The room was beautiful Bed comfy very clean pool very clean and well kept staff very friendly Secure
The hotel bar was far too overpriced compared to other bars in the area and in comparison to the mini bar. Does not encourage people to stay in the building for evening drinks.
Welcoming staff, good room - well furnished
Ordered a gin and tonic .... which was very expensive .... was given Bombay Saphire which I detest and it had a slice if lime added which I detest !!! I wouldn't have minded paying £8-00 for a single shot of gin and £2-75 for a bottle of tonic or even the £1-50 charge for being served if it had been something I liked to drink ... surely .... customeres should be given a preference ???
Room, Breakfast, Reception and location. Service spot on and most staff very pleasant.
The older concierge was very abrupt which gives a bad first impression. The bar Opus one is very dark, you would not go in and read. The hotel had a more business feel to it than Lowery and Hilton
Staff friendly and polite, we had a complimentary breakfast however the restaurant staff had not been told, this was not a problem the Lady in charge made no fuss and said she would sort immediately which she did
Staff very friendly and helpful
There was no room available even though arrived after normal check in time. However the staff did arrange a room after 30mins of waiting and had a Christmas do to go to.
Beautiful hotel with fantastic décor. Staff so attentive and helpful. Room wonderful clean, tidy, lovely added extras. Perfect location. worth 5 star status regular visitor to Manchester and this is by far the best hotel we have stayed in. Breakfast lovely

The location and Spa
The Cold Breakfast and the Bar Staff
The room was lovely, really modern and luxurious. The staff were brilliant, really helpful and friendly. The pool and jacuzzi were just great - wish I'd booked a spa treatment. Breakfast was delicious and plenty of it.
The wellness is very nice. The location is good. The rooms are nice.
The beds (matrasses) are quite hard. The breakfast is extremely expensive. The relation between price/quality is poor. The windows can't be opened.
I felt so special from the minute we walked in. The doorman rushed over to open the door for us. Warm and friendly and helpful staff helped with our check in and luggage. Fabulous bar. Very clean, comfortable room with beautiful on suite/ dressing area, and a lovely comfortable bed. Wonderful.
Room was far too hot - couldn't turn air con down - had s shocking nights sleep
Good hotel, central location, very comfortable
The staff attitude very bad, and tell me got room ready in 20mins , but after one hour I went to till , the staff called Savas's attitude was very bad like he is the king of England.
