Carpets are gorgeous!

Hustle and bustle at 7.30am. Queuing just to leave.

Breakfast very good. Very good location close to Heathrow

Bed was super comfortable, bathroom had nice amenities, the closet was the largest closet I've seen in a hotel room.

Long hike to get to the room.

The website for the hotel did not have the up to date information on dining facilities. This is based on my stay from May 1 to May 2.

Check in was excellent . Staff very friendly ,room great . As a lady traveling on her own this made for a great start to my trip,even the guy on the hopper bus was so good & helpful carrying my bag off and on great staff .Will do it again thank you

The staff were excellent, we were well looked after. Breakfast was very good, great assortment, great service. Comfortable rooms. Very cooperative regarding late checkout.

Excellent breakfast with very friendly staff and excellent staff at Reception too.

The fact that I mistook the date on my first internet booking by one day and they refused to amend my reservation despite being a pensioner and a member of their loyalty scheme.

Dinner at the restaurant was 1 star out of 5. The meal was cold, service slow and the selection was small.

Sparkling decor

Music in the restaurant was horrible, everlasting boom, boom, boom. Restaurants are for eating and chatting. music is neither needed nor desirable. Furthermore the music chosen was vulgar percussion. If you MUST have music make it soft and gentle.

The friendly helpful staff who helped us navigate our way to London using the metro. Also the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious

Room size-too small - no luggage space to open a case for overnight stay. No need for large wardrobe. Decor - beginning to show age unlike other Radisson Blu's

The location is great but there are many other hotels in the vicinity which we will look at when next travelling from Heathrow. The rooms were adequate and the pillows were lovely quality.

We stayed at the Radisson as we love to visit the Brassierie. This is the second time we have been that we have found it closed. Not enough choice in the main restaurant and little choice other than a snack in the bar. Extremely disappointed and I was going to write in to complain when I am back in the uk at the end of May. We also rang down and complained about our room smelling of smoke. As soon as we entered the corridor the smell of smoke followed us all the way to our room. We wanted an early night as we were leaving early and we rang down around 1000pm as we could not sleep with the smell. We were offered another room but as we were already in bed we declined. We had to wait at reception 12 minutes as only 2 people on the front desk. Not good enough and no where near as good as our previous visits. We shall be looking at other hotels in the area for our next visit. We were also surprised at the charge for parking the car for one night which in most other hotels is included in the package.

It was clean, comfortable, safe

Loud music from downstairs challenged our sleep. Also, the sheets did not cover the mattress and had to keep sheets attached.

We Liked the interios in the reception area, honest customer service at the reception

We did not like the dirty stained carpets (hallway area), the faulty room door locks, the bathroom sealant (a lot of mould) did not like the scratched and scruffy furniture,

Hotel staff was wonderful. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.

Very overpriced for twin room. I paid almost $200 for a tiny room with two twin beds. We did not have a remote control in our room on the 16th of April. Used the buttons on the side of tv to operate it. Our first night (April 6th) the room we were sent to had not been cleaned, but we were quickly directed to another room.
