All staff very helpful and polite, nothing too much trouble. Food excellent in Opus Restaurant. Very good choice for breakfast
Delay at breakfast in given a place and in order for toast and coffee
The staff, hotel, location and facilities were all top notch!
Really nice hotel. Great facilities and nice restaurants. Try steak and lobster if you have time!
Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
Just didn't live up to 5stars for me have stated in better 4 stars.
Everything, easily the nicest hotel I've stayed in!!
Having to go home (:D)
The penthouse suite was amazing. Huge bed, honesty bar in the room, beautiful bathroom. Would stay again.
We stayed in this hotel last year and were extremely impressed with the excellent standard of the service from all the staff we encountered. The deluxe room that we stayed in was indeed deluxe. We would definitely want to stay there again.
Very helpful staff. Nice room, well presented. Food was excellent in the hotel.Would recommend and planning next trip now.
I would say that the electrical light switches and sockets need some care and attention as they are loose on the wall.
as ever great bed
Unlucky as bathroom was not the excellent ones I have had before in same hotel Usual hotel mark up on drinks. Service charges on every drink.
Extra effort made by the staff to help us enjoy our stay- including upgrade to city view and brownies in our room for special occasion. Spa was lovely, as was our room's view.
The layout in the room meant that it wasn't clear where to find information about laundry, do not disturb button etc. We found it eventually, but a central book with all this information would be great so no confusion.
Gym spa food
staff. room location everything was great
Gary the concerige was very good nice friendly and happy nicola in spa lovely and was excellent with my treatment. And bar staff in opus one could not fault.
The only thing that i did not like was when we had a drink in taps seeing kitchen staff come out having a cigarette in the kitchen clothes i no environmently health would not approve.
Proximity to restaurants etc
No parking at hotel!
Great spacious room. Shower was superb. Cleanliness great. Staff super friendly. Cocktails nice in opus. Location perfect. Breakfast very tasty and variety good. Nothing bad to say at all.
Arrived late, upgraded complimentary, fantastic service. Will certainly recommend to the rest of the company.
The hotel was beautiful an breakfast gorgeous
i was disappointed to be put in a twin room when I had requested a king deluxe several weeks before going and all I got from staff was told to push the beds together which was not possible as there was a shelf in the middle making it not possible. All night I could hear furniture being moved around an people talking an for the money I paid I would expect the rooms to have thicker walls. We then went to the bar opus one an was disgusted at the mess in there, they had over a 100 glasses piled up which needed cleaning an after over an hour of being there all staff did was pile more up.
Loved this hotel, rooms are gorgeous and spacious! Great location for shopping and the bars. Deffinately little bit of luxury for an affordable price.
We had to queue for breakfast for around 20 mins outside the restaurant, although it was delious I feel the breakfast area needs to be able acomadate more people.
My only problem was that I felt that drinks in the hotel were very expensive and the customer was not told that service charge was being levied when ordering.
It was our 21st Anniversary and whilst having a drink in the Opus bar & chatting to the head barman. He then brought us over a glass of champagne each.
The bed was rock hard and didn't sleep all night.
Pool was closed for maintenance and weren't told when it was reopened
Car valet service
The sweet tray was being cleared away before I knew it was there
