Location to euston station and everywhere we wanted to go. Great staff.
Very convenient location, clean with friendly and helpful staff
Noisy next to hospital, hence ambulance sirens heard through the night.
Hotel was very clean Room at the back of the hotel was quiet but no view Other members of my party had a front facing room which was noisy
Difficult to connect to WiFi despite the bank of sockets & switches in my room!!
Best airport hotel I've stayed in. I was upgraded to a spacious suite with luxury toiletries and had a very comfortable night's sleep. Parking onsite for 3 days whilst away was easier and nearer than parking at any airpark. Will definitely stay here every time I fly out of Stansted.
Close to the tube & excellent connections Supermarkets close also Good staff and as new interior
Bed was too hard.
Best location in London. Close to all amenities. Reliable and extra helpful concierge

This hotel is beautiful but also very practical. It is right next to the underground on a quite well-lit street and next to a Tesco minisupermarket which stays open late. The decor is beautiful even in the room, which was a little small but very well laid out. It had everything I wanted including an iPhone dock. the bathroom even had a bath and a magnifying mirror. There was an excellent variety of delicious, fresh, healthy -- and unhealthy if you wanted -- food for breakfast. The staff were all just lovely too -- especially in the restaurant. I slept in and rushed down late, but they got me exactly what I wanted. I really loved the decor too. Oh and it's spotless.
Can't really think of anything except that I was told two different times for breakfast --12, 10.30 -- while the book said 10, which seems to be correct. Also the book in the room with info was too cumbersome and fell apart. That is why I called reception for info, but then was told wrong.
Front desk staff were really nice and helpful
Staff were very helpful and the room was clean and comfortable. A quiet room despite fronting Tottenham Court Road. No problems at all.
friendly staff and comfy bed
very noisy room
Poor quality and broken secondary glazing in a room which overlooked the street, making it very noisy.
Location Very good housekeeping
Chaotic reception service. I arrived from airport before the check in time - the man on reception was less than helpful ( older man with Italian name ). Fortunately the conceirge rescued the situation.
Breakfast, Location,Facilities,Level of Hygiene and friendlyness of staff
Single Room very Small, small bed.Weather hot noisey A.C. unit. Unable to open window, noise level through double glazing. Oppisite UCL hospital A&E
With thanks for the wonderful male receptionist that went that little bit further and arranged for a suprise wonderful edible treat (sent to the room) for our son that was going into the hospital early in the morning. That was special guys, bravo!
Good location, nice hotel, friendly staff
Long walk around the building to get to the room
Clean, comfortable, convenient
Noisy air conditioning. Noisy street
Staff are efficient relaxed and genuine in their approach to customer service Great location near to the tube and main line railway Good range of restaurants and shops nearby In-room working facilities are good - the internet works a treat and plenty of desk space and natural light
There wa s aproblem with the air con and the cooling fam was not working. Not normally a problem when visiting London but its been hot this summer so the room which has abig south facing window heated up to sauna like temperature by the evening, making working and sleeping in the room a challenge!. Hotel was fully booked due to fashion week so there was no option to move rooms. Maintenance staff were on the case quickly and tried to fix the problem. They also gave me a couple of electric fans while the problem was being resolved..
We original booked another Radisson hotel but on arrival they could not fulfill our twin rooms request, so they paid for a taxi and we stated at the Edwardian and they three in complementary breakfasts. The staff could not have been nicer.
- Very conveniently located, right next to the Tube Station
- Personell very indifferent... felt like "just comply with customer service policy" - No loading spot even for a Taxi - Loud and overpriced. Not 4*-worthy
