solamente la posizione e la gentilezza dello staff. colazione continentale impresentabile; tv satellitare spesso fuori uso; un accappatoio per 2 persone; no ciabatte da camera; coperte troppo pesanti (imbottite) non sostituite anche dopo richieste ripetute; display telefonico sempre lampeggiante (nessun modo di spegnerlo se non staccando la presa); assenza di una adeguata hall - reception. Complessivamente non corrispondete alle 5 stelle proposte. |

la disponibilità dello staff sistemazione in camera, areatore bagno sempre acceso anche di notte e quindi che disturba; mancanza di prese di corrente in bagno per l'asciugacapelli e mancanza di specchi in camera. |

Le finestre non erano sufficientemente isolanti, sia per il rumore che per la perdita di calore. In sostanza il concetto di isolazione e di risparmio energetico fa difetto. |

The room we had on the 'second' night of our two night stay. The staff, the breakfast and the service. We were allocated room 102 for our first night and without a doubt it was the worst room of any hotel we have ever stayed in during 40 years of staying in top class hotels, nor have we stayed in a B&B with a worse room. Apart from the fact that it was very small, and the window faced onto (well… just have a look), the design was absolutely awful and totally impractical, and the bathroom was a complete joke. I could go on and on and on! May I suggest that you put this room back into a design that is chic and practical rather than chic and totally impractical? Had we not moved rooms for our second night, we would have checked out. By the way, the window poses a danger and you should have it looked at as a matter of urgency. |

perfect position for theatre land Hot water to the room was poor. In fact it was only luke warm which meant a bath was impossible and only a brief shower! |

Staff was very friendly, size and design of the rooms was very great, the location of the hotel was fantastic. Breakfast was Excellent. Usually when you ask for a safety box at the reception, the staff member takes you to the safety box room and provide you with a box which is usually equipped with two keys, one is kept with the reception and the other is kept with the guest. This was not the case in this hotel, the receptionist took my wallet and went inside and then came back with a small sheet of paper as a receipt. This was not secure totally. Although I got my wallet back later on with nothing missing. but this should not be the standard procedure in such luxury Hotel. I suggest that they should change their procedure. |
