It was a relaxing treat for my wife on her birthday and we especially enjoyed the leisure facilities. The comfort and design of the room were excellent. |

A convenient and comfortable base, and reasonably accessible for my attendance at a training event. The room, especially the bathroom, was very well planned. Room service food and wine were delicious and reasonably priced. Despite the secondary glazing, the persistant drone of traffic was a bit too audible, especially on Friday and Saturday night. |

Easy check-in/check-out by friendly staff, immaculatly clean room with excellent panaramic views, although this could have been pure luck! Parking . More expensive than Mayfair equivelents and at £30 (valet) far too expensive. |

Although we only stayed one night we found the hotel excellent with regard to the friendly and efficient staff, and to the comfort and size of the room. We had a meal in the hotel which was excellent and value for money. The only 'fault' was the price of two drinks at the bar which we felt was exorbitant, and the added service charge for same. |

This is a cool, classy modern hotel with excellent facilities in a prime location. Very relaxing. Bar prices very high and you only get popcorn on the bar now not nuts. |

Very friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere, excellent central situation. The rooms were very clean and quiet. Loved the bathroom especially. Only one small criticism. We thought that a hotel of this price and quality should provide complimentary bottled water and biscuits in the room. No hot chocolate either - very basic tea and coffee. |
