Great location. Very close to major shopping. Some of Leeds best restaurants are within 5 minute walk. Close to galleries and museums

Slightly impersonal lobby

We had a wonderful stay. The room was stylish comfortable and well thought out. The product in the bathroom delightful, the towels luxurious. The hotel was perfectly situated for shopping and night life. The breakfast was spot on and the bar area comfortable and relaxing.We have no complaints at all . I was celebrating my birthday so it was a bit more expensive then we usually would have paid but it was worth it.

Location relative to city shopping and university is excellent. Enjoyed having access to cinema in the same building. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped room.

Pillows not good for sleeping; room too warm at night to be comfortable.

Really easy to find, fantastic location. Really nice room and very friendly staff. Loved that it was a quiet night which meant breakfast was cooked freshly to order.

Only criticism would be room was a bit cold but we managed to sort the air con to make it a little bit warmer. Also, the kettle was difficult to access due to built in unit.

Excellent, courteous service.

Room 223 needs a few little repairs - small lampshade above bed is broken with a sharp edge. Large chip in bath enamel. But these are tiny things, the kind of small repairs we often overlook at home and live with for years!

Room too stuffy, no fresh air

We think the hotel is very nice and very clean. It was conviently located right next to bars, restaurants and shopping. The design of the rooms made our stay feel that little bit more special. We only stayed for one night so didn't have time to see the rest of the hotel.

The only one downside is that the original price for the hotel does not come with parking. We paid 13 pounds extra to park in a public car park, although the car park was accessible through the hotel.

lovely room, helpful staff. one of the best breakfast buffets we have had. good location and being able to use the leisure centre was a welcome bonus!

Design of hotel bedrooms ( business class ) very nice, bar meals at lunch time also very nice, good location to what we wanted

Very very poor start to our new years day, we were not eating at a peak time and breakfast was being served up until 12 so why was there not any food left ? everyone was waiting arond for food to be brought out, we were waiting for teas and coffees, only one toaster, and when our friends had ordered fried eggs together one got before the other so had to eat alone. We have travelled all round the world and have many english breaks also but this was the worst breakfast experience ever !

The location was excellent for all the shops bars and restaurants

The staff were brilliant - efficient, helpful and truly courteous. Superb.

The rooms should be warm,but weren't. Everything should function, but didn't.
