We had to wait a while to check in and check out
Friendly and welcoming staff. Modern stylish rooms with comfy beds.
Ambience and efficiency very good
Operating TV rather complicated.
By far the comfiest bed we have ever slept in. Really friendly helpful staff, pool, sauna and jacuzzi area were fab very relaxed had an amazing stay would definately come again.
room for the money I paid!!
Clean, stylish bedrooms. Quiet - despite being in city. Lovely fresh breakfast.
Very pleasant, helpful staff. Very comfortable and clean room. Liked the coffee machine.
Central location. Friendly and professional staff. Noise levels minimum.
Lack of air con in Winter. No windows to open. Bed and pillows were very firm.
Spacious rooms, good WiFi, excellent bar and spa, nice location
Very modest breakfast and be careful for your credit card when checking out - be sure that hotel "mistakenly" doesn't charge you twice!...I am still waiting for my money to return...
Swimming pool, sauna and steam room were excellent although pool was incredibly cold, nice just to go down and chill out. Nice and quiet rooms. The Opus One bar is awesome, excellent cocktails and staff! Richard is a favourite!
Housekeepers do not respect the "Do not disturb" sign, if the sign is on they will call the room asking if they need to service it. No respect, they're just bothered about whether they can finish their shift or not. Stayed for a week and it happened nearly everyday. Incredibly cold swimming pool. Interesting additions to the mini bar including adult intimacy packs so if staying with children, maybe be aware of that.
Was upgraded (chargeable ) to the Bassey suite on the 14 th floor .Very nice accommodation , just a shame weather was not good so prevented us from taking advantage of the balcony . Would love to stay again !!
The only negative was no bubble bath provided .
Lack of luxuries
Check out should be later than 11. I think 12 would be better. But overall perfect
the rooms, the cleanliness, the location of the hotel and surrounding eateries, close proximity to the Christmas Market.
I thought some of the staff were a tad 'sneery'. If my details say Mrs it means I'm a Mrs. So please don't refer to me as Miss. It's not rocket science. Room Service was extortionately priced. Over £30 for two sub sandwiches. That's beyond ridiculous.
Room Location Friendly staff cleanliness of the hotel
Breakfast was poor, cold and a limited selection.
the reception staff were extremely friendly
we were sold an upgrade to suite as it was low season and many vacant rooms. The suite was normally £400 p/night. We didn't pay this and would definitely not pay full price. The layout of the suite was strange. The King size bed was actually two mattresses put together so there was a seam running down the middle. The door to the internal terrace was hard to use. And the decor was tired - especially the bathroom. Not 5 star in my view
I didn't like that the windows in the room cannot be opened. Also the staff at the restaurant (рога и копыта) was selfish and rude ( the evening group). At breakfast the girls are 100 percent kind and helpful!
I like the bed it was comfortable. And the free WiFi. I also thought the breakfast was very good
A few mote drink options e.g hot chocolate and biscuits with your tea and coffee would of been nice but not essential
Nearly everything about this hotel is superb
£30 for one nights car parking
Sunday queue to get into breakfast. Then further queuing for breakfast buffet. Buffet average, coffee stewed. Dining facilities in an adequate for hotel size and rating.
The bar and restaurant were really dark, had to go to the room to read the map
Whilst staying at the radisson we found our stay thoroughly enjoyable. The staff were helpful and friendly and the facilities were 100%
The only downside was our return to the hotel at 11:15 when met by concierge * 2 that would not lete onto the premises until I had showed them my room key card. Found that a little disappointing and a let down
The bathroom was unclean very well.. Cleaners didn't clean the room probably
The water for our shower . Cold then too hot ...
