Lovely room, friendly staff and very good price. Facilities looked great although I didn't get a chance to use them. Was given a half price voucher for breakfast too. |

Good facilities, good location. Checking in was meant to be 2pm, the rooms still weren't ready at 3:30pm, the hotel gave us one room to freshen up in, bearing in mind there were 6 of us. When we arrived back from our concert at 11:45pm our bags were moved to our rooms but there was a bag missing. It was found and returned. For the money we paid we expected a better service |

Very well presented hotel in general with fantastic room facilities. In particular the very large comfortable bed. Minibar prices are high but no surprise really. |

Both my wife and I enjoyed our stay, especially the upgrade. The room was very tastefully furnished and the staff extremely pleasant. We have stayed at the Hilton and would highly recommend the Raddison against it. Absolutely nothing |

Comfortable bed. Good shower and bathroom, i.e 'wet room' Couldn't find radio on the TV. Couldn't get HVAC to low enough temp, i.e. too hot generally. Breakfast is too expensive. |

Great location, friendly professional staff, comfortable and clean room, nice bar (Opus). I also like the secuity measures such as having to use key card to use the lift and to enter the corridor to our room. the shower in the room had very poor pressure. Took ages to wash hair....... |

This hotel facilities are very good compared to other's England hotel. There has jacuzzi and warm water swimming pool, sauna, gym, etc. The design of the room was shown modern warm theme with special design of the toliet and closet area. It is so nice and comfortable especially the pillow. I have neck pain sometimes, but I slept on the pillow without pain for nine nights. It was happened only in the first day we arrived that got some technical staff came to our room without informing us. However, we check-in too earlier that they might not communicate in time to cause this defect. |

The location as it was easy to walk into the main shopping area. We did not dine in the restaurant as the menu seemed a bit ambitious |
