made - a knot in the sheets at the bottom. Room was also way too hot, and the heating couldn't be turned down below 22 degrees, so I had to leave the window open all night - environmentally wasteful, surely, in mid November!
Friendly staff,clean rooms,smartly decorated,
Breakfast room was a little unorganised, dirty plates left on your table whilst eating.
Lovely helpful staff Lovely hotel entrance Very clean throughout
Very tiny room and bathroom
Location Great breakfast
Tiny room, but sufficient for my needs
Very close to the subway, maximum 1 min walk, and close to the reagents park, perfect for running
breakfast was not included, and the bathroom was very small so after you took a shower you had a pool of water on the floor
wifi, clean and large room good location (subway and bus) safe area
Only 15 min walk from Kings Cross, very modern and stylish interior and rooms very comfortable. This was our second visit and this time upgraded as it was my husbands birthday.
Breakfast a little pricey!
Staff and location were amazing
Breakfast was way overpriced.
How early the mades tried to come in on a morning.... Several times!
quality of hotel is very good, staff are very friendly
our room was very small, there was not room for a second bedside table as the bed was up against the wardrobe. This was in comparison to the twin room we had booked as well which had a coffee table and chairs. The double room was not value for money. Queue for check out was very long, needed additional staff.
A good location with tube station next door, hotel itself nice and quiet with nice decor. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.
Only problem was street noise drifting up to the room, didn't disturb me much but my wife struggled with it. The hotel is on a busy road across the street from a large hospital, hence the street noise.
Good looking public areas, modern, fresh
Unnecessary queues for breakfast, should have been able to deal with influx much more efficiently. GREY scrambled eggs, how do you do that!!! Had to chase staff tp be able to order alternative to buffet. My family who took breakfast earlier were not offered alternatives and breakfast menus were not on tables My aunt had a single sheet stretched over double bed with just bare matress cover at the bottom, next day she had sheets that fitted but covered in holes! This is a 4 star hotel no????? Expect better
Elegant and comfortable. Brilliant location and great price.
Why do hotels always skimp on the milk in your room? I know you can ask for more but you shouldn't have to. You need another category for the question above. I was travelling with my sister but there was no category for this.
Excellent location. Not much road noise for Central London.
Lumpy pillows. Wall mounted toiletry dispensers difficult to use.
Great location; next door to Warren Street Station. Good rooms with complementary Wi-Fi. Friendly staff
Location Cleanliness Decent sized room
Room was very warm and air con noisy Breakfast good but expensive when paid separately
The hotel and staff were superb and sorted out a major problem on arrival. See what didn't like.
Booking.com did not pass on my requirement for a twin room. (I was travelling with my teenage daughter) and so there were only double room available. The staff were excellent and soon organised a twin room.
