Los detalles dispensados por la housekeeping del hotel preparando la habitacion para que el huesped al llegar la noche tenga la habitacion preparada para el descanso. En lugar de tener el desayuno todo expuesto en el buffet, para tener una mayor calidad te ofrecen la posibilidad de escoger las comidas que son calientes preparadas en el momento. |

La situación es perfecta. Puedes ir andando a todos los sitios. Buena limpieza y desayuno bueno. El colchón y la cama no eran buenos. Estuvimos en una habitación estandar y la cama era muy, pero que muy pequeña. |

The room we had on the 'second' night of our two night stay. The staff, the breakfast and the service. We were allocated room 102 for our first night and without a doubt it was the worst room of any hotel we have ever stayed in during 40 years of staying in top class hotels, nor have we stayed in a B&B with a worse room. Apart from the fact that it was very small, and the window faced onto (well… just have a look), the design was absolutely awful and totally impractical, and the bathroom was a complete joke. I could go on and on and on! May I suggest that you put this room back into a design that is chic and practical rather than chic and totally impractical? Had we not moved rooms for our second night, we would have checked out. By the way, the window poses a danger and you should have it looked at as a matter of urgency. |

Staff was very friendly, size and design of the rooms was very great, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was Excellent. Usually when you ask for a safety box at the reception, the staff member takes you to the safety box room and provide you with a box which is usually equipped with two keys, one is kept with the reception and the other is kept with the guest. This was not the case in this hotel, the receptionist took my wallet and went inside and then came back with a small sheet of paper as a receipt. This was not secure totally. Although I got my wallet back later on with nothing missing. but this should not be the standard procedure in such luxury Hotel. I suggest that they should change their procedure. |

Friendly staff, very helpful. Room was lovely and comfortable and well equipt. Fab view out of the window of leicester square which I requested. There was no noise heard in the room from outside, so no noise disturbance. Would stay again. |
