Miła obsługa, czysty pokój. Nowocześnie urządzony, nowy hotel. Klimatyzacja nie działała prawidłowo-było za gorąco w pokoju. Nie było możliwości otwarcia okna. |

Excellent hotel in a great location for Manchester City Centre, very close to all the shops, theatres and the G-Mex centre.Staff were fantastic and the room was very comfortable with all mod cons.I would definately stay again. |

Lovely greeting on arrival from reception staff and the porter at the lift. Location and the view from the nice sized room was good. We expected more of a 5 star hotel really. The room was nice, but looked a little tired, ripped bedding,extremely expensive bar, which to be honest was gloomy and we had to ask to be served a drink after sitting for a good ten minutes - the waiters could be a little more attentive. |

freindly helpful staff,choice of restaurants,very comfortable beds,nice swimming pool,excellent location,interesting mix of new and old architecture air conditioning problems meant we had a leak in our room and had to move rooms both nights of our stay |

good rooms and views staff helpful location perfect for city centre trip spa very relaxing will stay again. restaurant closed sundays did not know thought booked up but plenty of restaurant to stay at close by |

Lovely room, friendly staff and very good price. Facilities looked great although I didn't get a chance to use them. Was given a half price voucher for breakfast too. |

Front Office / Receptionists (very friendly), Bar, room, tv bang&olufsen, meals, bath was clean, quiet, well located, design - furniture nothing for free, every movie costs 6,99 pounds, room service unfriendly at 22.30 p.m., bed to soft /old, not able to open windows, wellness/pool/spa-nothing for free, more for business people, |

Good facilities, good location. Checking in was meant to be 2pm, the rooms still weren't ready at 3:30pm, the hotel gave us one room to freshen up in, bearing in mind there were 6 of us. When we arrived back from our concert at 11:45pm our bags were moved to our rooms but there was a bag missing. It was found and returned. For the money we paid we expected a better service |

Very well presented hotel in general with fantastic room facilities. In particular the very large comfortable bed. Minibar prices are high but no surprise really. |

Bar was good and opened late !! Rooms were very clean and prices in the hotel were not extortionate Bar staff mainly good but one was rude and slow. |

the hotel was very luxuoriose rooms were lovely staff were very nice and always helpful and security was good. the windows in the rooms dont open so very hot and stuffy struggled to sleep on the first night air con wasnt very good only bad point. |
