Staff incredibly supportive and considerate - allowed me to bring my bicycle into my room and looked after it behind reception until room ready. Very very impressive. I'll recommend to fellow cyclists! |

Check in (and check out) staff very friendly,welcoming and efficient. Arrived early and was offered a room which was much appreciated. Hotel very central in Leeds. Breakfast was excellent and very efficiently managed. The temperature in the hotel in general including the room was very comfortable. I would use this hotel again. Would have liked if the room window could be opened. There was effectively only one tv channel (BBC1) As we were staying only 1 night this didn't bother us but on a longer stay would like more choice. The bar was expensive and had no character whatsoever, but there are plenty of other bars nearby. |

I appreciated it was close to the station, the centre and restaurants-cafes-cinemas very close by the room was very cold, without a heater...(i went now in november..) |

Conveniently located close to station and city centre shopping area. Comfortable room , friendly staff. It would have been good to have a few extra tea bags / coffee and milk . A few more would hardly break the bank ! |

The hotel was in a perfect location for our stay. We were able to walk to all our sites of interest. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and efficient. |

Loved the art deco style of the bedroom, staff members very helpful. I needed an extra blanket, and this was supplied immediately, without any fuss. Location - great - resteraunts and cinema just outside the door, in great shopping area. Within walking distance of train station. |

The friendliness of the staff and the design of the hotel. We made a complaint about a glass of white wine that tasted awful and it was dealt with immediately and with courtesy. |

Staff were friendly and welcoming. |The heating didnt work and neithjer did the tv which by the time I was ready to leave I discovered had no battery in the remote. Not good for an expensive hotel. |

Its very close to the railway station. Even if its next to a shopping center its very quiet and easy to access. Room was comfortable. Renewing towels more often should be the only thing that I believe they should improve. |

We were satisfied with our clean, quiet room. Its location on the city center made the use of buses, taxis, and walking very easy. The only thing that could be classified as a drawback is the warmth in the hotel room. We came from a warmer climate and though the airconditioner was available, it did not help in warming the room. |
