the attitude of staff, specially during breakfast (a huge thanks to the lady in charge of omelettes), but also at check in and out. The man at the entrance working on the 5th of November early afternoon was also very nice. the size of the room, where there is little space to open the luggage (needs to be done on the bed), with a table which cannot be used (no space for the chair) and should be removed. a tiny flat screen TV would give some more space. The rooms were extremely noisy during the nights due to the unacceptable quality of the windows. travelling with a child this made the trip less succesfull due to the lack of rest. |

Breakfast was good. Yes, It was very noisey, and we had asked for a quiet room. The hand basin was cracked and the shower had a very poor pressure. The TV was old and could have done with a dvd. |

It's central London location (next to British Museum, Oxford Street, Soho) It was incredibly noisy inside the room. I didn't sleep much during the 2 nights I stayed in the hotel. Double-glass windows are not that expensive and would for sure reduce the problem. |

Room clean > Comfy. Shower and bathroom ok. Room very very hot. Too hot. complete waste of energy in a world where energy is ata premium Due to someone else with my name checking into my room , getting my room took time. Mat as well not have recerved in advance. Then room pass did not work . All in all, not very efficient, and you stillcharged the same !! |

My bedroom backed onto Bllomsbury Street which is an incredibly busy street. The soundproofing on the windows was non-existant and I was kept awake the majority of the night by traffic noise. |

Overall, pleased with the experience, staff, reception, rooms and dining. Will return in the future. Is it really necessary to have a service charge on bar drinks - beers, tea/coffee etc? - no problem with this in the restaurant but the bar staff are there to serve the customers who are already paying for the service. |

The location was excellent - just a few minutes' walk from the British Museum. The concierge was helpful and welcomed us on arrival and took our bags. As other reviewers have mentioned, the single rooms at this hotel are very compact. My room was fine, with a street view which compensated for the lack of space but my friend was assigned what can only be termed a broom cupboard. It was a very tiny inward facing room, with a small obscured window. It was so hot and oppressive. She asked to move, and the reception staff were helpful, and immediately showed her a couple of other rooms, the second of which was similar to mine, which she chose to move to. I suppose my point is, a room like the one she was originally given has no place in a four star hotel, and should not be offered to guests. |

Location was good. Internet special pricing allowed us to stay here as the dollar has been getting stronger. Our first non-smoking room was located in a hallway that was so thick with smoke we could barely get to the room. We requested another room and were given a cheaper room - we had paid for a Deluxe Double and the first room was definitely nicer. |

Very well situated. A very good, comfortable and cosy hotel. So close to the British Museum it's almost an intellectual's place. Do not miss the excellent indian restaurant, 50 meters on the right. Breakfast is way too expensive. A continental power plug in the room would be quite helpful. |

staff were friendly and efficient that there was a pair of men's underpants under the bed, that the bathroom bin wasn't emptied, that there was a welcome back card for someone else on the second day |

The Bloomsbury was lovely, it was a small room but in central London i guess space is critical. Moved to the Bloomsbury as the room alloacted in the Kenilworth was smelt stale. There were no drawers in the room in the Kenilworth |

i liked the hotel, just the room was not big enough for thte two of us yes, the room i had this time was far too small, a complete diffferent room when i stayed in it last year. I could hardley fit in the shower, and i asked for a double room, but got a twin, though i wanted a double they would not help me at the hotel. |

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The lounge/breakfast area was very pleasant and the staff efficient. thought the room was extemely small for the amount of money I was paying £123.30 per night. I believe the double room was not much more. |

I had booked a single room and I guess that's exactly what I got! A single bed in a room that didn't fit much else didn't exactly make for the most comfortable of stays! Basically I did not feel that I got value for money as the room cost me €150 for 1 night stay. |
