Radisson Blu Edwardian, Heathrow  

The Radisson Heathrow was a stylish hotel and the staff were all friendly and attentive. One of us hurt their back badly a few days before our stay and the staff were wonderful dealing with this, offering advice etc., There couldn't have been a better hotel for us to go into under the circumstances. Were flying overseas next day and needed to rest and recuperate. This was best hotel we stayed in, of 4 in England and only chosen as near Heathrow Airport. We loved hotel, it had everything, including hairdryer, lift, spacious rooms with luxurious fit-outs and in spite of this was in fact cheapest priced and best appointed hotel of the 4. In truth best hotel we have stayed in over a number of visits to England. Highly recommend The Radisson Edwardian Heathrow.

Room was spotless, bed was extremely comfortable.

Tired, brown dark hotel. Badly in need of good clean and decor uplift. Shop closed Sunday. Breakfast expensive and poor buffet. Rooms dark tired and smelly with most items broken ie safe, minibar, hairdryer, cabinet. Bathrooms in deluxe rooms are smallest I have seen. Amenities cheap and horrible. Business centre equipped with bar stools and no printer and a £10 charge by bus to airport. £14 per day to park car. Permanent queue at reception with people complaining. Just really horrible

Very friendly staffs, luxury hotel, good food at the restaurant, bery clean and comfortable room. So much better than the last luxury hotel I stayed in before that looks like it's falling down. Im going back to radisson blu again. In fact, I just became a member of Club Carlson,im very impressed with this chains of hotel.

Breakfast ws dried out. Too much money for this lousy buffet

The room was quite comfortable and the hotel was self contained with a SPA, exercise facility, resturants, etc.

Very convenient to the airport, modern, clean design, well-equipped rooms, good beds and linens.

I had trouble figuring out the television, and found no helpful instructions in the room's guest information book. I had to have someone come up and show me...with a diverse, multinational clientele, it would perhaps be better not to assume that the use of the tv + remote are intuitive to all guests.

Room very quiet, clean, everything I wanted it to be. Staff friendly and helpful. Would certainly use this hotel again.

I liied Everything about the Radisson Edwardian, although a bit more expensive, in this case the saying "you get what you pay for" is spot on. Beautiful building, luxury furnishings, marble bathrooms, rooms that are large enough to not feel claustophobic, staff attentativeness is first class, infact a First Class, Top Notch Hotel.

Nothing, I couldn't fault this hotel on anything.
