Staff were excellent couldn't do enough for us
The main reason I keep coming back to The mercer st Radisson is the staff at front desk, Jose, Michelle, and all front desk staff. They are brilliant. Also the staff in Scoff and Banter restaurant. Especially Karina. They definitely are worth there weight in gold to me. All should be commended
Modern hotel with good facilities. Staff very attentive and great location.
The hotel reception is lovely and the location is fantastic and the customer service from the radisson blu team
The rude barman, the tiny double bed first offered and the noise from the street outside, the fact that we were told no other rooms were available when we knew there were, one became available once we provided evidence
Position "A" very friendly helpful staff
Room was a bit small The weather wasn't very good
The beds, cleanliness, inviting smell, staff efficiency and friendliness peacefulness although in centre of London
thought the price of breakfast a bit hefty as usually only have cereal or toast.
Facilities are all new and clean. It is situlated in a great location as it is only less than 5 min walk from Leicester square underground station. The hotel staffs are all very good and helpful.
I booked this hotel BECAUSE the hotel information at the Booking.com site clearly stated that there is a "bath tub" in rooms. However most of rooms have no bath tub. The hotel stuff searched a room with bath tub and they finally allocate me the room with bath tub. However I never seen such a tiny and shallow bath tub. If you are looking for a hotel with bath tub, this is not the place to stay. I also asked if they do airport shuttle service and they told me that it is 60 pounds which is way too expensive!!
Location, comfy room very quiet considering location. Would definitely return incredibly helpful staff.
Location absolutely perfect for the typical west end leisure visit. Hotel is in the heart of busy Covent Garden yet is in a ( relatively ) quiet & peaceful side street. Ideally located for the West End Theatre/shopping/tourist/good food type of visit with everything within a comfortable walk. The hotel is spotlessly clean, in good repair and well run. Rooms are a good size and comfortably furnished. I would certainly stay here again with is recommendation enough to others.
Very little to not like in reality. As with all London hotels the price per night is unreasonably high, but by London standards this hotel offers value for money .
Regular Visitor To the Radisson Blu Edwardian, always have a great time, however on this occasion the staff really did go that extra mile to make our stay the best yet.
Bar, difficult to get a table
Insufficient unreserved seating for residents in bararea!
Fantastic location , nice decor polite reception staff , but an elusive manager , powerless deputy manageress .
We booked a twin room but they ad none left on arrival were given a camp bed which I had a rough nights sleep on as you could feel springs poking through, they fixed that by putting a mattress topper on for the second night, second night I had an event to attend so left friend in the room she was going to go out, but suddenly water was pouring down the walls and she ended up spending the evening moving all our belongings into another room and ended up with room service they gave her a free glass f wine! . They gave us no compensation for the ruined two nights stay well the knocked the room sevice charge off the bill totalling £4.50!! Terrible hotel management
The standard of finishes and decor. Great look
The smallness of the room, no ability to just sit.would have liked to have opened the window slightly.
Great Location, great breakfast, very friendly staff and good service.
There was not anything we did not like.
Quiet room , central location, huge and comfortable bed, care with which my clothes had been hung up, shoes had been cleaned, very high standard of care with the staff
The over strong air freshener in the foyer area - I worry for the health of the reception staff who have to breath it in all day! Its overpowering when you walk in and in my view not needed.
Reception start and the bed
location and friendliness
we were on the first floor facing the street and it would get a bit noisy
Rooms stupidly small and badly laid out with an effort to be trendy and hip.
Staff friendly and helpful. I had asked for a later check out which had not been confirmed, but staff were accommodating and arranged it for me with no hassle
This hotel is in a brilliant location for the West End.
Bedrooms were far too small. In my opinion, our superior double room was too small even for a single.
Staff at reception were excellent - location was brilliant - just a few minutes walk from Covent Garden and very near Oxford Street and Theatreland
Breakfast service wasn't brilliant
Prime location, very central. Nice and welcoming staff. Clean and renovated rooms, amazing beds.
There's no proper desk in the rooms for those who need to work.
