Breakfast was lovely , staff were friendly . Bed was comfy
Wasent as clean i would of liked , room was not as big as it looks on the pictures. Over priced , faulty hair dryer .
Location is excellent. Ideal for the Grand Theatre and shops.
The room was cold, service poor and the bath plug didn't do what it was designed for! BUT the hotel is being refurbished. Potentially it will be up to the Raddison Blu standard that we see elsewhere in a few months.
Central location, spacious room and large choice of breakfast products
Paying for leisure facilities
Our room overlooked the Headrow, and was not disturbed by any noise from the busy thoroughfare.
Room height, cafe, location
Stains, cracked walls, elevator getting stuck, tv broken (couldn't view guide)
Typically would be great. Location, value for money, cleanliness etc
They're currently undergoing renovation and therefore my planned Monday morning lay-in was disturbed when work commenced at 0900.
Rooms Dated Breakfast cold and poor quality
Location was great
Room wasnt worthy of the price, waiting too long at breakfast, cold room, had to pay extra for leisure facilities.
Room is adequately equipped and location is excellent. Clean throughout.
Despite previously requesting no feather bedding or pillows we had to ask for it to be changed on arrival and I struggled with allergies during my stay. Curtains did not go to the end of the windows and so light flooded both ends of the room from an early hour (room 549). Drilling started above us at 10am, presumably as part of the ongoing building works. If I hadn't paid a discounted rate I would have complained profusely and several were complaining when we checked out.
The location was good
The shower wasn't clean and the shower head attachment was broken such that the shower head was very precarious. Definitely one of the pre-refurbishment rooms! Service at breakfast was very poor. Overall not what I would've expected of a Radisson and a supposed 4* hotel
Staff v friendly and great location. Breakfast well worth the extra money.
No mention of renovation work at time of booking (hotel said they had made booking.com aware). Extremely loud and constant. Staff very apologetic. Room pokey compared to last stay, apparently all rooms are different. Bathroom Sink plug filthy and slimy when removed.
Location.- walkable from station , opposite art gallery and in centre of shoppng centres and restaurants . Friendly and helpful staff. Deco Decor.
Renovations currently taking place which meant limited communal space accessible. Noise was kept to work hours though. The leisure facilities are not on site; they are at the Virgin club in shopping centre and only available to over 18's .
Extremely disappointed with breakfast display. The presentation was such that it caused me to concerbed about food safety and hygiene. Some of the kitchen staff members uniforms looked as though they had not been washed in weeks. The bedroom had a pillar in the middle of it. The pillar was obstructing the path to the other side of the bed.
We have stayed at The Raddisson a few times as we love the hotel and its location. On this visit there were a couple of things that were not up to scratch as they normally are as the hotel was undergoing refurbishment. When we came to check out we were asked about our stay and we casually mentioned a couple of things. We were stunned when the kind hound man named "Daniel" offered us a 50% discount. This was a very pleasant surprise and guaranteed that we will be returning.
central location,with a lovely building.clean & airy
health club availability too restricted by age and opening times. No city views from bedrooms.
The style staff and location all for a great price
A very pleasant comfortable room in a hotel that was coping well with extensive refurbishment at the time. A delicious breakfast with an excellent continental choice as well as traditional cooked option. We would definitely stay again..
Bed was comfy and room was spacious
The room was way too cold there were no heaters and the room's air conditioning system was too cold. Also the television was in a strange position
The location of the hotel was excellent and the staff very friendly and helpful.
We were not I formed before the stay that most of the ground floor, breakfast area/ reception/bar etc would all be shut for refurbishment. And although booked several months in advance we were put into a disabled room with low shower and hand rails, no carpets etc, but were very accommodating when asked to change rooms.
would have liked the pool/sauna etc to be free to booked in clients.
Lovely spacious room. Close to bars, restaurants, shops and the leeds direct arena. Would happily stay again. Didnt make use of the facilities. Breakfast was nice lots to choose from. Staff friendly and helpful.
Only downside was our rooms air conditioning system was stuck on hot so didnt get much sleep as it was like a green house and the windows couldnt be opened. As we only spent an hr in the room once checked in we didnt notice till we got back in the room at midnight, we didnt think there would be anything staff could do so late on and the hotel was fully occupied. But we mentioned it on check out and they apoligised.
Our beds and pillows were amazing! I usually struggle t sleep in most beds when away, but not this time
Whilst we were there some alterations were going on which were quite noisy.
The location of the hotel is good for shopping
We were first given a room with a big vent shaft running right through the middle taking up half the room. We were moved to another room when we complained. The rooms are quite small compared to other hotels we have stayed in. We were woken at 9 in the morning by drilling and banging from the hotel refurbishment taking place. The breakfast area is very small and quite squashed and the choice for breakfast was quite poor and we had to wait quite a while for a pot of tea. The reception staff were helpful but not very apologetic for the discomfort as think they were also fed up with the constant noise they were trying to work in.
Easy reach of the Arena. Restaurant is having a refurb but did not cause any inconvenience. Room was very quiet. The room was a high standard, staff very helpful.
Location of hotel. Room was spacious, comfy and clean. Food in restaurant excellent. Staff were professional, polite and very helpful.
