Die Nähe zum Picadilly Circus, Trafalgar Square, etc.Das Hotel liegt im Zentrum direkt am Leicaster Square, wo sehr viele Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte etc sind. Rezeptionsmitarbeiter waren perfekt. Zuerst hatten wir ein Zimmer(No620), wo die Matraze durchgelegen war, bekamen aber sofort ein anderes Zimmer(No621). Sehr guter Service! |

Das Hotel ist unheimlich sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich. Wer im Stadtzentrum wohnen möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Das Essen im Roomservice ist nicht besonders gut. |

Die Nähe zu allen Attraktionen in London's City, wie z.B. SOHO, Covent Garden, Regent Street sind supernah zu erreichen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer nach hinten zum Versorgungstrakt, von daher war es nachts leider etwas lauter. Aber das gehört halt dazu und war auch auszuhalten. |

Die Lage ist extrem zentral, die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr großzügig bemessen, das "English Breakfast" ist sehr gut und reichhaltig Sämtliche Fenster waren versperrt und leider nicht zu öffnen, im Gegenzug dazu war die Klimaanlage viel zu schwach ( bei Temperatur über 30 Grad Celsius) |

Vor allem die Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lage des Hotels is sehr gut(für meine Zwecke war perfect). Ich bin mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. |

The room we had on the 'second' night of our two night stay. The staff, the breakfast and the service. We were allocated room 102 for our first night and without a doubt it was the worst room of any hotel we have ever stayed in during 40 years of staying in top class hotels, nor have we stayed in a B&B with a worse room. Apart from the fact that it was very small, and the window faced onto (well… just have a look), the design was absolutely awful and totally impractical, and the bathroom was a complete joke. I could go on and on and on! May I suggest that you put this room back into a design that is chic and practical rather than chic and totally impractical? Had we not moved rooms for our second night, we would have checked out. By the way, the window poses a danger and you should have it looked at as a matter of urgency. |

Staff was very friendly, size and design of the rooms was very great, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was Excellent. Usually when you ask for a safety box at the reception, the staff member takes you to the safety box room and provide you with a box which is usually equipped with two keys, one is kept with the reception and the other is kept with the guest. This was not the case in this hotel, the receptionist took my wallet and went inside and then came back with a small sheet of paper as a receipt. This was not secure totally. Although I got my wallet back later on with nothing missing. but this should not be the standard procedure in such luxury Hotel. I suggest that they should change their procedure. |
