Location. This is the reason we always choose this hotel when we are in Leeds. And of course the friendliness of the staff.

Room was lovely

No mention at time of booking that it is an ectra £6 each per day to use pool. And its not a hotel pool its a virgin public pool in a separate building! .

It was a large room

The curtains didn't meet and therefore let streaming daylight in at dawn. The telephone in the room wasn't working, therefore we couldn't communicate internall with friends in other rooms or reception. There was insufficient tea/coffee/milk in the room but couldn't contact reception for replacements. I had selected this hotel as it had leisure facilities but when I booked (7 rooms in total) was not made are of the extra charge and/or business room allocation.

Location was good, staff good, facilities used all good...

Breakfast was poor, room was only ok - stayed in 603 business class - have had much nicer...

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable and it was central to the location we needed

The phone in the room didn't work when we wanted to order room service There was no bath tub as it stated when booking the room, Socket next to the bed didn't work to charge a phone

The lobby area was very well presented

The rooms were a bit disappointing, a little dated

Loved the room, bed was good, shower was great, 37" tv was great. Bar was very nice, and breakfast was amazing

Room temp was a bit warm and no matter how i operated the air-con i could not get this to cool down, some simple instructions would have been great, but it did not spoil my stay.

Very close to the shopping centres of Leeds. Lots of excellent restaurants within walking distance.

Parking is expensive even if it is a special rate.

The room was very hot that we couldn't sleep at all. Would not stay again.

Room too hot as air conditioning not working as well as would expect, ok during the day but at night far too hot

The room was nice and the location was good. The staff in the morning were very friendly but the receptionist on arrival was not.

1) That I was charged twice for my stay 2) that there was no apology for the over charge (from the hotel) and that it has still not been refunded 3) the hotel had no record of the extra bed we had requested 4) that the extra person after we paid for them was not listed at breakfast

The room was excellent. Breakfast really nice. Staff very helpful.

The staff are always helpful and do their best to accommodate your needs. e.g we usually request a hi tech room which has a walk in shower rather than the art deco which has shower over the bath.The breakfast is superb with a massive choice of full english, continental and freshly baked croissants and pastries.

Could not ask for more

They let us book in early as the room was ready they were very helpfull

I liked the hotel where it was based next to the shops! The hotel was clean staff were friendly and the room was immaculate would definately stop there again.

The fact that I was told the pool was free over the phone and when I went I was told I had to pay as it was situated in the gym building.

Incredibly friendly staff, cleanliness, quality of food and a handy location.

Room was smaller than I anticipated and the organisation of the room (with the TV hard to the left hand side of the bed) was uncomfortable. Locating the breakfast in the bar area whilst the restaurant was being refurbished is a short-term inconvenience, detracting from the splendid food.

Almost everything, reception staff were great, room was great

Breakfast, cooked food cold and not appetizing, I switched to cold breakfast for my second 2 days but I did try and include boiled eggs which when opened looked as if they'd been there for days. No egg cups I didn't eat in the evening as I had intended becasue of bad breakfast experience.
