Pleasant and helpful staff.
Would suggest softer lighting in bedroom. The spotlights are too bright! Perhaps table lamps on the bedside tables. Inconsiderate and noisy guests returning to their rooms in the early hours!
friendly helpful staff
drains in the bathroom smelt abit dodgy.
Staff were very friendly
Small room & bathroom and dirty underwear in wardrobe. Shower cubicle was smallest I've ever used.
Terrible coffee at breakfast
Small room if your staying with an extra child. I thought I had paid for breakfast but when I got there I had to pay again despite them advertising complimentary breakfast during January & February.
staff helpful room very comfortable snd breakfast excellent. location very good too. would stay there again.
The Staff were very nice and the breakfast at the restaurant were excellent.
The room I was originally given had a broken airconditioning/ heating system which took two days to repair ,unsuccessfully . I was not offered another room until the 3rd night. It affected my stay negatively.
Extremely noisy location
There was no mirror to use with the hairdryer.no tea or coffee in the room.room was very small
Room was spacious
The air conditioning in the room did not work it only circulated cold air.
This hotel has a great central location. Its clean and the efficient staff keep the place running well. WiFi is excellent, fast and very easy to connect all devices. If you are in London on business its a good hotel to choose.
The very loud music (cheap speakers) in the breakfast room / bar at any time day and night.
Location and convenience
Nothing stood out as being better than just ok
The location was good
The room was quite small but it was sufficient for our one night
Convenience to office & helpfulness of staff (borrowed scissors!)
No bath in my room - just a shower whose door didn't close :-(
Our rooms weren't ready on time, so they gave us complimentary breakfasts.
We only stayed one night and all thought that 3pm check-in and 11am check-out seemed rather unfair!
The hotel was very comfortable close to Totenham Court Road underground station and only a relatively short walk to Covent Garden and the theatres in the area.
The room, although very comfortable, was quite small. But the rest of the hotel and its location more than made up for this.
Location was peferct and the breakfast was spot on. Staff were helpful.
Rooms were a little tight but we got a free upgrade to a Kingsize bed (offered to us without request).
Staff Breakfast Location
Dated room furniture in our 'Junior Suite' Awful dated decor Awkward impractical bathroom
Pity we should not open room windows.
Staff, location to shops and subway, top service, nice breakfast
We had booked two rooms and being a family of 4 we would like to have the rooms close to each other. The hotel facilitated this, though not for the first night. When moving out one of the rooms, the new room was smaller than one moving out off. As a compensation, free breakfast was granted for all 4 the remaining 7 night. We appreciated this very much as English breakfast for 1 person had a cost of GBP 19 per morning.
We had to request re-loading of the door keys at least once a day. The door keys were to sensitive to cell phones and other devises and re-loading was as such a requirement - much to often. The problem was well known about at the front desk, and one of the clarks stated "We need to have the door key system replaced".
Excellent location for Dominion Theatre. Staff really friendly and helpful. Food good.
TV didn't work - engineer called. Toilet when flushed sounded like the QE2 was leaving the harbour!! This happens most times. Long dark hair found on spare pillow so couldn't use it. Hair dryer supplied but not in a useable position. No where near a mirror, and the lead not long enough to stretch across the room. Service in the restaurents was very poor. Wrong drink served first evening, then in the morning it took three requests to get hot coffee. No organisation which resulted in poor service.
Excellent breakfast. Very welcoming staff at all points.
Unyielding pillows. Shower a bit too compact.
Location good, clean hotel with friendly staff and great breakfast
The room was tiny
Excellent location for both Euston train station and the sights walking distance to the embankment and a night of fun
Poor Wi Fi reception
