Closeness to the airport
room small but adequate
hotel shuttle was long due to the amount of hotels it stopped at so allow plenty of time
Location, quietness of room, room service.
The ambience of the Hotel. Restaurant was excellent and the rooms just right.
Breakfast was not included, mind I was leaving extremely early so breakfast was a no brainer for me.
Even though we only stayed for one night we remember the pleasent and efficient staff on the Reception and in the Bar.
Close to airport
Not clean Bathrooon very small Long walk to rooms Limited selection for breakfast
The staff at the restaurant...Anna - extremely helpful
We liked everything about the Radisson Blu. The staff and services were excellent.
The furniture in this room was of poor quality and very tired. Probably won't return although good location
The hotel is clean an in good condition.
The resturant served a below average meal and the service in the resturant was not what we expect from a quality hotel.
Loved every bit of the hotel.
The Indian restaurant was superb. They went out of their way to accommodate our disabled sons eating requirements, which was greatly appreciated. Nice to see such a busy hotel being able to cater to the individual customer.
Chaos on arrival - noise, christmas party revellers
The efficiency of staff at Radisson Blu Edwardian as well as proximity to Heathrow Airport.
Limited choice of refreshments/cafes.
Quality of furnishings was good.
Only just enough room to walk around the bed. Two people in the room felt crowded. Nowhere to pass each other. Made the experience very uncomfortable. Shower had poor pressure and was only warm. Bath was slow to empty, so ended up in inches of soapy water when having a shower. I have stayed in lower quality hotels and felt a lot more comfortable. Overall very disappointed with my stay. Would not recommend to my friends. Poor value for money.
The room was comfortable and nicely appointed, bath was nice also. Entire property is nicely decorated.
Front desk check-in staff could not have cared less. Her name tag noted "in training" and clearly the part about guest relations had not been covered. She read off a list of questions in an "I don't care" manner, never looking up from computer screen. The only time she showed any congeniality was when she had to interact with a colleague. Basically...there was no welcome, no greeting....just a surly desk attendant.
Furnishings were excellent, bed/shower were great, chk in/out was smooth. For 90EU...great value.
Room was a bit small, no place for suitcase...put it on the bed to open, stored it on the floor next to bed. Cellphone would not stay connected to the WiFi, too tired to troubleshoot. No courtesy bus.
Location is excellent Spa is good to relax Room was quiet Wifi is good
Car park charge is extra
Great way to relax while on a 20 hour layover. Spa was fantastic. Martha at spa was particularly informative and gave me a great spa experience. Great free wifi access in rooms. Loved the gym and sauna as well. I fully used their facilities in my brief stay there ;)
Staff were very attentive and speedy. Beds extremely comfortable, especially the king size.
Room service overpriced
The restaurant was very expensive for what it was
Friendliness of staff. The amazing Indian cuisine and beautifully decorated building. Best hotel I've stayed in for the UK. ten out of ten..
Wish I could've stayed longer..
The hotel room was quiet.
intermittent light in bathroom. extortionate cost of shuttlebus to airport paid extra at reception for incidentals at check in but couldn't use it later in bar. had to ask for receipt officious checkout staff 'optional' service charge automatically added everything cost extra
Room rather small for two
i liked evey thing
i did not like nothing
