La vicinanza all'areoporto Da non suggerire. Sono arrivato all'una di notte e mi hanno dato una camera sporca, per cambaire camera ci hanno messo venti muniti. Nella seconda che ho avuto non si spegneva l'aria condizionata ed ho perso altri venti minuti prima che qualcuno venisse a sbloccare il marchingegno |

Of particular advantage to us was the well organised and very reasonably priced parking facility. Additionally, we found the restaurant to be a very good dining experience which, when combined with our comfortable room, made for a very pleasant stop-over. |

Reception staff were efficient. I did not like the hassle of waiting a long time for the shuttle bus at the terminal, paying 4 pounds for a 1km ride that still took 20 minutes because of all the stops in between. I did not like the noise of the house keeping staff at 7:30 am outside my door. The hotel should have its own shuttle bus, free of charge and the house keeping should know better than to make a racket early in the morning. |

A very Luxurious room. Good bar. Friendly staff. Drive and park for 10 days was ideal for us. Directions on how to get there should include the "A4 London" sign. |

We had the deluxe room & parking package and it was worth the extra. We had a complimentary taxi drop off to terminal 4 & 2-4-1 dining in the hotel restaurant. This hotel is a £20 taxi ride to the terminals despite it being "close" |

I liked the restaurant and the small pub. The food and serving was quite nice. Also I have been impressed by the bathroom yes the cleanliness of the room. \during my stay I have found a cockroach in my room and also a big black fly which I considered very disgusting for a hotel of it's category! |

Hotel was clean, well designed rooms (the bathrooms were especially well designed) and I have to say the staff were all helpful and enthusiastic (especially for a Heathrow hotel!). The food was also of a high standard. We would definitely stay there again. |

Staff we're able to accommodate us with a late check out with no extra fee. Our bath tub was a little discoloured which was off putting. |

The location of the hotel The tv in the room was very small. Did not like the change from individual toiletries to the "communal" one- hygiene issue - are these topped up (probably) or emptied and refilled (unlikely).-hopw often??? No biscuits with the coffee making facility- lacked attention to detail and standards seems to have deteriorated since I stayed there last |

It is close to Heathrow Airport. It is well appointed and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast at over seventeen pound, parking twelve pound a night |

The food in the restaurant was good and the staff were very friendly. We really liked it (ate dinner and breakfast - breakfast was the best buffet we've had in a long time - fresh and hot). The equipment in the room was aged - the trouser press was broken, the iron looked like it was Edwardian and it scortched my trousers. |

The bartenders were in the Polo Lounge were exceptional. The water from the shower puddled up around the toliet causing me to slip and almost fall. |

location was great & one of the men on concierge duty was excellent - he was extremely helpful Other than 1 of the concierge, I found the rest of the staff unhelpful. The male reception clerk was rude & most of the staff in the brasserie were not very welcoming. It was very disappointing for such a supposedly good hotel. Also the beds were tiny & not very comfortable. Very disappointing!!!! |
