Radisson Edwardian Grafton Hotel

Eravamo già stati in questo hotel e siamo tornati perchè è molto vicino,pochi metri, dalla stazione della metropolitana di Warren Street, sulla Victoria e sulla Northern Line. E' troppo comodo per cambiarlo con qualche altro. Inoltre, alla fine del secondo soggiorno, la mattina del 21/08 ho dimenticato un cardigan in camera.Li ho avvertiti e lo hanno trovato e me lo tengono da parte. In questo caso molto gentili.

Per quanto riguarda il primo soggiorno la sera del 14 Agosto, al nostro arrivo verso le ore 19.40 ci hanno detto che non avevano la camera, e ci hanno proposto un altro hotel verso Leicester Square, con un upgrading della camera. Abbiamo opposto un netto rifiuto, dicendo che la camera dovevano trovarcela lì, perchè avevamo scelto il loro hotel proprio per la vicinanza con la metropolitana, che avremmo dovuto subito usare la mattina successiva per allontanarci da Londra, Obtorto collo la camera l' hanno tirata fuori anche se era chiaramente una singola con un letto francese e non una doppia come avevamo prenotato. Comunque per noi è andata bene lo stesso. Per il soggiorno successivo (sere del 19 e 20 Agosto), tutto bene.

In this hotel there is nothing that I like.

Never go to this hotel. The rooms are small as a prisoncell. You will suffocate: you can not open the window because of all the aircomachines on the roof that produce a constant thunder and you can not use the airco in the room because it sounds like a Harley Davidson pulling up. Sleeping here was hell.

Location. If you get a decent rate, worth to stay at.

Cleanliness is far from what I expected. Bathroom especially. Mattress seemed really old.

It was very professionel staff. We had only one disapointing complaint over one staff for which we already has received an excuse. So we are very satisfied.

Maybe they could use more room for breakfasttables in the restaurant - it was very busy.

The location was excellent (close to three main Underground stops), and even though it was a small room they had double glazed the windows to avoid the street noise. The gym was also well equipped.

The room was really rather small, and a single room meant a single bed - however everything was very well organized.

staff are friendly and helpful

Room was a lot smaller than expected; also the blinds don't shut out the light completely as there is a gap. no spare towels in the room but did have spare pillow. Room would be better if the chair could be pushed under the desk as this took up too much room in a room that is already quite small.

The service was great and the hotel is located very closeby the underground.

it was clean and comfortable, staff were polite and very helpful, quiet and relaxing despite being in the middle of london!

Location near to tube. Comfortable bed. Very pleasant bar staff

Queues very long at breakfast. Stains on bedroom carpet.

The only particularly good thing about this hotel is the convenient location right next to the Warren Street underground station.

The rooms are noisy (even with double glazing) because the hotel is on Tottenham Court Road which is one of the major streets in central London. Breakfast on Sunday morning was not good - I went there well before the closing time and there were no more croissants or any bread selection left, no more scrambled eggs.
