It is in a great location. Rooms are quiet, despite Christmas festivities in the hotel. I was very disappointed with our room. We stayed for 2 nights and then our teenage children had 2 more rooms on the Sat night. I have stayed at the hotel at least twice before. However, we were given a mediocre room, with only a window looking into an internal atrium with balconies, so we could never open the curtains and had no idea what time of day it was and could not open a window. With a daughter at university in Leeds and scope for further visits, I felt that there should be some recognition of customer loyalty. On the Saturday night, there was a corporate Xmas party and hotel guests could not use the Bar or restaurant in reception and had very slow service on the mezanine level.

Excellent location. Very comfy bed. Noise from city - but can't really be helped. Customer service was a bit 'cold'. For the price, a smile & a thank you wouldn't go a miss...

The hotel is in a great location, I booked a Business Class room which was very spacious. Overall we had a good stay, the beds were very comfortable. There were a few minor points - the buffet breakfast was a little disappointing ( no hash browns, fried eggs had to be ordered) service was a little slow. The television in our room was very dated and reception was poor, for a Business Class room I would have expected to see a modern/flat screen.

Location very good The room was very small and clostraphobic, looking onto the atrium with no external window, there are better rooms and it would have been worth booking a business class room.

When we arrived the receptionist said "I have a twin room for you". We pointed out that we had reserved a double room. "You booked through booking.com and they don't guarantee you will get a double room". Not good enough, Radisson, you tried to use booking.com as an excuse for your own failures. It was a shame, too, as last time we stayed here it was very good. This time, through persistence, we got our double room, but it was very noisy and we left early the next morning, glad to get away.

We had a wonderful stay. The room was stylish comfortable and well thought out. The product in the bathroom delightful, the towels luxurious. The hotel was perfectly situated for shopping and night life. The breakfast was spot on and the bar area comfortable and relaxing. We have no complaints at all . I was celebrating my birthday so it was a bit more expensive then we usually would have paid but it was worth it.

Location relative to city shopping and university is excellent. Enjoyed having access to cinema in the same building. Comfortable, spacious, well equipped room. Pillows not good for sleeping; room too warm at night to be comfortable.

Really easy to find, fantastic location. Really nice room and very friendly staff. Loved that it was a quiet night which meant breakfast was cooked freshly to order. Only criticism would be room was a bit cold but we managed to sort the air con to make it a little bit warmer. Also, the kettle was difficult to access due to built in unit.
