La situacion del hotel y el diseño El aire acondicionado hacia mucho ruido, las camas no son tan grandes y comodas como dicen y la limpieza de la habitacion no es muy buena no merece la categoria de 5 estrellas |

The way your concierge and reception staff helped me out when I arrived in manchester for a lunchtime meeting. They took my cases, pointed me and my car in the right direction told me where to park later and on my return in the evening, had remebered my name, sorted the cases out and the room and generally were extremely professional in everything they did. IT might have been a little noisy if we had been on the lower floors due to the functions going on at the hotel, but as we were on the 11th it didn't bother us. |

The hotel was central, very clean and well maintained. Restaraunt was superb, food excellent. Young lady Amandine was excellent( she looked after our table). Breakfast was very good also. |

A convenient and comfortable base, and reasonably accessible for my attendance at a training event. The room, especially the bathroom, was very well planned. Room service food and wine were delicious and reasonably priced. Despite the secondary glazing, the persistant drone of traffic was a bit too audible, especially on Friday and Saturday night. |

Easy check-in/check-out by friendly staff, immaculatly clean room with excellent panaramic views, although this could have been pure luck! Parking . More expensive than Mayfair equivelents and at £30 (valet) far too expensive. |

Although we only stayed one night we found the hotel excellent with regard to the friendly and efficient staff, and to the comfort and size of the room. We had a meal in the hotel which was excellent and value for money. The only 'fault' was the price of two drinks at the bar which we felt was exorbitant, and the added service charge for same. |
